Hey! I love this deck. A few suggestions:

Runo Stromkirk  Flip is a bit of a nonbo with Umbris, Fear Manifest, as he isn't a horror when he ETBs and doesn't exile when he transforms. Thus, he's won't ETB as a horror to get that sweet sweet value. He also doesn't really synergize with the horror tribal theme. Likewise, the Shapeshifters in the deck like Evil Twin don't synergize, as they're not horrors and don't have changeling. Dauthi Voidwalker runs into the same issue, but it is pretty good so I wouldn't cut it.

A funny card in the deck would be Chainer, Dementia Master. He creates nightmares from your opponent's yard, which then exile more cards with your commander. However, he does come with the drawback of exiling all Nightmares when he dies. He's still totally worth it, though. Angel of Suffering do be silly. She might not be the best, but she's just kinda funny in the deck. The same goes for Bitter Ordeal, which, like all cards from Future Sight, is just kinda nifty. Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver ain't a bad card in this context, nor is Ashiok, Sculptor of Fears. Nightmare weaver is better, but both are pretty good in this context. Ashiok, Dream Render is pretty deece as both a Stranglehold and a exile-based mill engine, and she also completes AshiokTron (tm). To compleat the "Not good, just funny" cycle, Chainer's Torment. Is it an absolutely awful card? Yes. Is it hilarious? YES. Phyrexian Rager is pretty nice as well.

I hope that you find these suggestions helpful!

i was going to make a mill deck but decided against it but here are some cards that might work in your deck and maybe look into the planeswalker jace Hedron Crab, Ashiok, Sculptor of Fears, and Brain Freeze with it being a mono-blue deck Drowned Secrets and Sanity Grinding would work for milling

Hmmm, you're really not taking full advantage of Scarab God's second ability, which interacts with opposing graveyards.

How about Extract from Darkness and Ashiok, Sculptor of Fears to start putting some more gas that way?

Nemesis of Reason got dropped because of its price and how it targets a single person. But it could definitely go in the upgrades board if you wanted it. It just looked like the kind of thing that would put a big fat target on your head. I kept Soaring Thought-Thief because it triggers the mill by itself. If IT attacks, then the mill to everyone. But it could definitely be dropped for any other card. I would say Sphinx's Tutelage is definitely a highly efficient card. Mind Grind could be insane in Commander, and I would choose that over Traumatize. My other top picks would be Vela the Night-Clad , Sphinx Mindbreaker , Startled Awake  Flip, and Ashiok, Sculptor of Fears .

Interesting take on the mill plan.

I'm glad to see Sphinx Mindbreaker used here, and mixing it with Obsessive Stitcher and Malakir Rebirth  Flip seems promising. I do feel like running 4 Sphinx Mindbreaker seems like a lot though since Obsessive Stitcher is your only reliable way to cheat it into play. Using a 6 mana Ashiok, Sculptor of Fears (that's pretty bad otherwise) that might still be there to play it from the graveyard on the next turn doesn't seem like the greatest idea. I think 3 would be more reasonable.

I like the inclusion of Ghostly Pilferer since it should line-up nicely against all the foretell cards in the meta, but I feel like Vantress Gargoyle would serve you better in the main board both for staying alive, your mill plan, or winning with damage.

You are running very few lands at 21 for a deck that means that runs a bunch of high CMC cards that also wants to keep up mana for instants and creature abilities. Personally I would remove the 2 Ashiok, Sculptor of Fears and add 2 lands, probably a Castle Vantress and a Castle Locthwain .

Drown in the Loch is an amazing card in here, but it being your only counterspell and your only removal, it will have a lot of heavy lifting to do. A few Saw It Coming or Heartless Act could go a long way. You could probably cut a few Relic Golem or Ghostly Pilferer since you won't get much value out of too many creatures out at the same time with abilities you need to pay for anyway.

Hopefully these are useful, cheers!

Wondering if I should swap Ruin Crab from the sideboard with Foulmire Knight , or if there is a better option?

Is Ashiok, Sculptor of Fears the right move for this deck, or would something else work better?

TLDR at bottom

Consumingkeribo sorry it took so long was looking for cards that you suggested and taking in what you said. this deck was based on the cards in the Theros: Beyond Death Ashiok, Sculptor of Fears plansewalker deck so my main goal in this deck is to make them lose thru mill hence why it's named after Mindwrack Harpy and to change that strategy would mean I would have to scrap the whole deck so even though you don't recommend it that's the win condition I'm going for

I like your idea of Sadistic Sacrament or Unmoored Ego but I don't think that cards like Curiosity or Rogue's Gloves will help with the mill strategy unless I put in more cards that allow me to "bring back the dead"

In the end thanks for the recommendations and advice I'm thankful that even thou I'm new you were willing to help and if you have anymore you like to share I'm always here.

TLDR

deck focus/win condition: mill

liked ideas:Sadistic Sacrament, Unmoored Ego

thanks for the recommendations and advice and if you have anymore you like to share I'm always checking in

Pretty good deck you have here. I feel like Painful Quandary and Propaganda are some pretty good deterrents to go with your walls. Silent Arbiter and Crawlspace aren't too bad either. Since your using mill you could get away with Scheming Symmetry since you can mill whatever your opponent chooses. In terms of more mill focused creatures there are Gyruda, Doom of Depths, Mindwrack Harpy and Geth, Lord of the Vault. If you want Planeswalkers you could go with Jace, Memory Adept, Ashiok, Sculptor of Fears and Liliana, Death Mage for her last ability.

I feel like you could replace a few of your defenders with some of my recommended creatures and/or Planeswalkers and you probably don't need that many tap spells. However since it is a casual deck you'll know your playgroups meta better than me so only you can really judge if my recommendations work for you and which of your cards perform better than others.
