Love this deck! +1!

Gempalm Incinerator and Volley Veteran could be a great additions, cheap, efficient removal in this deck! Warbreak Trumpeter, Stingscourger, Rummaging Goblin, Goblin Wardriver, and Goblin Soothsayer are other efficient goblins that have powerful utility.

Hey Darrell this is Austin. I haven't really gone through what should replace what but just a list of what to take out and to add in. The cards that are going on the add list should help speed the deck up and cards that should be taken out are either to slow or just not as good as other cards that are on the add list. Now it's your deck so you do what you want, but these cards should help out a lot. Alright here we go.

rockleemyhero: Thanks! The deck and the primer were both a lot of fun to make. I really want to push him to the limit, whatever that may be.

The Sideboard isn't a traditional Sideboard at the moment. It's more like a list of things that are the closest to be included or switched out with something. The Maybeboard is cards I don't want to forget about, but chances are there is a Sideboard card that is closer to taking the slot.

The Land Destruction cards and the Thornbite Staff are taken out of the main deck just for my regular playgroup. The Mana Rocks are eventual replacements for Lotus Vale/Scorched Ruins/Myriad Landscape. The Stax effects are meaner versions of cards I am currently running, that will probably be FNM includes as well. Strip Mine is going in as soon as I get one. Warbreak Trumpeter or Siege-Gang Commander are possibly replacements for Chancellor of the Forge, as I don't want to get too light on the token generation.

Blood Moon, Oblivion Stone, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Warren Instigator are definitely good cards, but you may consider cutting them if you want to tighten the budget of the deck.

Honorable Mentions:

  • Lightning Bolt - You're playing red. Play the best common of all time.
  • Fiery Gambit - YOLO
  • Winter Orb - Slow down while I attack you with my goblins
  • Possibility Storm - I cast a goblin, but I get a different goblin instead. You try to counter it, and you accidentally destroy all creatures instead. Then my goblin resolves. Oops.
  • Vandalblast - Artifact destruction is good in EDH. Destroying them all is better. Keeping yours is just a bonus.
  • Nevinyrral's Disk - Budget Oblivion Stone

Don't forget your Sol Ring, Fire Diamond, Ruby Medallion, and other artifact ramp.

If you really like confusing your opponents, replace all of your Mountain with Snow-Covered Mountain and add in Skred. Might as well add Scrying Sheets at that point. Or Extraplanar Lens?

Goblin Sharpshooter+Basilisk Collar is real mean combo that turns it full auto.

Chancellor of the Forge would be good mid to late game to just blow up bored with tokens.

Warbreak Trumpeter would make more tokens as well.

Battle Hymn more cheap mana ramp.

Blood Moon is very pricey but you can shut whole decks down messing up the mana base.

There are actually already a few musician cards in the game: Yisan, the Wanderer Bard, Elvish Piper, Piper's Melody, Satyr Piper, Talruum Piper, Elvish Bard, Joraga Bard, Druid Lyrist, Elvish Lyrist, Warbreak Trumpeter & my personal favorite: Devout Harpist. (Guess which instrument I play ;) ) Some of them seem similar to ideas you already have, but maybe you'll find some ideas from these.
