Golfrolax: My issue with both the Boonweaver combo and Hulk is that without a repeatable sac outlet, they just act as a once off tutor. The deck only runs 5 repeatable sac outlets and of that 2 are immediate win conditions, 1 is a card draw engine and the other two generate infinite mana (I can generally set up a card draw engine given infinite mana).
If the deck had access to black, it would be a very different story as I would be running cards like Viscera Seer and Zulaport Cutthroat. However in the current build and in a combo situation I will aready have the sac outlet (say Blasting Station) and fenerally have access to Saffi Eriksdotter already. So at this point both Hulk and Boonwearver are stand-ins for a single creature. The whole beauty of both hulk and boonweaver is that they can assemble multiple combo creatures in one hit, however there isn't generally a requirement for this in the build.
As tutors they are ok, however both are very expensive to play and I'm already running a solid suite of creature tutors, all of which I would like to think are generally better than Hulk or Boonweaver, as well as better than Pattern of Rebirth. My biggest beef with pattern is that you have to both enchant a creature and then sac it. This means that in a worst case scenario, it is not useable to recover from a crappy board state, whereas the other tutors just cost mana. It also leaves a lot more openings for the creature to be removed.
I've thought about running cards like Martyr's Cause, Fanatical Devotion and even Reaper of Flight Moonsilver, however all of these cards are either too conditional, are a nonbo or both. I run Starved Rusalka (it was a toss up between her and Martyred Rusalka - martyred has the better ability but starved is easier to fuel with cradle) which is the closest the deck comes to Viscera Seer however is only good for jump starting combos/getting value, not for infinite loops.
There is one deploy line which is Saffi + High Market into hulk, sacing saffi and then sacing hulk to market getting Academy Rector + Starved Rusalka, then off the second hulk sac (via rusalka) you can get Karmic Guide however this line still feels messy to me as you need 9 mana and High Market (so really 10 mana) to make it work.
That's my thought process on the whole thing, but I am always keen to get others' thoughts too.

one problem with Demonmail Hauberk is that with no other creatures you wont be able to use its equip cost unless someone gives you a creature token like Dowsing Dagger or other cards

Keiga, the Tide Star goes really good with Rite of Replication. Another cool combo with Keiga, the Tide Star is having it in the graveyard and Feldon of the Third Path in play. It gets better with Seedborn Muse allowing you to do it every turn.
You got Alot of really big spells I think you should consider more cheating of mana cost stuff like Quicksilver Amulet, Dragon Arch, Selvala's Stampede, Lure of Prey, Believe, and Hunting Grounds these are good for cheating of mana cost. Now for stealing of stuff. You need Zealous Conscripts and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combo because some of your tutors that get more then 1 creature. I'd throw in Splinter Twin too that works with Alot of things like Zealous Conscripts, Keiga, the Tide Star, Omnath, Locust of Rage and so on.
So Insurrection is a great way to win the game out of nowhere but it also doubles as removal giving you have the ways to do that. I really like Demonmail Hauberk and Grafted Wargear. But some times its good to be able to instantly sad Your Own stuff in response to someone else. Phyrexian Altar or Food Chain is good for that.
Bringer of the Black Dawn is a good one to cheat in.

The problem with Fanatical Devotion and Martyr's Cause is that outside of either the boonwevaer or hulk combos, they are basically dead draws. On top of that, since the deck is designed so that the creatures form recusion engines and the outlets provide value, neither of those two work with any other combos in the deck. Basically they seem useless here.
Natural Order isn't bad, but my problem with it is that you have to sac a creature to get value. This means that from a worst case scenario situation, it is nowhere near as good as a Green Sun's Zenith which can help me get back in the game. The fact that it's limitied to only getting green creatures as well is frustrating. I know GSZ has the same limitation but it is easier to cast, recurable and forms part of a combo.
I was thinking about lines to get hulk working and the best two I came up with (without having to add a bunch of situational cards) were:
Play Saffi and Hulk.
Sac saffi targetting Hulk.
Sac Hulk to a single use sac outlet (e.g. High Market).
Saffi ability triggers. Bring back Hulk.
Resolve Hulk's ability, getting Reaper of Flight Moonsilver - (you need to have delirium on line).
Sac Hulk to Reaper. hulk's ability triggers, getting Karmic Guide.
Guide's ability triggers, returning Hulk.
Sac Hulk to Reaper, triggering Hulk and getting Reveillark.
Sac Guide to Reaper.
Sac Lark to Reaper, bringing back Saffi and Guide.
From here you can loop so that you get back Hulk who can fetch something like Inquisitor Exarch. This line is ok, but you have to have Saffi in play and delirium online before you start to combo. total mana required on combo turn: 7. Total number of added cards to the deck: 3.
Play Saffi and Hulk.
Sac Saffi targetting Hulk.
Sac Hulk to oneshot sac effect. Saffi ability triggers bringing Hulk back.
Sac Hulk to Hauber, getting Karmic Guide.
Guide triggers, bringing back Hulk.
Sac Hulk to Hauberk, getting Reveillark.
From here you can form a loop with Reveillark, Karmic Guide and Demonmail Hauberk and looping Inquisitor Exarch for the win. Total mana required on combo turn: 9 (8 if you use wargear). Total number of added card to the deck: 4.
That being said, I personally prefer option 2 over 1 as the combo feels cleaner and doesn't impact the average CMC of the deck as much (plus Hidden Herbalists is good with Karmic Guide, Reveillark and Greater Good). Having a semi-tutorable sac outlet (on Hauberk) is not weak either. That being said, it's not the strongest sac outlet. Obviously the optimum Hulk line involves a sac outlet on a creature though. Without it, the lines are messy and there are a lot more dead cards in the deck than I would like to be.
I just feel like without access to cards like Viscera Seer or Carrion Feeder that it feels too much like running Protean Hulk is trying to force it because it's a graveyard combo package and it can be good. But without the support to make it work it just feels too clunky as you have to add sub-optimal lines. Ultimately it's about evaluating a card in the context of the deck. If this were a Karador, Ghost Chieftain deck I would run it without hesitation, however here I don't think it's worth the slot. It's for the same reasoning that the deck doesn't bother with the Boonweaver combo.

Personally, I run Safehold Elite in my infinite persist deck, and I do not recommend you follow suit. The only reason I keep it in my deck is because persist is my alternate win condition to Battle of Wits, and, with 240 cards in the deck, I need to maximize the number of inexpensive persist creatures I run.
You already have 8 different sacrifice targets between Kitchen Finks and Murderous Redcap, and both provide greater utility. Wall of Omens might be a better choice, as it replaces itself and provides a fairly bulky blocker in the early game.
I ran a gatherer search for free sacrifice otulets in your colours, and the only card I found was Greater Good. I do not think that is a good option, since you will mill yourself pretty quickly. In colourless, you have access to Demonmail Hauberk, which would help with beating down your opponents, should that become necessary. With your Tutor, I would not recommend more than two additional sacrifice cards. I would replace Barrage of Expendables, as the required mana cost is a tad inefficient.

1 I cast Mairsil, the Pretender exiling Demonmail Hauberk with a cage counter. It's my only creature. Can I sacrifice Mairsil to try to equip it to itself? Can I sacrifice another creature to try to equip him to himself?
Just a note: the Gatherer page seems to state that you can activate equip abilities, but Mairsil doesn't attach.
2 If Maersil exiles Figure of Destiny can it become the 8/8 Kithkin Spirit (eventually)?
4 If he copies Mischievous Quanar can he facedown himself?

I just included another Sac-outlet, description above (Spawning Pit).
Bonehoard won me 3 games. Although he doesn't look like much, he is incredible to a point I'd have never imagined. This was never a dead card and can function on its own.
Homura has me on the fence - as you ut it with something else. It is possible he will go for Memnarch or something else. I don't know yet, but I'd love a good buff on a stick here that will stick.
Eternal scourge is something I want to try. Never got to play with this in, but if it doesn't work this will be easy to cut. Even as a blocker, with Mimic Vat and exiling it I can play him again and just grab the next thing in the vat that dies.
Demonmail Hauberk is way better than Grafted Wargear simply how it is worded. I can sac other things to equip the same creature (Yasova) again and again. This isn't possible with the other one since it would die. It doubles as a buff, too. And +4/+2 pushing Yasova to 8 power is very noteworthy.
Berserk will stay. I had a Blood Frenzy in before and knew I wanted a Berserk at some point. It not only works on each creature but my Yasova only dies if it attacks. So it can give +4/+0 and won't kill the creature if it doesn't attack. Also, it is destruction and not sacrifice, which can be important sometimes. Eldritch Evolution is nice, but no match for Birthing Pod here.
Last of all I'm completely with you on the fun part. This isn't meant to be competitive, but fun in multiplayer games. It heavily depends on the board state and proved to be very adaptive to problems.
Next few things most likely to change are Dack's Duplicate that will likely be replaced by Altered Ego / Aura Thief and Hero's Blade that will definately make room for another equipment in the Maybeboard. Either Fabricate or Whir of Invention will see places in the deck at some point, too. Academy Ruins will be in there, too; but there have to be more 'any color' lands to fix stuff (they will likely replace Lotus Vale).
