Notes:

• Vampiric Bloodlust was the very first commander deckI owned. I loved it and I set about upgrading it as I continued to play commander. Because this deck has grown alongside me as a player, it is perhaps not as consistently or cleverly crafted as my more recent decks. Ironically, it's the most expensive deck I own, yet I feel hesitant to give it a 7/10 because of how inconsistent it can run. It can feel like a strong 8 deck if everything goes very well, and a 6/10 if it doesn't, hence the 6.5 powerlevel rating.

Changelog:

• I think I want to try and move as many creatures as possible down a CMC, even if they lose good utility effects. Particularly want more 1cmc vampires.
