I would also probably cut some of the higher CMC creatures. Usually these decks run 3-4x each of Soul Warden and Soul's Attendant . Those are much better than Impassioned Orator since they're cheaper and trigger on opponent's creatures as well.

Ainok Bond-Kin doesn't seem worth it to me, since ideally Ajani's Pridemate will get big enough quickly that the first strike isn't very important.

I suspect Spectra Ward is too expensive to be of much help. Perhaps Ordeal of Heliod instead?

Bred for the Hunt is a nice card for your theme, but if you are ever stuck at a locked-up table, and are unable to push damage through, Rhystic Study is a bit more consistent. But I can't fault you for going with flavor.

While we're talking about flavor, I've got a Shalai, Voice of Plenty deck in which I run cards with the Outlast mechanic to anthem my whole team. Abzan Battle Priest , Abzan Falconer , Ainok Bond-Kin , Longshot Squad , and Tuskguard Captain all offer great boosts to creatures that have +1/+1 counters on them.

1) Yes, the whole group is making custom commanders. The idea was to make commanders that portray our traits as players. In my case I am often vindictive and will attack until death. However, I usually sit back until someone makes the first move. We each have submitted our commander to group balancing, so this is what I'll be sticking with.

2) I'd like to keep the colors since Jund is often aggressive but still has the ability to scale later into the game. I purposely don't run blue for personal reasons.

3) Apart from the fact that it has already been subjected to group balancing. I'm not sure quite how much you think it's broken. The eminence, although it gives a +1/+1 and menace, gives it only to one creature and the menace only lasts only until end of turn. On top of this I am only able to attack one person and they are not even of my choice, I can only retaliate, not be the aggressor.

The second ability is not part of the eminence and has similar mechanics on commons and uncommons such as Ainok Bond-Kin and Mer-Ek Nightblade.

The last ability I can see how it might be broken and was mainly used for the color identity. However, it does not affect all permanents. Simply myself and the creature. It doesn't even counter the spell, I am still subject to its effects, I simply make (usually the caster) subject to the same effects.

Ainok Bond-Kin, Ainok Guide, Elven Warhounds, or Mossdog. Muzzle for flavor? Wild Dogs for card draw or pitching for Patrol Hound.

I would recommend breaking the tribal theme in order to add Ainok Bond-Kin, Abzan Battle Priest, Abzan Falconer, and Mer-Ek Nightblade. Also, Helm of the Host is DISGUSTING on Markov.
