Hey, nice budget version of Edgar. I like that you included the combo.
An area to look to improve is the manabase. 15x combined Plains and Mountain basic lands is a lot when your deck is primary black. You want black mana more than any other in the early game which Swamps help with, but Plains and Mountains don't. Consider more dual lands that can make white and red mana as well as black? You want most of the dual lands to be able to make black mana because you need black mana the most.
The manabase is budget, Tower and Check lands are good, but even on a budget there's lands to consider adding:
- Unclaimed Territory
- Exotic Orchard
- Caves of Koilos
- Battlefield Forge
- Tainted Field
- Tainted Peak
- Smoldering Marsh
Some upgrades to consider:
Knight of the Ebon Legion > Bloodsworn Steward
One drop > four drop. Less mana cost cards that are should be considered to be cut because is difficult to make with this manabase for a four drop. Edgar already has haste.
Shadow Alley Denizen > Stromkirk Noble
Noble is not worth it because consistently you will not have red mana turn one, but you will have black. Denizen is same price and can give other Vamps or itself evasion when Vamps ETB or Vamp tokens are created.
Dolmen Gate > Ferocity of the Wilds
Gate is excellent with Drana and other attacking Vamps since your attacking Vamps don't receive combat damage thus they can't die from combat damage, but if blocked they do combat damage to blocking creatures.
Living Death > Bloodline Necromancer
Bloodline can reanimate one Vamp; Living could reanimate a lot more. Living is mass sac of creatures for all players and then mass reanimation of the creatures that were in graveyards before the ones that were saced. It can help to recover and for five mana it can recover a lot.
Good luck with your deck.

love it. have you considered Stolen Identity , or green for acceleration and replicate and Altered Ego ? and i'm still getting used to pioneer but as an edh player i'm cringing at the lack of evasion, so what's your thoughts on Ferocity of the Wilds / Crash Through / Teleportal / Savage Alliance / Glaring Spotlight / Barrage of Boulders / Cosmotronic Wave ? thanks in advance

Profet93 - So I made some changes to this deck and I wanted to let you know... I added 1) Dragon's Hoard , 2) Elemental Bond , 3) Guardian Project , 4) Harmonize , 5) Gruul Signet , and 6) Ferocity of the Wilds . I removed 1) Wood Elves , 2) Hunter's Insight , 3) Hunter's Prowess , 4) Nature's Claim , 5) Wild Growth , and 6) Aggravated Assault .
I removed the two biggest blowout draw spells and added some guaranteed, incremental draw that all curve nicely before I start to drop my hasty dragons. With the added draw, I got rid of the least effective art/ench removal spell. I also looked into more trample options because flyers are now more prevalent in my meta. I found the cheap Ferocity of the Wilds, which also gives a slight pump so it’s not dead redundancy, curves nicely, and doesn’t die with board wipes. I’m temporarily pulling Aggravated Assault because I found it drew so much hate and didn’t end up winning as many games as I wanted. Most of the time I’d rather not turn the game into archenemy and just drop something with more synergy. Plus, I tended to hold Assault in my hand until I could reliably hit 8 mana in one turn and with such a high curve already devotion dragons, it seemed too clunky. I’m avoiding Lifecrafter's Bestiary because of the extra G to hold up with each dragon, and I’m liking the free draws for now. I’ll keep The Great Henge in mind as well, but with my commander not being a reliable assistant with that cost, casting this after a dragon seems awkward. We’ll see.
So far these changes are working well! Thanks again for your suggestions :D

I also adore hydras and I am certainly aiming to shift this deck more in favour of them!
Now that you've brought up Rhythm of the Wild I'm super hyped to slot it in, the haste in particular is spicy with huge hydras but the flexibility that it offers is key to its awesomeness too.
Hungering Hydra , Primordial Hydra , Kalonian Hydra , Rock Hydra and Polukranos, World Eater fit the deck amazingly as well and I'm genuinely just going to slot them in right now. Managorger Hydra as well is an excellent early game drop that can get really insane if your opponent's ignore it so I'll bring it in as well.
Ferocity of the Wilds also fits the deck really well, but I think I'll pop it in the maybeboard, simply because I've run out of room for it! Tibalt, Rakish Instigator and Sarkhan the Masterless are also super interesting planeswalkers that I'll be sure to test thoroughly!
Thanks for the comment legend!

Unbound Flourishing is a really good enchantment for this deck, especially regarding your X cost spells. Rhythm of the Wild and Ferocity of the Wilds will help your Hydras beat your opponent's face in even harder. Managorger Hydra , Hydra Omnivore , Polukranos, World Eater , Tibalt, Rakish Instigator and Sarkhan the Masterless are also good additions to the deck. Hungering Hydra , Primordial Hydra and Kalonian Hydra are also good Hydras for this deck. Rock Hydra should also be in here.
I love Hydras and I hope you take these into consideration!
