Have you looked at Guildscorn Ward ? It seems right at home in an enchantment focused Heroic deck that wants protection abilities. I'm not sure how prevalent multi-coloured cards are in pauper though.

So due to being less than thrilled with my Bant Token deck, I was thinking about rejigging it to be a voltron deck since my commander; Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker is pretty good at powering themselves up since I often play multiple opponents in my local magic group, and was considering of changing it to a new theme.

Cards I own

I For control and disruption I have plenty of control cards like Convolute, Counterspell, Simic Charm, Spell Rupture, etc... Disruption includes Divine Reckoning, Pacifism, Diminish, Paralyzing Grasp, Rapid Hybridization, Defang, Cage of Hands As well as stuff that trashes enchantments and Artifacts.

For powering up my commander my Artifact pool is less than ideal, had to work with what I got. They include Trailblazer's Boots, Fireshrieker, Skyblinder Staff, Ring of Evos Isle, Grafted Exoskeleton, and Livewire Lash.

Enchantments and effects for protecting my commander and/or giving them evasion include: Infiltrator's Magemark, Holy Mantle, Guildscorn Ward, Alpha Authority, Ghostform, Sheltering Word, Survive the Night, Haze of Pollen, Shielded Passage, Rogue's Passage etc...

Mana Ramp: Assume all of my mana rocks in the bant deck are going to be cannibalized.

Creatures: I don't have the good stuff to do a true one man voltron, but I can use walls like Angelic Wall, Fog Bank, Wall of Frost for protecting myself and the effects of creatures like Fan Bearer, Mistmeadow Witch, New Prahv Guildmage, to aid my commander so they can swing in for lethal damage.

Cards I'm Scouting to Buy

New commander to pair with Ishai: Reyhan, Last of the Abzan

The cards I'm looking to get for this build would be things like the WUBRG Wards and the dual color protection like Shield of Duty and Reason, and Spectra Ward. Mask of Avacyn, Swiftfoot Boots, Aqueous Form, Steel of the Godhead, Indestructibility, and Battle Mastery

Others: Ring of Thune (and the variants in the other colors),
Sword of Vengeance, Whispersilk Cloak, Inquisitor's Flail, Grappling Hook, Mask of Riddles, Sigil of Distinction,

Think this is something that I can/should pull off? Any Budget recommendations?

I rean a lower cost aggro variant of this- relying on Shield of the Oversoul, Clout of the Dominus and Steel of the Godhead with Civic Saber and Blessing of the Nephilim to pump up, and Zur the Enchanter as a one-of. Curved into mantis rider and Lightning Angels where the shroud could really shine. Sedraxis Specter deserves a look as a resilient and powerful threat, and Skyrider Elf is both cheap and big without knights. Hide/Seek is a really powerful tool. I ran Shifting Sky for a while as a mixed pump with Guildscorn Ward, but it isn't great.

I havent fully looked over the list, but it looks as though you are running a low land count and a low number of ramp spells. With an 8 mana general, I would always recommend at least 38 lands. I can only just get away with 36 in my jori-en deck. You should put in some ramping artifacts as well. Things like, Mind Stone, Worn Powerstone and Sol Ring are almost auto includes for decks that are not too colour intensive. You should also add Caged Sun and Gauntlet of Power from your maybe board. Cards to take out would be low impact cards, such as Boros Elite, Elgaud Inquisitor and Guildscorn Ward. Also, in the theme of the deck, Entreat the Angels should absolutely be in. I personally love the card for those games where you can just miracle it for 10+ which gets even better if everything is indestructible. Would work well if you put in some more mana.

Since Bruna can afford to go wider as she can take enchantments off creatures that can be early threats I'd suggest adding more of those types of creatures in here. Also maybe some more bestow cards too. I get that Bruna can't get bestow creatures from the graveyard or the hand, but they can still be powerful. Here are some suggestions creatures: Graceblade Artisan, Blessed Spirits, Meletis Astronomer, Boonweaver Giant, Ghostblade Eidolon, Hopeful Eidolon enchantments: Daybreak Coronet, Guildscorn Ward (I dunno about this one. Seems kinda legit), Invisibility (to add further evasion), Invocation of Saint Traft, Murder Investigation (can help to shut down sac stuff), Commander's Authority (same thing), Mammoth Umbra other: Retether (I know it seems kinda redundant, but it could come in handy if Bruna keeps getting killed and you can't get her back). There might be some more stuff out there and this is by no means a "must include" list. I love the deck and I wanna see it in real life. Kinda makes me want to find me a good U/W commander deck to fall in love with and build. Maybe in the future. Anyway, good deck and good luck.

Those are some well thought out suggestions, and I think I'll split Oppressive Rays with Guard Duty, and run 2 of each. The only reason I don't want to get rid of Oppressive Rays completely is that cost increase for activated abilities. It adds the cost to even free to activate abilities, and that can really hurt a lot of creatures. I do, however, like that Guard Duty is non-negotiable.

I have considered Hyena Umbra quite a bit, but as a budget deck, I just can't do it. It costs almost 10x more than any other card in the deck. I ran Guildscorn Ward in an early version of this deck, and it just didn't pay off often enough to be worth it, as most removals are still single color, even in a multi-color deck.

Some artifact defense/destruction WOULD be nice, I'm looking into the cost/legality of Artifact Ward, but in the meanwhile I was considering Seal of Cleansing for that duty, since it would still buff my Ethereal Armor until I needed it to destroy something for me.

Hey! Nice deck!

I do have some suggestions though. Gelid Shackles is better than Oppressive Rays. Not sure if it's pauper legal though. If it is not, then I would recommend replacing Oppressive Rays with Kirtar's Desire or Guard Duty, because they can't block you anyways.

For more protection you could run Hyena Umbra (saves you from murder and such), Artifact Ward, Guildscorn Ward, Mask of Law and Grace and Shield of Duty and Reason. Those are all situational (except Hyena Umbra) and I'm also not sure if the mask and shield are legal, but they would make a good edition to your deck/sideboard nonetheless!
