Thanks for the upvote and the suggestions! Let me run through them real quick...
Launch the Fleet: I'll be honest, I'm not wild about this card in this deck. It requires that I already have a fair number of soldiers to be useful and have a lot of mana to spare, so it feels very "win more" to me. Getting soldiers on attack seems fine, but they won't count towards the number that turn or anything. Still, a good thought with alot of surface level synergy.
Crusader of Odric: I actually had this card in the deck until just before I released it, at which point it was traded out for Hanweir Militia Captain Flip. It is a nice big creature, but for almost all of the big creatures their size is just a fringe benefit for working with our strategy. The only exception is Gideon's Avenger, who should end up much larger after only a couple turns.
Honor of the Pure: Some printings of this card are actually available within the price range of the deck, which surprised me! The only issue iss which card to take out for it, since it isn't strictly better than any anthems we have... maybe Veteran Armorsmith, though I'm loathe to give up the extra body.
Vanquisher's Banner: This would be great for the deck for sure, but is well outside of the intended budget. Maybe someday, but not today.
Loreseeker's Stone: I'm surprised I had never heard of this card. That said, it seems even worse than Dawn of Hope. You have to sink in at least 9 mana (probably more) to start drawing at all, and the mechanics of the card make using it repeatedly cost extra unless you wait to be empty handed. I'll keep it in mind if I find it needs more draw cards after further playtesting, but I don't see this replacing any current draw.

Go down 2 Captain of the Watch , it's a 6 drop, you're going to need more value early on.

Doomed Traveler is definitely a good consideration. I also like to include some "staples" of the game into the decks. It makes sense to remove a 3 drop, for the sake of the curve. I would probably favor the Veteran Swordsmith, but I hate to break the symmetry (including art) between that and the Veteran Armorsmith.
Mentor of the Meek can be a little complicated, especially if there is an anthem effect in play, and could be removed as well, but the deck would lose a lot of resiliency. I also like the art.
Switching from the Armorsmith to the Traveller would help the deck against the red deck, but none of the other decks are very aggressive and losing the Armorsmith actually would probably weaken the deck.
In short, I like the improvement in the curve, but dislike the loss of Weaponsmith/Armorsmith symmetry, and am reluctant to remove the mentor's resiliency. That breaks about even and the Traveller is definitely a reasonable consideration.

How about Doomed Traveler? I think this deck could use a few more one drops, so shaving one of Fencing Ace, Veteran Armorsmith, and Veteran Swordsmith would make this deck more consistent with the others usually having only 3 of a card, and add a nice extra bit of early game.

Wake the Reflections is bad, given that your only tokens are 1/1s and it's not repeatable. Drop all three of your Sorceries for 3x Disenchant, which is so much better (instant speed). Artifact and Enchantment recurring are never seen, so the instant speed is almost strictly better.
Put in 4x Honor of the Pure
Let's try it like that for now.

Thanks again for the help. I'm gonna buy some extra soldiers and play around a bit. I already took out one Veteran Swordsmith and one Veteran Armorsmith to add two Precinct Captain but I think I will take out one more of each and try adding two Odric, Master Tactician. Glad to have someone to bounce this off of.

The deck is very interesting, but note that it is not Standard Legal.
Also all the creatures are very small and have limited abilities. consider removing Veteran Armorsmith and Veteran Swordsmith for bigger and probably more mana costly, so you can play then using the synergy from Ballyrush Banneret and Preeminent Captain.
