Relic Barrier, Ring of Gix, Icy Manipulator are good for 1 sided Winter Orb and Storage Matrix. Ral Zarek is good with the Royals.

If you were looking for rings to finish of the set for the dwarves there are still Ring of Gix, Ring of Immortals, Ring of Ma'ruf, Ring of Renewal and Jinxed Ring. They arent all good but they can fill the spots in absolutely needed. (also +1 nice deck :D)

Some good synergies here but I miss the focus a bit. Some cards don't fit well into the overall plan or at least it's not clear what the main goal of the deck actually is.

If you aim at getting the thopter foundry combo into play, you lack tutors: Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Enlightened Tutor, Intuition...maybe even Gamble

If you focus on exploiting various comes into play effects of artifacts and creatures, you should have a look at how well they play together and how mana intensive your actions are. Strionic Resonator is interesting then, also because it's a combo piece for Brago. Venser, the Sojourner is also great in such a package, especially with creatures like Rishadan Cutpurse, Rishadan Footpad, Rishadan Brigand, Venser, Shaper Savant or cards like Tangle Wire.

If you focus on cheating big stuff into play easily, you should include real killers too. An early Magister Sphinx is already great but especially for Kuldotha Forgemaster or Master Transmuter you want something to end the game...Blightsteel Colossus, Mindslaver, stuff like that.

I wouldn't play Blinkmoth Urn if you don't have cards that can tap it in your turn - you definitely don't want your opponents to get mana from this card. If you include a package like that, you might have a look at Clock of Omens, Ring of Gix, Scepter of Dominance, Blinkmoth Well and more cards that profit from being tapped at the right time, for example Winter Orb, Static Orb or Trinisphere

Your mana base could be greatly improved if you have a budget for the deck. Lands as well as mana artifacts could be replaced for better/faster ones. That depends mostly on how much it may cost...
