Jandor's Circlet
If you would draw a card while ~ is untapped, instead look at the top card of your library. You may pay and tap ~ to put that card into your graveyard. When you do, draw a card.
This card is an improved version of Jandor's Ring. I felt the 6 mana cost was too much so I made this cost 4. I also kept the 2 mana cost and tap for the ability but changed it so that you don't have to keep track of which cards you drew that turn to discard to the effect.
Has anyone seen the show Warehouse 13? Make a card based on an artifact shown in one of the show's episodes
