Vorrac Battlehorns Discussion
I would put in a Vorrac Battlehorns. Other than that, you have quite an array of options. You even have enough cards listed for two decks. Speaking of two decks, here are a couple that you may want to take a look at. The first is a slightly modified precon, and the second, although off color, is quite an effective Voltron.

You can make a card appear in different categories by putting two tags on the same line this way:
1x Birds of Paradise #Flyers #Ramp
Avoid Fate is a charming card but at the end of the day any other instant that gives Hexproof or Shroud is better because will also work against sorceries and abilities. My favorites: Sylvan Safekeeper, Blossoming Defense, Heroic Intervention and Vines of Vastwood. On the other hand Sheltering Word may be good in your deck with huge creatures.
Vorrac Battlehorns do you really want that bad to be blocked by only one creature? I consider an upgrade to it Loxodon Warhammer, O-Naginata, Horned Helm (instant attaching, yay!) or Chariot of Victory
Homeward Path is another staple, you dont want your guys controlled or reanimated.
Sprouting Phytohydra is another creature I like but you don't seem to be able to capitalize on it in your deck. You already have many big guys on the ground to block whatever they send you. I know it's a deck of hydras but this guy underperforms.
Don't flyers give you a hard time? In my meta I would be kill with flyers with this deck almost every time. With all your mana production Silklash Spider is an auto include, Whirlwind is more efficient but one use only, World Breaker is a decent body with reach with built in disruption and recursion, you may also want to include a single Wastes so you can ramp it if you happen to need the diamond mana, but you dont seem to run land ramp. Speaking about land ramp, do you know Traverse the Outlands?
Tutors are awesome but there is a thing such as too many tutors. The only really crucial creatures to tutor into the Battlefield from the Library are Vorinclex and the Ulvenwald Hydra. Hydras dont like to be cheated into the battlefield because most of them have X in their cost and when you cheat them to the battlefield they enter as 0/0 and die. Therefore, a tribal tutor such as Kindred Summons works poorly with this tribe. If you check a top mono green commander deck such as Daruid: Seton-Storm you will see he only runs like 8 tutors and that's a pure mana production deck, all his druids tap for at leas one green mana because of his commander..Id try to go for more card draw and recursion instead. Seasons Past is quite nice.

Opal Palace - does a lot more in buffing Walker of the wastes than another wastes.
also, another amazing land has been printed as a common since then. Cradle of the Accursed :)
how often do you feel you get to 9 mana? Hand of Emrakul is the other big beater you are missing. annhilator in pauper seems good enough, haha.
if you still wanted an additional fatty to equip with evasion, Ruin Processor is the last biggest guy you are missing.
Vorrac Battlehorns is great that it forces your opponent to only ever block with one creature, which greatly accels your commander damage clock. Since it gives trample, you get to do the same strategy on any of your other beaters as a 2nd option.
Here's a big one in my opinion. run more cantrips. you want to be consistently hitting lands drops and getting to your key enchantments. in colorless, this is hard to do. cantrips really help turn through your deck to find those pieces you need to complete your strategy. here's a start: Chromatic Sphere, Chromatic Star, Conjurer's Bauble, Relic of Progenitus, Urza's Bauble, Astrolabe, Ichor Wellspring, Orazca Relic
Things i don't like in here...
Frogmite - a cheap, sometimes free 2/2? i would rather just run another cantrip effect like some i listed above.
Phyrexian Walker - again, i don't like running 0 cost things that do nothing on there own. run a ramp spell in place of it to get to your bigger bombs quicker. a 0/3 is not where you want to be, early or late.
Rusted Slasher - way too vulnerable and will never get a hit in. there are so many better 4 drops you should be playing, or again, replace with a cantrip. I would much rather play a cantrip into an equipment on t4 than this guy
Galvanic Key - neat trick, but i don't see this combat trick come up very often and colorless decks don't "fool" anyone when they leave up mana unless it is 7+ for scour mana.

Lightning Greaves (Might not be that great since you won't be able to target with Shu Yun's ability)

Couple asks and questions,
13 lands enter tapped, 3 lands produce no color, 2 lands often (1 more than, 1 less than) enter tapped, of 36 lands. So 13+3+2=18 / 36 = 50%. Don't you find that VERY slow?
The infinite combo is 4 cards (yikes), it must be hard to come by even with draw? Have you thought about tutoring it? Enlightened Tutor/Idyllic Tutor for Oketra's Monument/Cryptolith Rite and Sylvan Tutor/Worldly Tutor/Eladamri's Call for Leonin Battlemage/Whitemane Lion. Also Herald’s Horn doesn't do anything unless you have someone else with an ETB tiggered ability looks like?
Dromoka's Command is modular, but do you find it's under-powered on most modes? Do you find Glare of Subdual a bad conversion? Losing an attacker/blocker for 1 tap? Nissa, Vital Force doesn't seem to have the right Synergy with what the cats are doing? Do you find more utility in the Vorrac Battlehorns for the lower cost than Behemoth Sledge with the lifelink but with no Felidar Sovereign I get it?
You seem to be token pumping / creating, why no Brimaz, King of Oreskos?

First of all, you definitely want Lightning Greaves for this deck, whether it's to replace Swiftfoot Boots or not. Also, Wrath of God is objectively better than Day of Judgment, as well as not much more expensive. Ironclad Slayer would be a good addition for recursion (as is Mistveil Plains) and is probably better than having three shields which do the same thing; Kite Shield is redundant and could easily be replaced with a substantially better equipment, such as the aforementioned Greaves. Also, budget or not, you really want Enlightened Tutor to increase consistency even (Steelshaper's Gift is another good tutor option). If you are going to run so many Plains, you really want to have Endless Horizons in here so you can filter your deck and make it move even quicker than it already does. Of course, Land Tax also allows you to filter the deck a bit, and is probably worth every penny to get.
Other equipment to consider: Basilisk Collar, Godsend, Deathrender, Vorrac Battlehorns, Trepanation Blade, Armory of Iroas, Skullclamp, Quietus Spike, Darksteel Plate, Trailblazer's Boots, Moonsilver Spear, Infiltration Lens and Strata Scythe.
