Well, I've played Commander once and have watched a few games here and there, but I wanted to get into the format by getting what I wanted right away for a casual commander budget deck. I love the idea of Mizzix mostly because it's a goblin in Izzet riding around on a mechanical lightning spider. Sounds awesome! But I also love goblins and I always build around them; I used one goblin tribal Mizzix deck, one Krenko deck and about 6 other Mizzix builds mostly from Commander's Brew, The Command Zone and Tomer from mtggoldfish. I put hours and hours of work into this deck to bring it from 200 nonland cards to the 65 I ended up on while researching cards on my own, cutting cards for budgetary reasons, and sculpting the deck into what I wanted. It has some of my favorite cards and favorite goblins and while many got cut, the deck still has ways of interacting with my all-time favorite, Mogg Maniac! If there are cards to add, they're probably in the acquire board, and the maybe board is full of every cut I made so I have a nice list of upgrades when I later learn about the mistakes I made!

Any advice is very welcome! I know the deck is fairly reliant on having Mizzix out, but can play a creature based or spell based game. Get tokens out and double the goblin making spells or just use Clone Legion and krenko to make tons of the little guys to attack with or use with cards like Burn at the Stake! Or you can throw in Goblin Piledriver and make him unblockable/destroy someone's board state with our one sided sweepers and swing for a billion. Or you can build up the experience counters and fire off a big spell to finish them off!

tl;dr, I wanted a deck that could keep my interest and win in multiple ways, while staying on a budget, being a hopefully 75% deck, and was goblin tribal with Mizzix.
