Since you have a lot of the ping life type guys like Blood Artist and such, I'm surprised you aren't running the Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood combo.

Also you are missing some other good lords and tribal vamp stuff like Bloodline Keeper  Flip Bloodlord of Vaasgoth Champion of Dusk Elenda, the Dusk Rose Falkenrath Gorger Forerunner of the Legion Indulgent Aristocrat Kalastria Highborn Legion Lieutenant Legion's Landing  Flip Malakir Bloodwitch Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle New Blood Olivia, Mobilized for War Olivia's Bloodsworn Feast of Blood Patron of the Vein Sanctum Seeker Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord Stensia Banquet Stensia Masquerade Thirsting Bloodlord Urge to Feed Vampire Nocturnus Vampiric Fury

ok way more suggestions than I expected, but all good cards to consider! Obviously don't need all of them, it depends on your strategy and what you want to focus on. I would very highly recommend at least Bloodwitch, Mavren Fein, Sanctum Seeker, and probably Legion Lieutenant and Landing for good cheap value on the low end. There's a lot you can get into if you want to mess with madness strategies, or focus on lifegain type stuff and exsanguinate. Like typically you would run Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth for an exsanguinate wincon, among other things. There are other Sorins you can dabble in if you want, but Imperious Bloodlord is probably the most value at 3 CMC and has strong synergy for straight vamp strategies.

I find Child of Night to be very underwhelming. If you insist on playing something at 2 mana to have a better curve, you might as well play some Agonizing Remorse instead.

I'm not sure why you run 2 Diamond Knight when you could just go up to 4 Savage Gorger, feels that would make more sense in your vampire deck.

You could consider playing a single copy of Sanctum of Stone Fangs just to get more triggers on your Savage Gorger and Bloodthirsty Aerialist, sometimes it could even be the extra damage needed to trigger Knight of the Ebon Legion too.

I don't think Heraldic Banner helps you much compared to just running 2 more Thirsting Bloodlord instead since you're not really ramping into anything that cost 5+ anyway, and you already have a lot of 3 drops.

A card like Underworld Dreams would usually work better in a more controlling deck, unless you make use of the devotion to hit harder with Gray Merchant of Asphodel or something like that. I would remove those 2 and play 1 more Erebos's Intervention and Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord instead. Those cards are too useful to be singletons.

Dark Remedy is very weak overall. If you want a combat trick to use on a creature you should look into Unlikely Aid, Alchemist's Gift or even just let it die and use Village Rites on it.

I always find it pretty courageous when I see people run so few lands, I would need a really good reason to go under 22 lands in general. Speaking of lands, you might as well add a few Castle Locthwain in there.

Hopefully these suggestions are useful. Cheers!

Well, suggestions based on: no money restriction..

Thirsting Bloodlord and Sanctum Seeker are not necessary.

Drana, Liberator of Malakir is a better choice than Bloodthirsty Aerialist .

You haven't any drop 2. Maybe Asylum Visitor , Gifted Aetherborn , Bloodcrazed Paladin .

Indulgent Aristocrat can be another good drop 1.

The artifacts are trash.

Nothing of Duress , pick Thoughtseize or go to another mechanic. Murder it the worst choice for this type of card, but Fatal Push is a good and not so expensive card.

At least, variation on lands, the Castle Locthwain , for example. Mutavault is required for any tribal deck.

Thirsting Bloodlord is a bit too expensive for my taste...

in my (limited) experience with Pioneer, even though it is slower than Modern, it is still too fast-paced for a 4 CMC Lord...

Maybe I should splash some white for Legion Lieutenant ... I could run some Caves of Koilos and Concealed Courtyard s... hmmm.

Stromkirk Condemned is a good card in a deck where you discard your cards maybe a rakdos theme with hellbent and also madness. But i guess in your deck is not that needed, there is Thirsting Bloodlord for some counters.
