How about some repeatable discard? Disrupting Scepter is kind of the low end, specter creatures like Abyssal Specter or Hypnotic Specter provide damage-based discard, and triggered discard like Bottomless Pit through Cunning Lethemancer and Necrogen Mists to Anvil of Bogardan provide reliable counters for your commander, depending on how much money you're willing to spend. Liliana's Caress gets a one-mana discount off Megrim for a very similar effect.

personally, I have been wanting to build an aryel commander deck myself, so here are some suggestions: Order of Yawgmoth out, Hero of Bladehold in. reason: hero of bladehold is just better, same mana cost but in white and a lot more impactful, wether it be turn 3 or turn 6 she is still good. Disrupting Scepter out, Shadowspear in. reason: its shadowspear, helps with hexproof and indestructible allowing aryel to blow up stuff

some other good, yet cheap knight cards to include: Drogskol Cavalry , Bloodcrazed Paladin , Belle of the Brawl , Basri's Lieutenant , Kabira Vindicator , Knight of the White Orchid , Knights of the Black Rose , Lena, Selfless Champion , Liliana's Standard Bearer , Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel , Paladin of Atonement , Silverwing Squadron , Vona, Butcher of Magan , etc.

Looks good so far, and similar to a deck I have on here: What Tiggers Do Best. If you could, please return the favor and tell me how you think I can improve that.

I feel like Disrupting Scepter would slow down the deck, or at least that's my experience of it. Also, I don't see Mana Drain helping you out as much as you might want it to. You don't have much in there that costs colorless mana, except for your planeswalkers, and even they don't cost a whole lot. Also, you already sufficient ramp, unless you'd like to add a Lake of the Dead. Finally, you have a lot of tutors, but I really don't think you need that many. I'd either decide on one to drop, or else drop Jace, Unraveler of Secrets, because his ult might be amazing, but it takes a long time to set off, and would really only be useful for card draw (which is less useful with as many tutors as you're running).

If you want the repetitive effects of the Disrupting Scepter, I would run Isochron Scepter instead. And maybe Warped Devotion because of all the bounce, but even if you didn't, I'd try to fit in at least a couple Recoil.

needs more bounce - Temporal Adept, Crystal Shard, etc with pitch creatures (like Relentless Rats ) would likely help as well.

if you aren't going as much bounce, take a look into Scepter of Fugue and Disrupting Scepter for handpicking, as well as Honden of Night's Reach for manaless activation
