Why?
A bit of a fast follow-up here, I know. While I liked where the deck was at, I couldn't help but notice that it was still far too slow. Sure, when you get to turn 7 or so, the deck was able to start pumping out, but those first turns were grueling. Essentially having 0 ways to cheat for extra mana put me far behind any deck that is even slightly competitive. So, this change was hard to make, but definitely feeds the machine of progress through the entirety of the game. Reducing the CMC of the deck with the removal of certain high-cost low value cards will ensure a better early game while not damaging the late game potential too much. One of my favorite parts of this deck is how resistant it is to being board wiped, and I think this has improved that, instead of spending an entire turn to play a 6-cost card like Elspeth, only for her to be killed the next turn I can spend my turns playing more combo pieces and not have a large cost card that's dead in hand.
Captain of the Watch: 6 Mana to create 3 tokens, plus vigilance and +1/+1. Personally I think the card is pretty good, but in White it's very slow for a mid payout. In this deck +1/+1 and Vigilance isn't nearly the game changer it would be if it were in a deck that only cares about swinging
Colonel Autumn: While his Exploit ability is pretty good, especially with the amount of legendaries in this deck, it's still not good enough and it's another case of the actual damage done during my attack phase doesn't matter nearly as much as the triggers I get off the phase
Talisman of Conviction: Replaced by Moxes, I like the Talismans but too slow compared to the 0-cost moxes
Talisman of Hierarchy: Replaced by Moxes, I like the Talismans but too slow compared to the 0-cost moxes
Talisman of Indulgence: Replaced by Moxes, I like the Talismans but too slow compared to the 0-cost moxes
Evolving Wilds: Not terrible, but there's better options. Takes 1 turn to be usable.
Myriad Landscape: You get to waste 2 turns AND spend 3 mana to get 2 tapped lands. Not ideal.
Intangible Virtue: Similar to Autumn and Captain of the Watch, at this point I care much less about the damage dealt by the tokens and more about their usability in triggers
Elspeth, Sun's Champion: 6 mana chonker for either 3 tokens, or 1/2 of an Austere Command. If she lives it's great, but she's a pretty big target for elimination. I like her, but once again, too slow and too risky to dump 6 mana into
Keeper of the Accord: I have 4 basic plains in the deck, and I almost never have less creatures than everyone else. If this card needs to come out, I have probably already lost the game and am far behind.
MacCready, Lamplight Mayor: This kind of hurts to remove. MacCready is super interesting in the deck and gets a good amount of damage to sneak through, but at the late game, most of my tokens are too big for his ability to use.
Commander Mustard: He provides WAYYY more value than Captain of the Watch in the form of trample and haste, as well as he costs 1 less than it, is a human soldier and his 2nd ability is very synergystic with the rest of the deck, even for 4 mana. Basically he provides two triggers of impact tremors when I swing out, giving my tokens more value
Priest of Forgotten Gods: This card is actually kind of busted. Forcing enemies to sacrifice creatures gets around indestructable, or big boys, pings their face for 2 damage, free mana, and card draw. All of this for a two cost card and sacrificing 2 creatures. Actually kind of insane to have all of these effects for 2 1/1 tokens.
Jeska's Will: Free mana is exactly what I was looking for. Against a deck that uses thought vessel, or reliquary tower, ad nauseum, ect... just any deck that draws cards easily (90% of decks especially with the One Ring still unbanned), this will work wonders for my X-cost cards, or just getting some of the bigger boys out.
Chrome Mox: Better Talisman IMO
Mox Amber: Almost all of my creatures are legendary, free money. Arcane Signet for 0 mana
Mox Diamond: 0 mana for any color I need every turn
Phyrexian Altar: Essentially just Ashnod's altar
Afterlife Insurance: Amazing protection against boardwipes, or punishing people for blocking me. 2 mana to recover all my tokens
Phyrexian Tower: Exactly what I was looking for, a way to generate more mana than just 1 colored.
Urza's Saga: No brainer, free colorless for 2 turns, then I get a Sol Ring, Mox, Mana Vault. Whatever fits my needs
Prosperous Partnership: 3 mana to generate 2 creature tokens and treasure tokens when I'm not ready to swing with my entire board. Also works well with vigilance!

Love a good spirit deck, and nice to see a new commander doing it!
I think you've got some great cards in there that probably don't work as well as you want them to. Luminous Angel is incredibly expensive for a 4/4 flyer that might generate 2-3 tokens. By the time you put it down that's just not a relevant amount. Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens Is in very much the same boat. Because it only happens on casting, it can at most happen 5 times, as that's the amount of spirits you have to cast (and you have no arcane spells). Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite Is a fantastic card but can occasionally create friction at the table. I don't necessarily suggest that you cut it, but do consider it. It can easily create an environment where some people are unable to play their decks at all until it is delt with.
A bit of the same but Long-Forgotten Gohei definitely fits, but you only have 6 spirit spells and no arcane spells, so you're only using half of it. Etchings of the Chosen is the same price but has an extra ability. You may just want to run both though?
The first thing for additions are the token doublers. These will really help you capitalise on your commander as they will act upon each instance. So instead of casting Triplicate Spirits and getting a rather underwhelming 3, you instead get 6. Then at the end of turn you get another 6... only this is doubled as well, instead of 3, you get 18.Mondrak, Glory Dominus and Anointed Procession are the standouts here, although they are pretty pricy in real world dollars.
Overall though, I feel your ways of generating tokens is very on theme, but not very sustainable. A key thing that you might have missed is that your commander generate spirits for each tokens you make, not spirit tokens. So Collector's Vault, makes a treasure token, free spirit. You have a huge amount of ways to make tokens but a lot of them are humans or other some such (Call the Coppercoats, Martial Coup) so they may not be on brand. Look into ways you can make those one or two treasure / clue / food tokens as you just otherwise play normally.
A conspicuous absence is any of the Teysas. Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts is expensive but fun. Teysa, Opulent Oligarch is much cheaper and synergises VERY well with your commander. Teysa, Orzhov Scion requires a bit more of the black/white spirits, but might still work very well. Teysa Karlov doesn't synergise super well, but has good abilities regardless and certainly isn't a bad pick. The Kaya planeswalkers also often deal with white black spirits as well as having a bit of control so they might be good to look at Kaya the Inexorable being the standout.
another fun card that is changed entirely by your commander Afterlife Insurance and having any method of sacrificing your spirits changes it from just saving those spirits, to doubling their amount. It would go well with Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim, but that starts to lean more into aristocrats than pure spirit tokens.
Another thing is that a lot of white ramp works well with bounce or sac land, you've got the obvious one but you might be able to increase it with Lotus Field and Lotus Vale. Things like Land Tax is a staple for white, but even when you're just running Priest of the Blessed Graf they can help you make him work.
My final point is that you don't seem to have a good way of protecting your quite expensive commander. Your group might not place that big an emphasis on commanders, but it's more fun if she sticks around. There are the old standouts of Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots, but there are a lot of options.

Thoughts on Afterlife Insurance? It even applies to token creatures not just “Non Token” ones.

Crow_Umbra I haven't had a chance to playtest Wake the Dead yet but I have always wanted to find a good home for Inkshield so I'll have to test it and see how it plays, great suggestions as always.
Afterlife Insurance and Ophiomancer are at the top of my switch in list, as of now I'm on the side of extra fodder because the decks needs a lot to work. Your Gorgussy deck was also great inspo for some exciting group drain triggers!

Thank you for reaching out Tsukimi, I hope you're well.
Teysa is a classic, and it looks like you've got a really solid foundation going so far, especially utilizing KibaAlpha's deck as a primer.
You have a decent chunk of the cards I was going to recommend either already in your deck, or in your Maybe Board. Maybe you could swap a couple of your redundant 1 or 2 drops for something like Afterlife Insurance, Bloodghast, Ophiomancer, or Warren Soultrader.
I do like the inclusion of Wake the Dead as a cheeky means of getting some of your little goons back for some more death triggers. Maybe you could consider swapping it for Inkshield? I imagine you would probably be paying a pretty similar rate with Wake the Dead, in terms of mana spent, a lot of the time. Could be a more effective means of blanking aggro damage at you, and also setting yourself up with a bunch of tokens to either dome somebody or chuck into one of your aristocrats engines. It's definitely more pricey compared to Wake the Dead.

My friend, let me introduce you to Afterlife Insurance... I have a feeling you two will get along nicely! (note: it doesn't say non-token)

Hi Halestor19 & Masterful
First of all thank you very much for the detailed primer Masterful, it was really helpful to understand Teysa Aristocrat and how to play it.
I tried a few of the new cards from MKM and Fallout and these are my thoughts:
Feral Ghoul: This might be a wincon, but I have two issues with the card. If you can’t get it big enough to give everyone enough rad counters to kill them, this won’t have a big impact on the game (depending on the amount of rad counters) or worst case you just fuel their graveyards which could enable graveyard strategies. Besides that, even if you manage to put a huge amount of rad counters on them, it still takes a full turn cycle to kill all of them which allows them to interact with you before they die. I didn‘t put it in my deck.
Delney, Streetwise Lookout: I playtested it for a while because it sounds so sweet. Not only does it add an additional death trigger on most of out creatures, it also doubles every other trigger (ETBs and so on). Nevertheless, I cutted it because it’s a typical win more card - it is good if you already have a board state established or if you have additional creatures that have ETB trigger. But most of the time there were better play options for me and when I was behind it basically is a dead draw.
Afterlife Insurance: This card is awesome. The amount of fodder you generate with it is unbelievable since with Teysa in play the creatures we give afterlife will spawn 2 spirits. You don’t need to go infinite with this deck to win, you just need a few creatures and this card.
