any reason for no Ashnod's Altar ? Also should be waaay more fast mana. I'd include Talisman of Hierarchy , Mind Stone , Commander's Sphere , Thought Vessel , Orzhov Signet , Worn Powerstone and Arcane Signet . I'd take out a few enchantments like Haunted Crossroads and Proper Burial for some better effects like Victimize , Animate Dead and Blind Obedience .
I would also suggest cutting some generic "goodstuff" cards for more synergy and to make room for the rocks.
The deck seems pretty powerful once it gets going, but any early interaction and it doesn't feel very resilient.

Yo, its rad you want to play competitive, but why are you tagging a "It's still in its infancy and definitely a work in progress - suggestions are more than welcome!" deck as competitive? Almost as bad as people that tag their decks with primers and have 3 sentences.
First, rocks. Mana Crypt Chrome Mox Mox Diamond Mana Vault Talisman of Dominance and other color talismans. If you can't go faster than your opponent, they will simply win first. There's a reason almost every competitive commander deck runs these cards
Second, remove non-essential garbage cards. Why do you run Proper Burial ? Anything that doesn't actively help you win but rather sustains a game is (usually) a bad card. Anything that costs >5 mana you should also consider cutting because its either bad or you can do it for cheaper, Sepulchral Primordial Agent of Treachery Rise of the Dark Realms etc. As we talked about earlier with rocks, competitive EDH goes REAL fast, so you won't get to 9 mana to cast your big spell (that doesn't even win on resolution) without fast mana, which you don't run.
Third, replace bad interaction with cheaper more reliable interaction. Render Silent is pretty cool but it costs 3 mana for a counterspell, and it is extremely color intensive. Dissolve is also 3 mana and that simply doesn't cut it in competitive. Look at Dispel Swan Song Force of Will Pact of Negation Force of Negation Mana Leak Spell Pierce . Also look at your removal, Merciless Eviction is cool and flexible but not a competitive card, because it costs 6 mana to wipe. You should consider running better targeted removal too, like Doom Blade and Fragmentize
TL;DR Replace high mana cost cards with lower ones to reduce amount of dead cards in hand at all points of game.

h0ly_danc3r Regna was good but mainly to tutor and provide sac fodder to Krav. I ended up taking them out in my latest update, but I want to find a place for them again at some point. If you're going for more of a lifegain package, then bloodlord and sunmare definitely seem good, but I'd include some more consistent lifegain death triggers to make sure you can gain life each turn no matter what. Some cards I can suggest are: Ashes of the Abhorrent (especially if your playgroup has graveyard shenanigans), Gate to the Afterlife (which I've decided to include just for the looting), Pious Evangel Flip, Proper Burial , and maybe Deathgreeter .

Hmmm, going a pure aristocrats route could work. I like having the consistent token generators for things like that, such as:
If you have a decent lifegain engine going, than something like Carnival of Souls could work really well for ramp, but depends when you're getting tokens. Black Market also helps with mana, but 5cmc isn't easy to get out early to pick up those counters.
Decent cards that work on death triggers: Dark Prophecy and Smothering Abomination trigger even if a token dies and can provide some great card draw. Jar of Eyeballs is a strange little card. It lets you not only tutor, but arrange your deck. Proper Burial provides life gain and triggers even on a token's death. Requiem Angel is another high cmc card, but it can really net you a lot of tokens.

So, I would definitely work in Palace Siege, Phyrexian Reclamation, and Dawn of the Dead. Being able to recure your creatures is going to be really helpful with Ayli.
These are some creatures I run in my deck: Wall of Reverence, Divinity of Pride, Wurmcoil Engine, Archangel of Thune, and Rhox Faithmender. Some of them are pricey and may not fit exactly what your going for, but Divinity of Pride is pretty solid.
I run Proper Burial for value on sac triggers. I also like Riot Control, I have a lot of tokens in my meta so the creature count can get crazy, but depending on what decks you play this may not be a good fit.

You may be an aggro wall deck (That's a sentence I never thought I'd say) but sometimes you have to get rid of the Peacekeeper or Hushwing Gryff. Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares and Beast Within are all generic good cards.
You could also afford to draw more cards. Your commander does draw you some and you have some cards to assist that but you wanna play your two and three drop walls before that. Abzan Beastmaster is wonderfully in flavor and a personal howling mine. Sultai Flayer is an option but IDK if it's worth it. But also just generic good card draw like Soul of the Harvest, Mind's Eye, (If you have one), Shamanic Revelation, even stuff like Concentrate and Harmonize. Your deck may be running on a funky axis but that doesn't mean you should forget the essentials. In fact, they can help tie your gameplay together.
Angelic Chorus Lol. Don't know if it's good but come on. Verdant Sun's Avatar, Proper Burial too. They probably aren't worth it but it sounds funny. Dragon Throne of Tarkir is also pretty funny and works well with Arcades. Marble Titan is a meekstone with legs. Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive makes your team unblockable. And Heroic Intervention is pretty good.
