CAT AGRO
Hi smitty6,
I've also an Arahbo player,
I like your deck version, somewhat different to mine, more centered on cat tribal and equipments rather than lifegain.
Things I think you could change: Sword of Feast and Famine and Lightning Greaves are awesome commander staples, but just in Arahbo are negative: your equiped cat can't be target of any of Arahbo abilities due to shroud of the greaves, and protection of the sword. I know they are powerful but you will be throwing stones to your own roof. Try antoher swords like Sword of Sinew and Steel and Sword of Fire and Ice , that none of them give protection from white or green, Arahbo's colors.
With only 13 artifacts in a 100 card deck, Mox Opal , another awesome card, sadly will not work as fine as if you are playing a real heavy artifact deck.
Some cards you would love to play in your deck: Feline Sovereign , Kaheera, the Orphanguard (not as companion, if you want to keep your non-cat creatures, but into the 99s), King of the Pride , Sacred Cat (Awesome in your life gain strategy, and if dies will be back), Duelist's Heritage (Much better than, for example, than gigant growth, and you can use this enchantment to make politics offering opponents double strike if they don't attack you). Heroic Intervention or Teferi's Protection : In this type of deck, you need some instant protection to evade mass destruction. Return of the Wildspeaker , Hunter's Insight or similar cards: With Arahbo effects, you will draw 4-9 cards easily, so you will no run out of cards if you have some spells like those.

Raining Cats and Dogs Nice work bdodds, I think you have selected a handful of great cards but I'd think you could benefit from an earlier CatDog play and cheaper creatures to really start raining cats and dogs. Even without Aluren, every creature coming in with an extra token produces insane value. Especially considering your general's ability.
Below, I would like to outline 4 core concepts and considerations. Ramp, Creatures, Protection, Draw.
Ramp - Prioritizing cards that help you play Rin & Seri turn 3! Nature's Lore Rampant Growth Three Visits Boros Signet Selesnya Signet Gruul Signet Talisman of Conviction Talisman of Unity Talisman of Impulse Fellwar Stone This should be easy to replace the ramp packaging you already have. Look to cut cards like Explosive Vegetation, Chromatic Lantern, Obelisk of Naya, etc.
Creatures - Prioritizing 3CMC or less and upping your creature count to closer to 30! Think about adding creatures that fullfill multiple roles and allow you to run less other stuff. Qasali Pridemage is a great example cause it can pump a swinger +1/+1 as well as remove a pesky enchant or artifact.
Cheap Utility Kitties- Adorned Pouncer Brimaz, King of Oreskos Bronzehide Lion Initiate's Companion King of the Pride Leonin Relic-Warder Oreskos Explorer Pride Sovereign Qasali Ambusher I like the returners you have for multiple cast triggers too! Can get stupid with Aluren... Whitemane Lion Temur Sabertooth Fleetfoot Panther ? Snow Hound
Cheap Utility Doggos- Abzan Beastmaster Ainok Guide Bolt Hound Resolute Watchdog Selfless Savior
Some real cheap beefers could be nice considering they make a token, but could also see not making the cut- Wild Nacatl Loam Lion Leonin Vanguard Isamaru, Hound of Konda Sacred Cat
Protection/Return - Build a huge board and keep it protected! Unbreakable Formation Rootborn Defenses Heroic Intervention Teferi's Protection Asceticism Marshal's Anthem Kindred Boon Akroma's Will Flawless Maneuver
Draw(ish) - The cheaper the cards in hand the more you gonna empty and wanna draw! Skullclamp Colossal Majesty Elemental Bond Beast Whisperer Fecundity Garruk's Uprising Descendants' Path Realmwalker Hunter's Insight Snake Umbra Lifecrafter's Bestiary Mentor of the Meek Guardian Project Return of the Wildspeaker Shamanic Revelation Slate of Ancestry Collective Unconscious Camaraderie
General good cards for Cat/Dog: Maskwood Nexus Mirror Entity Crib Swap Felidar Retreat Basilisk Collar Thousand-Year Elixir Rings of Brighthearth Seht's Tiger Shields of Velis Vel Naya Charm Kindred Summons Volatile Claws Beastmaster Ascension Titanic Ultimatum Hour of Reckoning Triumph of the Hordes Finale of Devastation Idyllic Tutor Winds of Abandon Lightning Greaves (secret lair dog art!) Coat of Arms Swiftfoot Boots Impact Tremors Rhythm of the Wild Aura Shards Shared Animosity Mirari's Wake Growing Rites of Itlimoc  Flip Any Cheap Changelings really...

White Cat Wins

The power of the kitty made me upvote before even realizing the deck only has 50 cards. Adding 8 Plains and the two King of the Pride from your maybe board should solve this.
Besides this, the list looks fine. It won't stand a chance against actual competitive modern format decks, but it is a cool tribal deck.

Halbrechtt: Heh, you're welcome!
Now lets see...
Honor of the Pure is the best option overall due to its low mana cost, but it doesn't affect Pride Sovereign. Since you only have two Sovereigns and they get pretty big on their own, that might not be an issue. I do recommend having it as your primary anthem, as the lower mana helps ensure you'll be able to cast multiple of them if you've drawn them, which can be the difference between winning or losing with a great card in hand.
Radiant Destiny is my favorite of the 3-mana anthems. Always Watching gives vigilance without the City's Blessing condition, but your tokens would miss out (that said, you don't make that many tokens so it might not be an issue).
Spear of Heliod is nice, but it does have two easy to remove types, compared to the rest that only have one. Icon of Ancestry might win you some tight games you'd otherwise have lost, but overall it feels too slow for modern, especially if the card you're drawing is 1- not going to be cast on that turn because you're out of mana after activating it 2- not going to win you the game when you play it via haste or another effect. So I'd pick another card over it.
Force of Virtue is a nice trick to have, but I wouldn't run it as your primary anthem. Up to two copies if you already have at least 4x of other anthems can be nice to have and adds combat tricks to an otherwise very predictable deck, and could score you some wins.
If you're trying to figure out what you could take out for more anthems (and I do think it's a good idea having at least 8 of them, but King of the Pride counts and so you have 8 already), Whitemane Lion would be my pick—removing two of them would be a very safe bet.

The Commander's Quarter's Lord Tribal Challenge

Tried to make the deck a little bit more consistent and with a couple more draw and planeswalker cards. In addition, the creatures added give a bit more staying power and other abilities instead of just strictly attacking, although that's still the main mode of winning. Also went a bit more in on +1/+1 counters as well.

Hi m8,
Some budget options from us:
- Blackblade Reforged: can make an equipped creature ridiculously powerful.
- Colossus Hammer: high equip cost to make something very strong but there are ways around that (like Kor Outfitter, Brass Squire).
- King of the Pride: nice boost to all cats Kemba generates.
- Raksha Golden Cub: wonderful cat booster that fits well into the deck.
- Stoneforge Masterwork: cheap equipment that boosts a great deal.
In case you're interested, please have a look at our Kemba deck for more ideas.

ArahBo - Mon chat s'appelle Mitaine

Hey, nice semi budget version of Arahbo.
King of the Pride + Elemental Bond is an interaction for a lot of repeatable draw with Cats. The +2 of power is applied to Cats when they ETB therefore with King any Cat here who ETB will trigger Bond. Bond triggers when tokens are created and with King a 1/1 Cat token ETB as a 3/2 Cat which triggers Bond to draw.
This interaction is good with equipped Kemba, Kha Regent, Felidar Retreat, Brimaz, King of Oreskos or White Sun's Zenith. Many Cats have 2 power which means with any anthem such as Kaheera, the Orphanguard they get 3 power which triggers Bond. Garruk's Uprising is another option and trample is nice, but Cats consistently having 4 power when they ETB is more difficult then 3 power.
Consider more tutors to get a Cat, an equipment, an enchantment?
Several Cats have double strike including Raksha Golden Cub who can give all Cats the ability, but he's 7 mana. Giving any Cat the ability for a lower mana cost is helpful since Arahbo is a repeatable pump right away.
With double strike a creature who has an effect that happens when it does combat damage to a player can potentially trigger it twice. Can take real advantage of this with Feline Sovereign and Bloodforged Battle-Axe. Other ways to use this are too draw cards with Mask of Memory, Keeper of Fables, Hunter's Insight.
Good luck with your deck.
