+2 Mace vs. Vulshok Morningstar . Those Vulshok do know how to make a metal whacking stick.
From what I've seen so far, there are very, very few cards that are generic enough to reprint outside of a Forgotten Realms set. Something like Celestial Unicorn or Dueling Rapier could make it out, but this is truly D&D played with cards.

Kythos, God of the Walls
Legendary Artifact Creature - Gargoyle God
Indestructible
As long as you control five or fewer artifacts, Kythos isn't a creature.
As long as your devotion to colorless is more than seven, Kythos has flying.
Artifacts you control untap whenever an artifact you control becomes the target of a spell of ability an opponent controls.
5/9
I'd like a Common draft chaff artifact or sorcery which is interesting. (It bugs me to no end that they print boring bad cards. I understand the goal in bad cards, but want interesting ones.)
See: Marauder's Axe and Torch Gauntlet as strictly worse versions of Bonesplitter , Darksteel Axe , and Vulshok Morningstar
That's unoriginal poor quality.
Original, poor quality would be Skyblinder Staff , Razor Boomerang , Tormentor's Trident , Thirsting Axe .

I've also recently started PDH. I would suggest changing the following for objectively-better versions
Cultist's Staff -> Vulshok Morningstar
Marauder's Axe - > Bonesplitter
other suggestions
Leonin Scimitar , Short Sword alternatives or you can add all 3 as they are just other Honed Khopesh
Skyblinder Staff If you have flying and cant be blocked by flying, you can only be blocked by Reach (which not many PDH players play)

I find this build really clunky.
-
Preordain is better than Serum Visions
-
Vulshok Morningstar is quite expensive, especially when you want to leave mana up for counter. 2 point in toughness is nice vs Lightning Bolt but I would suggest changing it to either Bonesplitter if you want to close the game faster or Mutagenic Growth if you want to have protection vs Bolt (also more spells that flip Delver).
-
Archeomancer is very slow. You have 6 spells in Daze and Deprive that bounce your land. I would go for Augur of Bolas. With so many spells you will almost never miss on his trigger.
-
Too little creatures. Any starting hand without Delver of Secrets Flip in it seems quite bad. If opponent puts any >1 toughness creature (like Glint Hawk or Lagonna-Band Trailblazer) into play you will probably die to it.
-
You also lack the ability to sneak the Ninja of the Deep Hours into play with ninjutsu. Delver decks usually use Faerie Miscreant and Spellstutter Sprite to put Ninja into play and get back something with etb trigger.
You are mixing up two things. If you want to use Delver of Secrets Flip you are creating Tempo deck. That means you have to go down on cmc and get cards that can interact with opponent but also get in some points of damage, i.e Vapor Snag or Spellstutter Sprite - when you counter with Sprite you will kill opponent unless he does something about it, but when you counter with Counterspell you are not any closer to winning the game.
If you want to create Controll deck, you don't even need creatures to win, however you need some way of interacting with things your opponent manages to put into play as well as some card advantage. You can look up UR or UB control lists - they play a lot of removal like Chainer's Edict or Skred to deal with things they coulnd't counter and play things like Think Twice, Mystical Teachings, Accumulated Knowledge and so on to generate card advantage. You can even count not playing creatures as "card advantage" - their removal would be useless.

Vicious Shadows actually doesn't work (nor does Stalking Vengeance, and for the same reason), because when a creature (or in this instance a token) doesn't die when it's exiled. I would suggest Warstorm Surge instead. Which I just noticed was in the maybeboard. Speaking of cards in the maybeboard, Swiftfoot Boots is probably better than Lightning Greaves here because shroud makes Valduk untargetable for equip costs. This would normally not be a problem; just equip it to a different creature for 0 mana. However with a semi-creatureless brew like this you'd have to do all your equipping on the postcombat main phase.
I might suggest some of the human-based equipment from OG Innistrad; Avacyn's Collar, Bladed Bracers, Butcher's Cleaver, Heirloom Blade could be really cool (and you could run a human or two for good measure), Sharpened Pitchfork is nice, though first strike is kinda useless, Silver-Inlaid Dagger is AWESOME, and Slayer's Plate may get some work done.
Some generally good equipments include Champion's Helm for hexproof, Chitinous Cloak to force opponents to make tough blocker choices, honestly General's Kabuto may be worth is as the ultimate protection card, you could consider Kitesail for evasion, Konda's Banner would be great and pump your tokens (and yes it would give Valduk +2/+2), Kusari-Gama would be a serious 'don't block me or I fuck you' effect, Ogre's Cleaver is honestly insane, Pariah's Shield, though costly, more or less makes you untouchable, Pennon Blade is worth the cost, the classic Short Sword, Sigiled Sword of Valeron is dece, Skullclamp is OH MY GOD, Strata Scythe is equally insane, the swords are famously insanely powerful, Trusty Machete is okay, Vorrac Battlehorns is an easy way to win fast, and Vulshok Battlegear and Vulshok Morningstar are decent.
And yes, I did slog through every equipment in Magic history to find those.
Props to Heliogabale for some good ideas on cuts. I might add No-Dachi, seems a little overcosted (also it's worth noting Mask of Avacyn has the same mana specs for an arguably better effect), Skeleton Key is not going to do anything for very long, Valduk is probably going to be too big too fast to make use of first strike (@ Sparring Collar), Browbeat is 5 damage to an opponent for 3 mana. Realistically no one is going to let you draw 3 cards.
Sorry, this comment was a looong one.
