Dead Metal II: Rage

You can lean hard into Kuldotha Rebirth + Dread Return. I think it's a way more interesting combo than just using Exhume like most reanimator decks. Generally I find pauper reanimator a boring archetype but this could be really cool. Churn through your deck with Faithless Looting, Cathartic Reunion, etc. Play setup cards like Gold Pan to give you an artifact plus more mana and lategame potential equipment. Crashing Drawbridge is a board wide haste enabler, and an artifact if needed. If you want to lean harder into reanimating artifact creatures, Argivian Restoration is a neat reanimator spell. Notably it also ramps you if you target an artifact land which is funny. Cleansing Wildfire can target your indestructible artifact duals to ramp you a basic and draw you a card for 2 mana which is awesome interaction. I would avoid using Exhume
if possible because by giving the opponent a blocker, even if you trample through it, it will make you take longer to kill the opponent and give them more time to remove your threats and disable your deck. It also works against your removal by giving them their scariest cards you already spent resources removing back for free.
Overall I would focus on having fewer but stronger reanimator targets and just using Dread Return + Kuldotha Rebirth. Play some madness cards like Dark Withering, Brain Gorgers, Kitchen Imp, Terminal Agony, Hell Mongrel, Reckless Wurm, etc. That way you're playing cheap aggressive threats with your Dark Ritual's and Lotus Petal's while filling your graveyard with your hyper efficient discard. Less worrying about casting as many reanimation spells and more focus on being aggressive while you set up will get you the damage you need early on to deal with blockers and close the game quicker.

My favourite option for recursion is Goblin Welder, mostly for the flavour text :) I'm not sure if it's pre-con level though.
Some other decent options are Junk Diver, Scarecrone, Argivian Restoration, Academy Ruins, and Rootwater Diver.

Rona is maybe not bad

I've never seen a Rona deck either so I love the idea! So feel free to take these suggestions with a grain of salt, but I think they'll fit your gameplan. I'm including cards that would give you a self-mill subtheme, because you can play with your graveyard as an extension of your hand.
Whir of Invention - artifact tutor, seems good to grab your wincons.
Baleful Strix - it's just Good Value, Son .
Stitcher's Supplier, Liliana, Death's Majesty, Champion of Wits. Fact or Fiction, Dakmor Salvage, - graveyard feeders on good cards
Murderous Cut, Treasure Cruise, Dig Through Time - since you only need one artifact that combos in your GY, you can use the rest for good Delve fodder!
Drown in the Loch - if you do add the self-mill strategies
Argivian Restoration, Buried Ruin, Fortuitous Find, Reconstruction, Scrap Trawler, Trading Post?, Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge? - to return good artifacts/Krark Clan to your hand if you mill it
Not totally sure on cuts because I haven't played the deck, but if you need help I can suggest some cards that look on the weaker side!

I don't think your deck requires Chromatic Lantern , you're a two-color deck so I'm sure your mana will be very fixed without it.
Reshape is a solid artifact tutor. Argivian Restoration is a cool artifact reanimation spell. Supreme Verdict is an amazing, uncounterable board wipe.
Looks pretty staxy!

I have some suggestions, you can run Quicksilver Amulet to cheat creatures from hand or Thran Temporal Gateway , if you up the number of historic permanents. Or even Arcane Artisan for a similar effect.
You can run Gate to the AEther for a similar Braids effect. And some cards that grant flash to creatures, like Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir , to play Braids at the end of opponent turn.
As a finishing touch, you can run Blue reanimator cards like Hour of Eternity , God-Pharaoh's Gift , Argivian Restoration and Body Double , as a subtheme.

Telepathy and Deep-Sea Kraken I do not see helping the deck have a better chance to win the game. Telepathy is sure to slow down a game and bring you some strong table hate in my opinion.
Laboratory Maniac as another win con with Frenetic Efreet
Fabricate , Muddle the Mixture or to go find your Thumb?
Fling , Warp World and Disrupt Decorum I would think would be a better fit than Telepathy and Deep-Sea Kraken. They keep up the Chaos theme.
Orcish Captain . Thieves' Auction are filler options as well.
Rootwater Diver , Argivian Restoration, Reconstruction , Junk Diver to return Krark's Thumb. Recoup for sorcery Body Double and remove about 7 lands.

Its mostly for science but still---> Would the following create infinite loop similar to the Phyrexian Metamorph combo.
Sharuum the Hegemon is on the battlefield with Mirage Mirror. The mirror copies her and as state-based action I choose that she goes to the graveyard. Then while the mirror is still a copy of Sharuum I return her say with Argivian Restoration. Now we again have 2 Sharuums and I choose that the original dies as a statebased effect, while her ETB is on the stack but without selected target (since state-based supercedes other triggers) so after she is back in the GY her ability can target herself and just like Baron Munchausen she will pull herself out by the hair again and again to finish opponents off with Blood Artist or something similar.
