Maybeboard

Strategy

It's a token deck, not much to explain. Try to amass as much creatures as you can and go for the kill. Jetmir, Nexus of Revel is pretty much your secret commander. He is probably your tutor target 9/10 times to pump your team. Otherwise, Beastmaster Ascension also does the job.

Deck philosophy

Alright, let's be real: Rin and Seri, Inseparable suck. This is not a good card and not a good commander. Getting a single 1/1 token for casting a dog or cat is not a good payoff. And costing 4 mana for that effect is even worse. Furthermore, cat and dog is just not a very well supported type. Unironically, you can probably generate more cats and dog tokens by playing Jinnie Fay, token bae as your commander with a bunch of token generators. To sum it up: This deck will never be able to have a very high power level.

With that being said, since the commander sucks, the rest of the 99 has to pick up the pace. Therefore, the mana base is bonkers to make the deck at least consistent. I also pretty much play every good card in those colors that not flat out trigger an infinite combo. I also play pretty much every good changeling, cat and dog I could find. The maybe board is pretty much a collection of all cards that could be played in Rin & Seri, so knock yourself out if you were searching for cards.

The deck itself tries to play as much creatures as possible since there are a bunch of cards that trigger with casting creatures or them entering. Using a creature for the same effect as a spell gives additional benefits. I also tend to always play a decent amount of interaction. This will give you the necessary time to amass a board state that can actually win. Sadly, the amount of cats or dogs that give you meaningful interaction is woefully low. Stalking Leonin sucks if you can't reliably reset the card, let's be real.

There is a way to power up the deck more: I left out two obvious infinite combos that you can easily play.

Playing infinite combos with an abundance of tutors in your deck is a bit frowned upon in my play circle though, so I try to avoid having those in my decks.
