Maybe add more Venom Slivers, Sentinel Slivers, and Predatory Slivers, as in the early game, they can dominate. Deathtouch can be extremely powerful with so many creatures, and having vigilance means you don't have to commit to attacking or defending. Predatory Sliver makes your slivers less susceptible to burn spells, and makes the weakest slivers, such as Manaweft Sliver and Striking Sliver more formidable. I don't like Battle Sliver, you would much rather just remove it and run 4 Megantic Slivers, since for 1 more mana you get an additional +1/+3. An obvious replacement is to take out Fury Sliver and add another Bonescythe Sliver. Last suggestions, increase the number of Constricting Slivers and decrease the number of Bonesplitter Slivers. Nice deck, keep up the good work, and I hope these suggestions help.

So first off, slivers CAN be good and not broken. The key is which you use. To achieve this end, here are a few slivers that would create a more solid gameplay experience but have an at least okay deck. I can help with the others too, but for now we'll talk about this.

Anything that just buffs the team: Predatory Sliver, Megantic Sliver, Might Sliver, Battle Sliver, Armor Sliver and Barbed Sliver, Blade Sliver, Bonesplitter Sliver, Muscle Sliver, and Sinew Sliver are all pretty cool, but a standout for me, a SUPER fun sliver to play: Firewake Sliver.

Abilities that aren't too broken include Blur Sliver, Belligerent Sliver, Cautery Sliver, Gemhide Sliver and Manaweft Sliver, Groundshaker Sliver, Heart Sliver, Leeching Sliver, Necrotic Sliver, Quick Sliver, Reflex Sliver, Sentinel Sliver, Striking Sliver, Syphon Sliver, Two-Headed Sliver, Venom Sliver.

Consider making this deck pauper? It would probably limit it enough to be fair.

On the topic of lands to ramp, a general rule of thumb is to have around 50 mana sources in the deck including lands and ramp. In this deck in particular I would suggest closer to 53 or 54.

To make room for more ramp, I would cut Megantic Sliver, Battle Sliver, Dictate of Kruphix, Spellbook, Transguild Promenade, and Courser of Kruphix. Cards I would add are Birds of Paradise, Simic Signet, Golgari Signet, Manaweft Sliver, and Gruul Signet.

I would also add a little more card draw/selection. Some of the best of these are Dig Through Time and Treasure Cruise. Delve in general is a very powerful mechanic. I would cut Comeuppance and Thorncaster Sliver for both.

One last thing. I noticed that you have Island, Frontier Bivouac, and City of Brass listed twice. Just FYI.

Hey there! Unfortunately, Brood Sliver and Temple of the False God aren't Modern legal. Have you considered Battle Sliver, Leeching Sliver, or Might Sliver?

4 of Manaweft Sliver is a must in any sliver deck with more than 2 colors. If you can get the budget for it, Sliver Hive is also huge. Galerider Sliver is easily one of the strongest slivers around, and even though pricey, having 4 of them will be a huge boon. Also consider Venom Sliver for some degenerate deathtouch + first strike business. It also combos beautifully with Thorncaster Sliver's ping effect.

If I was going to cut something from this deck, it would probably be all the white slivers, the Battle Slivers and possibly the Megantic Sliver.

Interesting take on slivers, maybe Saskia is the new Brood Mother? lol. So I think that there are a number of slivers that just shouldn't see play because they are both uninspired, and have very lackluster abilities for the CMC. My suggestion is to just drop them outright, in favor of different spells or creatures:

If I were you I'd go ahead and swap Battle Sliver for either Might Sliver or Megantic Sliver. It's just getting more for your mana. Other than that, I'd drop Sliver Construct, Steelform Sliver, Shielded Passage, and Caves of Koilos. Really all pain lands are good for is getting to a specific life total in very odd lifegain decks or Trisk decks, or Battle for Zendikar Eldrazi. As for the slivers, Sinew Sliver is cheaper and better than Steelform, the construct is just taking up space you could be using for a more relevant sliver, and Shielded Passage has SO many better alternatives. And just because slivers, I'd replace the boots with Alpha Authority.
