Shielded Passage Discussion
Thank you all for your responses!
TypicalTimmy — I was unclear about format; I apologize. I've updated the original post to specify 60-card constructed. These decks I'm designing are for my family, who are all just learning. At some point I'd like to convert them into EDH decks, but I don't want to overwhelm them with the inherent complexity of EDH just yet!
I agree with you about blocking. I'd prefer something that works not only when they're attacking, but if I'm on the defense as well. That said, Protection does have the downside of requiring instant speed, due to how Protection interacts with "all creatures able to block do so". It also doesn't work as well against multicolored decks if it's Pro [color], whereas it doesn't protect against non-creature threats in the case of Spare from Evil . But otherwise, it's probably the strongest, because it grants effective Hexproof and Unbockable in addition to damage prevention.
I agree about Regenerate, too. I was leaning away from it due to having to pay each time.
Demarge — I would agree with you in an EDH game, where you'll have fewer combats but bigger swingy ones. But if my son sits down with me one-on-one with a basic 60-card deck, I'd want this deck to be able to stay viable through multiple combats. One way that'll happen is by having a Lure and a couple other creatures, and slowly chipping away at the opponent's life total. But if the Lure dies in the first combat, that strategy won't work. I could include a critical mass of Lures to ensure there's always one in hand to replace one that died.... but that would take just as many, if not more, slots as adding in protection.
And if the whole family plays a multiplayer game, you don't want your Lures dying, because you actually want to slowly accrue them until you have one per opponent.

Oblivion Ring is incredibly useful. Highly recommend.
This deck is close to Pauper. Might be worth considering going in that direction instead of Modern.
Love Riot Control - I don't know if people realize this, but it's one of very few spells that say "prevent all damage" vs "prevent all combat damage. That makes RC waaaay more useful! And you get to gain life! Wow!! In that same vein of though. you might consider Pay No Heed over Shielded Passage .
I think Oppressive Rays is better than Pacifism . Lower CMC and it disrupts activated abilities. In my experience, people seem to subconciously consider creatures I've enchanted with OR as completely non-functional. 3 is just too high a cost - in most cases people will get more out of 3 mana just playing new spells.
Suture Priest might be worth considering.
You've got a decent number of Enchantments going. Ethereal Armor might be worth considering.
Mentor of the Meek would probably draw you some cards. I hate the cost, but it repeatable.

I too have dabbled with extort now and again, but I have offten found that 1-2 extort triggers at a time are all one typically have mana for. Thusly i have found that 6-8 creatures with extort in the deck is usually more than enough to keep the drain-train going. This frees up preciuos deckspace for more options, and if you prefer multiplayer Soul Warden is a nice choice

So due to being less than thrilled with my Bant Token deck, I was thinking about rejigging it to be a voltron deck since my commander; Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker is pretty good at powering themselves up since I often play multiple opponents in my local magic group, and was considering of changing it to a new theme.
Cards I own
I For control and disruption I have plenty of control cards like Convolute, Counterspell, Simic Charm, Spell Rupture, etc... Disruption includes Divine Reckoning, Pacifism, Diminish, Paralyzing Grasp, Rapid Hybridization, Defang, Cage of Hands As well as stuff that trashes enchantments and Artifacts.
For powering up my commander my Artifact pool is less than ideal, had to work with what I got. They include Trailblazer's Boots, Fireshrieker, Skyblinder Staff, Ring of Evos Isle, Grafted Exoskeleton, and Livewire Lash.
Enchantments and effects for protecting my commander and/or giving them evasion include: Infiltrator's Magemark, Holy Mantle, Guildscorn Ward, Alpha Authority, Ghostform, Sheltering Word, Survive the Night, Haze of Pollen, Shielded Passage, Rogue's Passage etc...
Mana Ramp: Assume all of my mana rocks in the bant deck are going to be cannibalized.
Creatures: I don't have the good stuff to do a true one man voltron, but I can use walls like Angelic Wall, Fog Bank, Wall of Frost for protecting myself and the effects of creatures like Fan Bearer, Mistmeadow Witch, New Prahv Guildmage, to aid my commander so they can swing in for lethal damage.
Cards I'm Scouting to Buy
New commander to pair with Ishai: Reyhan, Last of the Abzan
The cards I'm looking to get for this build would be things like the WUBRG Wards and the dual color protection like Shield of Duty and Reason, and Spectra Ward. Mask of Avacyn, Swiftfoot Boots, Aqueous Form, Steel of the Godhead, Indestructibility, and Battle Mastery
Think this is something that I can/should pull off? Any Budget recommendations?

If I were you I'd go ahead and swap Battle Sliver for either Might Sliver or Megantic Sliver. It's just getting more for your mana. Other than that, I'd drop Sliver Construct, Steelform Sliver, Shielded Passage, and Caves of Koilos. Really all pain lands are good for is getting to a specific life total in very odd lifegain decks or Trisk decks, or Battle for Zendikar Eldrazi. As for the slivers, Sinew Sliver is cheaper and better than Steelform, the construct is just taking up space you could be using for a more relevant sliver, and Shielded Passage has SO many better alternatives. And just because slivers, I'd replace the boots with Alpha Authority.

Dauntless Onslaught, Battlewise Valor, Shielded Passage, Titan's Strength, Ordeal of Heliod, and Chosen by Heliod are also great heroic triggering additions, that also benefit creatures. (that I pulled from my deck)

I've always preferred Brave the Elements or Blessed Breath or Emerge Unscathed to Shielded Passage. Sorin's Thirst is ok if you see a lot of 2 toughness creatures, but personally I'd perfer something less conditional.Asylum Visitor/Call the Bloodline/Blood Scrivener, Imp's Mischief or Geth's Verdict, Night's Whisper, perhaps Plunge into Darkness to dig for answers in an emergency, Ratchet Bomb perhaps, Seek in the sideboard for that one guy playing emrakul, Smallpox perhaps. Tithe Drinker. Theres a lot of fun tools out there, you just have to pick the ones thta your playgroup will enjoy.
