Destroy your opponents with nice combos like Athreos, God of Passage + Edgewalker + Shadowborn Apostle and combine them with loads of infinite combos, that'll give you: 1. Infinite mana and one alternative win Strategy ( Ashnod's Altar, Pitiless Plunderer + Revel in Riches ) 2. Infinite creatures ( Xathrid Necromancer ), infinite creature removal 3. Infinite carddraw combos ( Grave Pact, Dictate of Erebos, Reaper from the Abyss + Kothophed, Soul Hoarder ) 4. Infinite Health and Damage towards your Opponents with Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, Daxos, Blessed by the Sun, Falkenrath Noble, Pious Evangel / Wayward Disciple, Zulaport Cutthroat, Syr Konrad, the Grim 5. Infinitly big creatures with Cathars' Crusade, Ob Nixilis, Unshackled 6. Infinte Mill with Altar of Dementia and with Razaketh, the Foulblooded 7. (Infinite mana + Rune-Scarred Demon) you have infinte tutors. 8. If you want, you can have Infinite carddraw directly through the Harvester of Souls or Skullclamp. Remember that you can tutor all demons for one mana by sacrificing six Shadowborn Apostle. You can get theese really fast with Remembrance. Also you have enough ramp (apart from the infinte combos) through Dark Ritual, Orzhov Locket, Orzhov Signet, etc. If you want all that faster, just put in Teysa Karlov in, who doesn't only trigger all aristocracy abilities twice, but also boosts the Xathrid Necromancer. If one of your Opponents wants to pay your Athreos tax, you can return all of your Apostles with Immortal Servitude really cheap. Then I added some removal, some boardwipes to round it up a bit and yeah. Now you'll get tired of MTG, because you almost always win.

Wow, two posts while I was writing, okay... I'm evidently very slow at writing these...

Legendary Creature - Angel
Whenever a nontoken creature you control dies, create a white 1/1 Thrull creature token with "When this creature dies, destroy target nonland permanent."

I feel like the deck is solid, definite room for growth, but for the budget incredibly effective. There are some weaknesses, but the deck definitely can be a powerhouse.
Biggest room for improvement:
Resolve the small issues (See below)
Issues that I see:
-Few ways of protecting Kaalia
-Few ways of drawing cards
-Slightly not enough ramp, try adding 2 more
-Too high CMC on non-angel/demon/dragon cards
-Few ways of removing single targets
-Slightly too many board wipes
-Slightly too few lands, adding a few will allow you to have more keep-able hands
Cards to add: (These are some good budget substitutions for cards you have and will make the deck run smoothly, I listed the card kingdom prices in ()'s)
Talisman of Indulgence (2.3)
Fellwar Stone (3.5)
Coldsteel Heart (1.5)
Chaos Warp (1.5)
Harvester of Souls (1.3)
Bloodgift Demon (1)
Demonlord Belzenlok (.8)
Boros Charm (2.5)
Apostle's Blessing (.25)
Giver of Runes (3)
Caves of Koilos (1)
The total for cards to add should only be about $25
Cards to take out to make room:
The next big move will be to improve the landbase. 35 is the right amount for the deck, in my opinion, however it definitely could use an upgrade. Having a consistent land base allows you to easier play Kaalia on turn 3 or 4. It also helps you to consistently have the colors of mana you need, when you need them. I would add/completed the cycles in this order. These are listed from cheapest to most expensive.

Hey, your Commanders care about two types of creatures, Dragons and Knights. This is the simplest approach to consider is add more Dragons and some Knights? A higher amount of Dragons than Knights seems better with your two Commanders because double strike with Dragons who already fly is more powerful then Knights with flying.
Dragons are high mana cost creatures therefore consider more ramp? More ramp so you can cast Dragons especially Khorvath faster. Sylvia doesn't do much until you have a Dragon on the battlefield which ramp can help with.
You can't play Gruul Locket and Orzhov Locket in a Boros Commander deck. Can only play cards that are red, white or red/white because these are the color identities of your Commanders. Cards with black and green even though they also have red or white aren't legal with Boros.
What's the budget for your deck? Cards $1 or less each to consider adding:
Mana Rocks/Other Ramp
- Boros Signet
- Talisman of Conviction
- Dragon's Hoard
- Seething Song
- Mana Geyser
- Dragonlord's Servant
- Burnished Hart
- Iron Myr
- Gold Myr
Dragons/Cards that support Dragons
- Skyship Stalker
- Dragon Hatchling
- Dragon Egg
- Lathliss, Dragon Queen
- Scourge of Valkas
- Dragon Tempest: haste for Dragons.
- Steel Hellkite
- Moltensteel Dragon
- Sarkhan's Triumph: Dragon tutor.
- Tyrant's Familiar
- Hellkite Charger
- Drakuseth, Maw of Flames
- Sarkhan the Masterless
- Dragon Mantle
Dragons who can pump their own power which is called "firebreathing" are good with double strike.
- Silverblade Paladin: soulbound can change creatures.
- Danitha Capashen, Paragon
- Thalia's Lancers: legendary card tutor.
- Mask of Memory: an equipped creature with double strike who isn't blocked does combat damage twice to an opponent meaning you draw four cards.
- Rogue's Gloves: with flying it's easier to do combat damage.
The nice thing about these equipment is the interaction with double strike. These equipment can also be repeatable draw and if the equipped creature dies, the equipment isn't destroyed, can equip another creature.
I offer more advice. Good luck with your deck.

Wrath of God, Rest in Peace and Merciless Eviction all seem like cards that should definitely be in here. We would also definitely recommend some more ramp. An EDH deck without Sol Ring is almost unheard of. For your colour combination it would also be recommended to add Orzhov Signet, Talisman of Hierarchy and Orzhov Locket. Then there is draw options. Phyrexian Arena, Underworld Connections, Greed all come to mind.
Hope this helps.

Significant changes made.
Moved the deck even further away from token generators and more towards self recuring non-token creatures. Also reduced the average CMC to 3.10.
KibaAlpha, I would love to get your feedback on my latest edits if you can spare some time.

KibaAlpha I hear you on the Dark Ritual and friends, I will reconsider after I get more games under my belt, my gut feeling is that I will stay away from them and continue to rely on mana rocks and treasure tokens to ramp. I expect Pawn of Ulamog , Pitiless Plunderer , Sifter of Skulls , Black Market , Revel in Riches and Smothering Tithe will be doing alot of work.
Erebos, God of the Dead is a great card and I already have a copy but I will instead add Erebos, Bleak-Hearted as soon as Theros beyond Death set is released. I'll also be adding Yawgmoth, Thran Physician for more draw.
