Wow, that's just... holy crap that's good for a ~20 cent card. No wonder the guy told me it's scary when paired with Zur the Enchanter or whatever other meta voltron commander. Then it's settled, Vanishing is definitely on my wish list!

Vanishing Was recommended to me for my budget voltron deck. I've read up on the rules and the gist is at the beginning of my turn before I do anything, things that are phased out phase in and vice versa. Things that are phased out can't be interacted or interact with things that don't specifically affect phasing until they are phased in. It also does not technically change zones so +1/+1 counters remain and any things attached to the creature phase with it.
So the point of this is put it on my guy, and phase him out when they are in danger, or just prior to my turn beginning, and have them phase back in when it comes to my turn, right? How does that work when responding to an opponent or something at instant speed?

Grappling Hook and Argentum Armor are nice, but are expensive mana wise. I might need a Brass Squire in there to help out. Cards that really appeal to me are Sigarda's Aid, Aspect of Mongoose, Vanishing, Pollenbright Wings, and even though I really want it, Bear Umbra is expensive. I might have to axe blade of selves for that, though I want to keep it since Reyhan, Last of the Abzan benefits greatly and might I want to get it for a future combo. Ugghhh, that's a tough choice.

Thanks for the helpful info, I'll comb over it when I have some more time later today.

You might be right on that first part, ;) The reason I wanted Reyhan in here was that their ability to transfer +1/+1 counters when a creature (ishai) dies is really powerful when paired with ishai since they get huge on their own. Ishai will be a big target, and in the unfortunate event that he somehow goes down or i'm outright overwhelmed, all of his build up won't be wasted if reyhan is on the board. Bring back ishai and let him power up again while Reyhan is now my spearhead. I effectively have two commanders that can do lethal damage. So no, I'm not convinced about dropping Reyhan.
The inspiration for the Ishai + Reyhan duo was this (Way out of my budget) deck: http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/commander-edh/multiplayer-commander-decklists/764886-breed-lethality-with-ishai-ojutai-dragonspeaker

It's hard to put my finger on anything, but if you are doing Infect, you gotta have a Livewire Lash! It's amazing for infect because the damage dealt is from the equipped creature and not the artifact, which means in your deck it's a pair of free poison counters to assign to a player. The other thing is the ability goes on the stack before a spell resolves, so someone Murder'ing an equipped infect creature will still get at least two poison counters.
I'd suggest cutting one of your weaker cards like Necropede for it, since it basically turns a lot of your own creature targeting spells into bonus poison counters.

Given that I'm very fond of my newest commander Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker, and how quickly they can get out of control, I was brainstorming an idea to do a deck that revolves around him involving some of the cards I already own and the stuff I can order (on a roughly $30 budget).
So far this is what I have came up with: Ishai Voltron Prototype. And I'd like to know what you think, or rather if this particular setup works/gets the job done. Since....
Sadly, If I do order the cards I need to complete this deck, I will be maxed on my spending for my hobby for the next few weeks. So unfortunately, that means any suggestions are going to have to cost about as much as whatever it replaces. I'd even argue I'm slightly over budget, so no exceptions, even for genuine goodies like Darksteel Plate or Avacyn, Angel of Hope.

I have a couple of those items on my wish list already, like the Mask of Avacyn and the boots. The X of Kaldra andBasilisk Collar equipment is nice, but is going to have to be bought at a later date since I really meant budget. ~20-25 USD is my max.
Since Ishai is really good at powering themselves up, equipment that just gives them +x/+x alone isn't on my priority. Stuff that give effects like Loxodon Warhammer is more up my alley.
So far, the warhammer and Infiltration Lens are looking quite good. Thanks for the suggestions!

So due to being less than thrilled with my Bant Token deck, I was thinking about rejigging it to be a voltron deck since my commander; Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker is pretty good at powering themselves up since I often play multiple opponents in my local magic group, and was considering of changing it to a new theme.
Cards I own
I For control and disruption I have plenty of control cards like Convolute, Counterspell, Simic Charm, Spell Rupture, etc... Disruption includes Divine Reckoning, Pacifism, Diminish, Paralyzing Grasp, Rapid Hybridization, Defang, Cage of Hands As well as stuff that trashes enchantments and Artifacts.
For powering up my commander my Artifact pool is less than ideal, had to work with what I got. They include Trailblazer's Boots, Fireshrieker, Skyblinder Staff, Ring of Evos Isle, Grafted Exoskeleton, and Livewire Lash.
Enchantments and effects for protecting my commander and/or giving them evasion include: Infiltrator's Magemark, Holy Mantle, Guildscorn Ward, Alpha Authority, Ghostform, Sheltering Word, Survive the Night, Haze of Pollen, Shielded Passage, Rogue's Passage etc...
Mana Ramp: Assume all of my mana rocks in the bant deck are going to be cannibalized.
Creatures: I don't have the good stuff to do a true one man voltron, but I can use walls like Angelic Wall, Fog Bank, Wall of Frost for protecting myself and the effects of creatures like Fan Bearer, Mistmeadow Witch, New Prahv Guildmage, to aid my commander so they can swing in for lethal damage.
Cards I'm Scouting to Buy
New commander to pair with Ishai: Reyhan, Last of the Abzan
The cards I'm looking to get for this build would be things like the WUBRG Wards and the dual color protection like Shield of Duty and Reason, and Spectra Ward. Mask of Avacyn, Swiftfoot Boots, Aqueous Form, Steel of the Godhead, Indestructibility, and Battle Mastery
Think this is something that I can/should pull off? Any Budget recommendations?

So, I have True Conviction on the field, I then cast Infiltrator's Magemark. Does It affect all of my creatures because they are under the effect of an AoE enchantment or not because IM needs a creature to have an enchantment specifically attached to it?

If you have ways of reliably getting access white mana, Gavony Township can quickly snowball your tokens out of control in a few turns, even faster if you got ways to untap permanents like Hidden Strings, throw Hardened Scales on top of that and you got yourself an avalanche. Though not as powerful - but in your colors - is the weaker version: Novijen, Heart of Progress
Also if you got any enchants that affect all of your creatures, Infiltrator's Magemark would effectively make all of them unblockable to non-defenders.
