You should add Akroan Conscriptor that thing is insane in PEDH

I think you should consider Akroan Conscriptor instead of Torchling. Stealing an opponent's creature for a block/attack then swords it away while gaining the life/land is extremely valuable.
Arcbond + Pariah = Burn loop GG
Recruiter of the Guard can fetch stuffy as well

I have a few you cards you might consider.
Dawn Charm gives so much versatility depending on the situation. If someone destroys a creature, you can just regenerate it and you get the card back. They have a lethal swing? Just prevent it and make a retaliation attack. Get hit with a Traumatize, counter that bad boy. It's just a nice utility card.
Mirrorwing Dragon is nice because it radiates all your instant and sorceries to your creatures, but it's also a great defensive card if some casts Path to Exile. That way it also board wipes their entire board as well.
Akroan Conscriptor can steal your opponents creatures at instant speed. It's especially nice if you have Cloudshift so you can steal them forever. And you can can do this on every turn so long as you have enough mana which is nice.
Chandra's Ignition can be a nice board wipe while also taking the opponents life at the same time. And you can do this on multiple occasions. It is sorcery spee, but it can be speed the game up a little bit.
And lastly, this one isn't really necessary, but it's pretty funny. I know you took out cards that give indestructibility, but if you have a card that gives your creature indestructible like Sheltering Light, then cast Arcbond and Martyrdom, you can just insta-kill everyone if your creature ever takes damage. So it can come out of nowhere and that's pretty hilarious to me.
I've never been great when trying to take cards out to add new ones, but these are just a few cards that I thought would be cool. I have them in my Feather deck and they work out pretty well. Feather's definitely one of my favorite decks I have and it's a lot of fun. +1

ChibiNature tell me what you think about this: I could tune it to chase the Arcbond + Martyrdom combo and add in more indestructible instants, but I know Feather is not the Legendary to expect more out of than getting lucky and steamrolling one player in a cEDH pod even at its best. I'm not looking to spend a whole bunch of cash to win dollars--I just like playing to be social without being a complete casual. Pinging keeps the pressure on everyone if I can protect the creatures but there aren't enough of those to rely on. Prophetic Flamespeaker 's pseudo card draw is what makes it stay in; Swiftblade Vindicator is on the way out so I'm looking at also removing Uncanny Speed and Invigorated Rampage because they lack a card advantage or defense function. Akroan Conscriptor is great for it's ability to steal things at instant speed but it is one of my highest CMC cards and is not always relevant; there is a far stronger argument for keeping Magnetic Theft around despite it being a dead card sometimes. I'm not even sure how attached I should be to Charmbreaker Devils because it is at the top of my curve and the effect is random. Myth Realized and Scroll of the Masters are slow but definitely require answers before they get out of hand; Chandra, Fire Artisan isn't going to win the game on the turn it hits, either, but that ultimate digs deep and does damage at the same time. Settle Beyond Reality feels like a super great effect but I think it isn't good enough at sorcery speed and I would likely be defenseless after using that much mana; Sentinel Tower is also being cut because of only working on my turn. Primal Amulet Flip seems like a sure buy once it cycles, as does a Clifftop Retreat ; Settle the Wreckage can be cast with Sunforger so it feels like something to consider strongly as well. I could use Fateful Showdown to target my own creature like I plan to to do with Orim's Thunder and recycle it with Feather's ability but it would require indestructible backup.

I still think overdrawing with Zada and Mirrorwing should not be a problem. If you cast it once with 10 tokens out and draw 15 cards, you should be able to win the game right there without decking yourself. If not, then you probably have too many slow cards that need time to build up. That, or, don't cast huge draw cards targeting these two creatures. You will only deck out if you target them. To kill a player with feather you only need to get her to 11 power ( with double strike ), which means you need +8 power worth of pump, which should be easy if you draw 15 cards.
Maybe we are focusing on different things in our builds too. My meta isn't super creature heavy, so feather can usually get through, as long as she can survive removal. Cards like Akroan Conscriptor don't work that well for me. I might give it a try in the future. There are a few cards I still need to get for my build ( Monastery Mentor is a pricier one that I know will be amazing ), so my build is far from finished. Just noting what works well in my testing so far. I would definitely say my build relies on the fact that I am running cards like Zada and Mirrorwing because some inclusions are pretty mediocre on one creature, but are amazing when they target all your creatures. We'll see how it goes with more testing this week.
