Cumly is a new, limited MTG format. It is similar to other limited formats but has some fundamental rule changes. Here they are:

Add Rule 103.3f In a Cumly game, each player's starting life total is 26.
Add Rule 906 Cumly
Add Rule 906.1 The Cumly Draft variant consists of a draft (a style of limited play where players choose cards from sealed booster packs to build their decks) followed by a game. Contrary to popular draft archetypes, Cumly Drafts must consist of 4 rounds instead of 3. The Cumly Draft variant may use any pool of cards for drafting, although it is heavily recommended that a customized pool of cards is used, with 690 singleton cards, 69 of which are Planeswalkers.
Add Rule 906.2 A Cumly game may be a two-player game or a multiplayer game. The default multiplayer setup is the Free-for-All variant with the attack multiple players option and without the limited range of influence option. See rule 806, “Free-for-All Variant.”
Add Rule 906.3 Each player designates a creature card to be their Cumly. This designation is not a characteristic of the object represented by the card; rather, it is an attribute of the card itself. The card retains this designation even when it changes zones.
Add Rule 906.4 Any creature card in the draft pool is eligible to be designated as a Cumly. It did not have to be drafted by the player, or any player in the game. For this reason, it is recommended that copies of all eligible Cumly cards are available to all players. Proxies or pieces of paper used to draw the card can be used.
Add Rule 906.5 Each Cumly deck is subject to the following deck construction rules
Add Rule 906.5a Each deck must contain exactly 53 cards, including its Cumly. In other words, the minimum deck size and the maximum deck size are both 53.
Add Rule 906.6. At the start of the game, each player puts their Cumly from outside the game face up into the Cumly zone.
Add Rule 906.7 A player may cast a Cumly they own from the Cumly zone. A Cumly cast from the Cumly zone costs an additional {2}, plus an additional {2} for each previous time the player casting it has cast it from the Cumly zone that game. This additional cost is informally known as the “Cumly tax.”
Add Rule 906.8 A Cumly may return to the Cumly zone during a Cumly game.
Add Rule 906.8a If a Cumly is in a graveyard or in exile and that object was put into that zone since the last time state-based actions were checked, its owner may put it into the Cumly zone. This is a state-based action. See rule 704.
Add Rule 906.8b If a Cumly would be put into its owner’s hand or library from anywhere, its owner may put it into the Cumly zone instead. This replacement effect may apply more than once to the same event. This is an exception to rule 614.5.
Add Rule 906.8c If a Cumly is a melded permanent or a merged permanent and its owner chooses to put it into the Cumly zone using the replacement effect described in rule 906.7a, that permanent and each component representing it that isn’t a Cumly are put into the appropriate zone, and the card that represents it and is a Cumly is put into the Cumly zone.

In this particular Cumly cube, I have placed an emphasis on lands, artifacts, creature tribes, and the colors failing to do things they are normally good at.
