Thought Lash Discussion

It seems like you're running burn as your wincon.
Here are some cards that might help.
Since these are symmetrical burn, you could also run Glacial Chasm and stall it out. This is also the most important land card to run with these mono red sorcery finishers. Your Pariah is also a god level card with this setup. You might also consider Heartless Hidetsugu as a combo with these 2 cards.
For more drastic changes, you can fix around your landbase to cut a lot of nonbasics and add basics with a load of fetchlands, such as Fabled Passage, Prismatic Vista, , Ash Barrens, Terramorphic Expanse, Evolving Wilds, Myriad Landscape, Warped Landscape, some Panorama fetches, and keeping Flooded Strand + Scalding Tarn + Arid Mesa. I have this landbase in another of my burn decks and its fully sufficient for tri-colour commanders. In white, you get access to Land Tax as well so it helps further fix your mana - although in my experience with this landbase I would say its not even necessary.
With a basic land landbase, it opens you up to more burn, such as Price of Progress, Burning Earth. It also opens you up to hard stax cards if you have a vendetta against someone: Magus of the Moon, Blood Moon, Back to Basics.
An alternative package you can consider with your wheels is Narset, Parter of Veils and Alms Collector to discard their entire hand. You already have Smothering Tithe as well. Psychic Possession is also insane with wheels as it lets you draw 14 off a single wheel.
I would also just add Underworld Breach because its straight up insane.
You can also try Mana Geyser for a super explosive turn by recasting it from the graveyard again.
Dack Fayden is both a ramp card and a way to dump cards into your graveyard.
Some cards I see that you could also try cutting/changing are:
Land Tax - you can run ramp artifacts instead, such as Surveyor's Scope. Surveyor's Scope is an excellent card with many fetchlands as you can tap them to sac as a cost, then activate Surveyor's Scope for up to 3 basics untapped since your fetchland is no longer on the field. Or basically any other 2 mana rock will do.
I would consider Ral, Izzet Viceroy a bit too slow.

FaiberJC, well, this is an interesting question. I think this can be done and the deck will not suffer much. I propose to make the following replacements:

+1 This is a great battlecruiser!
You already have all the Tri Lands. That's great! I think those are super solid.
When I started, I had a 5-color, 60-card 4x Sliver Overlord deck from way-back-when that I converted to Commander. WUBRG was a struggle for Pauper! Instead of buying Fetch Lands, I first got all the Vivid Lands. Then I centered my Ramp package around Nature's Lore , Farseek , Skyshroud Claim , and Hunting Wilds ; I searched for Forest Battle Lands and Bicycle Lands before upgrading to Shock Lands. Murmuring Bosk is a hidden gem of a Forest Tri Land. Once I had a solid 12-14 Ramp like this, it became very consistent.
My favorite deck right now is my Karona/ Hugs/ Politics. It is mostly carried by Land Tax , but does very well with its janky mana base. Recently I won by exiling my library with Thought Lash and then casting Nexus of Fate over and over, and killing everyone with my 8/8 commander!
Fires of Invention is my favorite right now and it is worth considering in any 5-color and definitely goes in any Battlecruiser deck.
Buy a Smothering Tithe while the're still $8!!!
Run Sakura-Tribe Elder in almost every deck.
And how is Niv-Mizzet Reborn working for you? Another buddy of mine bought the Commander's Quarters Budget Version, but its a tricky deck. Niv seems best when you're dedicated to "color-pair tribal" because his "exactly those colors" clause is very restrictive. Have you considered Scion of the Ur-Dragon , The Ur-Dragon , Ramos, Dragon Engine , or Morophon, the Boundless ? Scion is the cheapest and the most fun, imo.
Besides that, it looks powerful! Maybe put Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon into The Mimeoplasm just because its more likely to 1-shot someone in that deck? Idk seems pretty sweet... Also, consider finding a card or a 2-card combo for all of your decks that can "win out of nowhere" so if someone locks down the board, you can work a miracle.

Aczilza, Who Never Forgets
Legendary Planeswalker - Aczilza
Whenever you would draw a card, you may instead take a card you own in exile and put it into your hand.
+1 Each player exiles the top two cards of their library.
-4 Exile target creature or artifact.
-6 You gain an emblem with, "Whenever a permanent you control would become exiled, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step."
Aczilza, Who Never Forgets can be your commander.
Pronounced "Ah-chill-za" more or less. This is a planeswalker whose ultimate is nice, but it's the static ability you want to build your deck around. Kaya, Orzhov Usurper is a nice win condition with her, and then you can put in all of those self-exile cards that basically give you options to draw from, so that you're not drawing from your deck . You can't lose to mill, basically, when Aczilza is out. Divining Witch , Necropotence , Thought Lash , Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge , any number of Jaces or the new Ashiok, these all make a deck begging to built...
Another command walker!
