This is a Black Green Cruel Control deck, that mainly focuses on winning by combo.

Devoted Druid + Quillspike Combo

The Devoted Druid + Quillspike combo by itself you get a infinite creature. Add Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons you get infinite Snakes. Add Nest of Scarabs you get infinite Scarabs.

Blowfly Infestation Combo

1/1 Token source trigger + Blowfly Infestation + Death or -1/-1 counter placement trigger. Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and Blowfly Infestation do the base of the combo by themselves. It is then a matter of finding a 3rd card to positively gain off the triggers the combo makes. For example Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons + Nest of Scarabs + Blowfly Infestation = infinite Snakes and Scarabs. I also added Blood Artist and Obelisk Spider which can gain you both infinite life while dealing infinite loss of life to all your opponents. The loss of life win is often better since this deck does not currently have a way to give an infinite token board haste. This combo is sometimes hard to trigger because a creature has to die with a -1/-1 counter on it.
