Voice of the Blessed
Creature — Spirit Cleric
Whenever you gain life, put a +1/+1 counter on this.
As long as there are four or more +1/+1 counters on this creature, this has flying and vigilance.
As long as there are ten or more counters on this creature, this has indestructible.

I should have put it in my first comment. I hate multi-commenting on this site (since they still don't allow edits....).
Anyway, that's one of the 2 most popular ways to build the deck in Pioneer/Explorer. Pioneer has access to a few more cards, obviously, such as Mutavault, but honestly if you played the exact version I have listed there it doesn't get much better than that. If you're actually interested, be sure to read what I wrote about the other variants (mainly the one with Innkeeper and Trelesarra. You can even go for a hybrid build that still uses the big 3 (Resplendent/Bishop/Righteous) and maybe 1-2 other angels but also plays cards like Voice of the Blessed and/or the new Heliod (Voice is a great card!).

First off, you may want some payoffs for your lifegain. Voice of the Blessed, Ajani's Pridemate, Regal Bloodlord, Nykthos Paragon, Archangel of Thune, and Ajani, Strength of the Pride are the first ones I can think of.
Card draw seems to be something this deck could struggle with, so I'd suggest at least adding Sign in Blood, Night's Whisper, etc. You already have a few but it might be best to add a few more just in case.
Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose is nasty in these kinds of decks.
And, finally, from the looks of it you're focusing primarily on Elas's second line of text, the lifegain part. Is this intentional, or do you want to find ways to exploit his second ability? I have a few synergies/combos that could help you get started if that's the case.

Need help pls (too many cards)

RedTrashMammal - I am going to echo DreadKhan here and state that unless it is a crucial piece of the deck, avoid high CMC cost like the plague for Modern. You have access to soooo many cards that most decks will just run circles around you by turn 6-7. Most lifegain themed decks revolve around low cost creatures that get pumped when you gain life or have excess life and this should likely be your focus. Creatures like Voice of the Blessed, Righteous Valkyrie, Archangel of Thune, Resplendent Angel, etc are some of the ones that come to mind when I think lifegain.
Just looking at your creatures some seem out of place considering you say this is a lifegain deck. Tine Shrike, Rustwing Falcon, Makindi Patrol, Makindi Aeronaut, Fortified Rampart, Expedition Envoy...none of these creatures have any lifegain synergy and could be ether dropped or replaced. The same is true with many of your instants/sorceries, enchantments. They are not bad cards just not optimized for what you said you are trying to accomplish.
If you do cut down the deck, make sure you cut down your lands as well. You will likely need 21-24 depending on the average CMC of the deck but pulling some of those means less overall cards you need to drop :)
Good luck and happy brewing!

Definitely check out Voice of the Blessed since you're mono .
Some other cards you might wanna look into even if they're not directly linked to your deck are The Ozolith for all those +1/+1 counters and Walking Ballista since you run a few Heliod, Sun-Crowned. Perhaps just as 1 ofs tho.

A few notes
Mono white lifegain payoffs are limitedly effective unless you go with Aetherflux Reservoir they require combat.
Cards to look at. I didn't look into budget tbh. But a few could maybe fit.
Martyr of Sands tons of life t1/2
On Thin Ice if you go to snow lands and play this.
Serra Ascendant 1 mana 66
Mikaeus, the Lunarch xx creature also buffs the team.
Containment Priest spicy sideboard card
Righteous Valkyrie lifegain payoff
Voice of the Blessed lifegain payoff

Heliod, Sun-Crowned, Resplendent Angel, Crested Sunmare, Serra Ascendant, The Book of Exalted Deeds, Gala Greeters, Trelasarra, Moon Dancer, Voice of the Blessed, Well of Lost Dreams, Elder Gargaroth, Aetherflux Reservoir, Angelic Accord, Authority of the Consuls, Blind Obedience, Ezzaroot Channeler, Glorious Sunrise, Ivory Tower, Nykthos Paragon, Primeval Bounty, Solitude, Spike Feeder, Urza's Saga, Heroic Intervention, Deep Gnome Terramancer
Remove Battlefield Medic and Doubtless One
Your ramp is good but if you change you land base a little it could be better with Three Visits, Nature's Lore, Crop Rotation
Land base Savannah, Scattered Groves, Arctic Treeline, Windswept Heath, Myriad Landscape, Gaea's Cradle
War Room and Bonders' Enclave will draw on a land
One thing I would recommend is not mixing green ramp and white catchup ramp. The white ones just get hosed. You could fix this by running lots of ways to change the amount of lands you control. Strip Mine, Wasteland, Dust Bowl, Selesnya Sanctuary

Life Gain
Call me crazy but it feels odd to see a lifegain deck that does not have Soul Warden or Soul's Attendant in it. They just provide a consistent cheap flow of life as it triggers for both the opponent and your own creatures.
I would also swap out Ajani's Pridemate for Voice of the Blessed due to its greater upside.
Archangel of Thune would be a good addition considering you will likely have the time to cast it with the ample life your opponent will need to eat away at.
Lastly, with the number of big lifegain spells you are running, I feel like Aetherflux Reservoir might be a better wincon that Felidar Sovereign given you can drop it and immediately trigger its ability for a win compared to dropping Felidar Sovereign and hoping it does not get removed for a full turn.

Oloro's Gambit

There are some great possibilities here I never considered and others that just remind me what is out there and need to get.
Archaeomancer's Map would be a game changer in these colors and top of my list to modify my own haha.
When initially learning to brew a deck I went for higher CMC cards but now I focus on 1-4 CMC especially when editing and taking out things that don't seem to be working. Other things on my list to use from here: Karlov of the Ghost Council Cleric Class Lone Rider Flip "don't mind this 2 drop haha" Voice of the Blessed Crested Sunmare (would be fun; probably also a target but omg if they leave it alone...) Paradise Plume (i think this would work especially well if there is a lot of overlap in the colors of your playgroup or playing 1v1)
Suggests: Bolas's Citadel (only because it's fun; it's also a huge target and the price of those cards can add up quickly) & Divinity of Pride (big hits, many lifegain) & Evil Twin or any other copy effect can be useful tactically taking out threats with it's ability but if they let you have Oloro out, you can copy it, sacrifice the real one and send it to the command zone and get double life-gain triggers. On that last note I have seen people instead of building towards pillowfort going for effects to abuse upkeep triggers ala: Paradox Haze with Golden Urn and Copy Enchantment and creatures like Deep-Sea Kraken and Indulgent Tormentor and Jhoira's Timebug and other supports like Clockspinning and can abuse it even more with Strionic Resonator or Mirrormade and similar effects. I like that idea because a lot of those pieces are useful just on their own but synergize quite well.
Good luck!! Thank you for the tag (:
