This looks like a really fun commander! So, right off the bat, there's a cool way day/night interacts with this commander and your opponents: if you can force it to night consistently, you'll more heavily punish your opponents for playing spells, since they're going to switch it back to day and power up your commander. The easiest way to do that is by playing more instants / at flash speed.

Desperate Ravings / Thrill of Possibility / Big Score + Unexpected Windfall all help positively synergize with your "draw" effects like Ominous Seas and Teferi's Ageless Insight, and also help you trigger the day/night change by electing to play on other people's turns instead of your own.

Seize the Spotlight gets an honorable mention for being great, if you find the slot for it.

For cuts, I would consider: Pouncing Shoreshark (low impact)

Laboratory Maniac - Kind of an all-or-nothing strategy, and sounds like from your description that you'd rather win with combat.

Khenra Spellspear  ^Flip - doesn't fit with commander, since you want to be able to force it to night whenever your turn rolls around.

Boon of the Wish-Giver - sorcery speed is kinda meh IMO - I imagine people will be trying to kill your commander before it makes this {U}{U} cost.

Mulldrifter - there are instants and sorceries that can draw more for the same cost.

This version of Narset looks super fun!

Your interaction does look a bit light, I'll keep that in mind with these recommendations:

So first off, I'm not really sure about Birgi and Runaway Steam-Kin. They're typically used in mono-red Storm, and your mana costs are so balanced with so little generic mana, I'd probably definitely cut these two.

Similarly, while you do have like three cards that support it, I don't think Zada, Hedron Grinder fits as well here as it does in, say, Feather, the Redeemed. If copies triggered prowess, then it might, but sadly they don't.

Some things that would be awesome here: Frantic Search - fill the yard for Narset, and get some free Prowess triggers? Yes, please.

Unwind / Rewind - same deal here, get some free mana later on by casting these from the yard.

Big Score / Unexpected Windfall - if it's copied instead of cast, you don't even have to discard.

Azorius Charm's slot might be better filled by Prismari Command or Izzet Signet, since both of those have a ton of options included.

Lot of my suggestions are leaning into tokens because Blood Avatar clearly wants that, and if i can find a spell that makes tokens than Extus will be happy too. Thats my idea.

Let's take a short break here, because you need better creatures. Creatures that have VALUE as you recast them over and over, maybe even discard outlets. I hate to say it (and i'm not going to list them) but Aristocrat creatures are ideal here because they are cheap, and gain life which can then be used to cast wild stuff like Bolas's Citadel.

A volley of fart, or potentially fart adjacent puns I could think of:

• Plumb the Forbidden isn't a fart, but could be about the same hole lmao.

• Scapegoat - "Whoever denied it supplied it". Not in colors though

• Slip Out the Back is sadly not in colors.

• Orim's Thunder - Also sadly not in colors

• Beast Within could arguably be about some monster gas being held back

• Vandalblast - You ever farted so hard you cracked your lower back, or perhaps small nearby objects?

• Night's Whisper - Not uncommon to rip a few while sleeping

• Unexpected Windfall

• Suppress

• Brimstone Volley - Ripping in rapid succession

• Volcanic Torrent - Not necessarily a fart, but what can come after

• Brazen Cannonade - For those boldly public rips

I like it! Always fun to play budget mono red burn.

If card draw ever becomes an issue for you, consider adding some looting spells such as Unexpected Windfall, Big Score, Seize the Spoils or Tormenting Voice. Likewise for deflecting harmful spells coming at you, I like running Shunt, Bolt Bend or Wyll's Reversal.
