Dauthi Trapper Discussion

I think you're a little light on creatures. You might want to run Dauthi Marauder over Scare Tactics, which requires you're attacking with at least three creatures for it to be worthwhile. Even then, it has the same effect as Bump in the Night , which doesn't need any creatures to work.

Some other ideas:

Dowsing Dagger  Flip gives your opponent two useless creatures that can't block any of your guys, meaning it will immediately flip.

Dauthi Trapper or Dauthi Embrace plus Dauthi Cutthroat is removal every turn.

Lashwrithe will be a little pricey at four mana, but it's a huge boost that should close out the game quickly.

You've got this deck marked as Help. What sort of help are you looking for?

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, Cloudstone Curio, and Shrieking Drake can help you get extra mileage out of your commander or ETB abilities.

I also don't see what Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, Dauthi Embrace, and Dauthi Trapper offer your deck if everything already has multiple forms of evasion.

Ok, so I took a better look now on my PC and I have a few things to suggest. Firstly, for a deck with so much removal you are missing 2 cards that will help you capitalize more on that removal. Grave Betrayal and Chainer, Dementia Master. I would probably remove Dauthi Trapper from the deck, shadow is very good, but he is a 1/1 which can be easily removed from the game, I'd rather put one of the cards I suggested. With all the evasiveness you have on the deck Hatred would also be a good card to put here, for that surprise kill on someone. Other than that it seems fine, I would have done it slightly different to fit more my playstyle, would probably end up something similar with my Toshiro deck ahaha, but I like your deck, seems fine. Hope you have good games with it. :)

Black has two great, although high CMC, boardwipe spells in Plague Wind and In Garruk's Wake. You might consider those if you play in a creature-heavy meta.

Dauthi Embrace and Dauthi Trapper are also some other considerations to getting your commander damage through. I run those in my Vorath deck. Cards like Lashwrithe and Nightmare Lash are also good staples to run in a swamp-heavy deck.

I like the build, and this is the first time I've seen that commander. Thanks for sharing it.
