I've got something similar in the works myself LOI is defo the best Sorin for vamp tribal. I used Anguished Unmaking for my signature spell myself mainly for flavor reason but also because having instant speed cheap removal for almost anything is nice. If you are sticking with 21 lands i would honestly remove all the 5cmc+ things that don't do much when they hit the battlefield. Personally i don't even have Sorin, Grim Nemesis mainly because the game should already be over or mostly over by the time you play him especially with 21 lands. Personally i would remove him as well as Defiant Bloodlord , Epicure of Blood and Necropolis Regent . You defo need to make room for Bloodghast , Bloodthrone Vampire , Blood Artist , Vampire Nighthawk and New Blood . I'm probably forgetting some others myself. Orzhov Signet as well if you face mana issues.

Gilded Drake , Song of the Dryads , Lignify , Kasmina's Transformation, Imprisoned in the Moon , Darksteel Mutation , Humility , Metamorphic Alteration , Deep Freeze , Nevermore , New Blood , Ritual of the Machine , Helm of Possession , and so many other cards are good not just against Mairsil, but against any problematic commander.

JoeBob21, your suggestions are welcomed, and I have gone over each card in your list. For Door of Destinies: It's a great card and could easily fit into the deck, but around turn 4 I can play most of my vamps or I'm getting ready to play Edgar. More of a preference than anything. Aetherflux Reservoir doesn't really fit into the deck at all besides some vampires having lifelink, so I'm personally not interested. Teferi's Protection is a solid card, and can definitely go in the deck, I just haven't found room for it. Vindicate is great removal, I'm just more fond of Anguished Unmaking. Way better card. Anointed Procession is great, but by the time I've played it, I've already made 2 or 3 tokens, and I'll only make one more before playing Edgar. New Blood is a fun and flavorful card, so I would recommend it to anyone trying to fit into the vampire theme. However, my list cares more about aggressively beating my opponent in with a wide board that slowly gets tall, and adding a random theft card doesn't fit. Sangromancer has always been something I'm not too fond of, as it just sits there and occasionally gains you a few life, which doesn't really help me win, unless you're playing a reservoir deck. While Forerunner of the Legion is a strong card that gives you a token AND a tutor, I'd rather play a Vampiric Tutor turn one and get what I need, rather than just a vamp. Solid budget card either way. I have no clue how I missed Bloodghast, especially after I make so many reanimator decks. He fit in well and will be a solid aggro piece by getting himself out with a token on turn two. Thank you for your input and more is always welcome! Feel free to check out my other commander decks. Some of them like Breya I put a lot of time and effort into.

I have an Edgar deck as well and I saw yours and thought up a couple of cards for it. And I apologize for any and all bad jokes a make in this comment. Door of Destinies is a great vamp buff. Aetherflux Reservoir adds lifegain to a one-shot kill! What's not to like? Teferi's Protection is a great wipe protector. Vindicate is a great kill spell even if its not instant speed. Anointed Procession doubles your tokens! Doubles! New Blood was my personal favorite out of the C17 decks. Sangromancer is a good lifegain source. Forerunner of the Legion is a semi-quick vamp that gets you another vamp. Sweet right? And last but not least... Bloodghast!! a two drop that keeps coming back! Again and again! All in all great job building this deck!

Sweet recommendation Last_Laugh! I've brought in Reconnaissance and Stensia Masquerade in place of Sol Ring and New Blood. Although they do require red and white color mana, they are cheap to play and are better for the aggressive creatures focus of the deck.
As for Falkenrath Aristocrat, I haven't decided yet what to substitute her in for, but I'd like to include her. Let me know what she could replace.
I have tried Sorin Planeswalkers before and they are awesome Heliogabale. Because they are not vampire creatures they are too slow for my preferences with this deck.
Regarding card draw, I highly prefer the conditional repetitive card draw opportunities over single use draw spells. Each single use draw spell (Night's Whisper, Read the Bones, Promise of Power, Moonlight Bargain) causes problems for this deck because it's only time use. Slate of Ancestry, Dark Prophecy, Necropotence, Phyrexian Arena, Dark Tutelage, Vanquisher's Banner, and Herald's Horn can provide dozens of cards over several turns. That way if the vampires get killed or you empty your hand you get enough draw to keep going strong.
Regarding removal, Hyper Markov is not a control deck. Hyper Markov doesn't care what your opponents play in their first 5 turns. The wager is that this horde of vampires will be more aggressive and fun than anything the opponents bring out. The focus here is exclusively on consistent creature aggression and aristocrat strategies. That's why you won't see removal instants in this deck. Although some control cards would shut this down; Speed, Repetition, and Sympathetic Players are your Allies. This aggressive style makes for a different experience than the usual. It's a blast for you and a fun surprise for your opponents.
