Awsome deck, I have my own legendary deck similar to this as well and honestly yours is definitely and more seemingly powerful than mine. I can't offer much for feedback but I will mention a couple things I like.

  1. Those Artifact cards are legendary (no pun intended) for the creatures itself and at the same time being able to seal off and destroy non-legends are a good way to clear the board for your creatures safely. No changes needed there

  2. My only idea would be, what are your thoughts on Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle ? I currently use it in mine for MTG Arena and I gotta say, it highly benefits the cards like Malice and Grace so if one dies, teshar comes out and then bring out the knight again to keep the other knight (malice or grace) back to power. I see doubts with teshar as well for being low in attack and toughness however.

  3. Maybe if you would like some more 1 drop creatures Dauntless Bodyguard is a good one, not terribly strong, not legendary, but the ability becomes quite useful for keeping a creature with perhaps Blackblade Reforged alive.

4.All else maybe I could say is perhaps Baird, Steward of Argive . Legendary, vigilance, prevents opponets from attacking without paying mana for each one that attacks, quite useful against tokens.

Otherwise I also really enjoyed playing around with All legendaries and I hope you enjoy it just as much. It's very fun and has a basic concept thats fascinating. I'll have to remember to grab sigiled sword of valeron when I can for Arena since its powerful alongside more knights. That is when I decide to make a full knight/soldier only deck. Keep up the good work, +1 from me :)

I like your take on ephara. Have you considered Windborn Muse and Baird, Steward of Argive as more Ghostly Prison type effects that trigger ephara? I also highly recommend Saltskitter, that card is insane in my own ephara list. +1

A little surprised to not see any of these in the deck Consulate Dreadnought, Aethersphere Harvester, and Peacewalker Colossus. Especially the Peacewalker that thing is super good.

I also find it a bit odd that you're running with Grand Arbiter in such an artifact focused deck. I feel like Hanna, Ship's Navigator or Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage would make a bit more sense. You could even make a case for Lavinia of the Tenth since you seem to want to lock down your opponent with this deck and she could do that. Though her ability won't trigger while you have an orb effect out.

Other random cards you could consider art Ojutai's Command, Ensoul Artifact, Narset Transcendent, Wrath of God, Path to Exile, Ghostly Prison, Baird, Steward of Argive, Propaganda, and Windborn Muse.

Great Design and cool deck! Always good to see another one who has succumbed to the sweetest Voice in the Multiverse ^^

I'd definitely add more ramp, especially considering your relatively high avg. CMC and low landcount. Fixing shouldn't be a problem with that manabase, but the earlier you can cast a walker and a sweeper on the same turn, while keeping a counter or removal open, the better. I'd start with Nature's Lore, maybe Three Visits if you have one. Stuff like Cultivate or Kodama's Reach would require a few more basics. In terms of artefact based ramp, Coalition Relic, Astral Cornucopia and Everflowing Chalice can all work wonders in this kind of deck. Creatures like Birds of Paradise, Noble Hierarch or Sylvan Caryatid are more susceptible to removal, but can block to protect a walker in a pinch.

Phyrexian Scriptures is a nice allrounder, brings a boardwipe and graveyard-removal. If you can't get extra counters on there the turn you play it it's kind of slow though, and the wipe whiffs against artifact decks. Definitely a meta call.

Constant Mists protects both your face and your walkers, unlike Ghostly Prison. Spike Weaver does the same, with some sweet proliferate synergy. If you want prison effects, look towards Sphere of Safety, Norn's Annex, Archangel of Tithes or Baird, Steward of Argive, maybe Crawlspace or Silent Arbiter. Personally I'm not a big fan of those cards, but that might be because of my meta.

With your current list I'd probably run Shalai, Voice of Plenty over Privileged Position. The fact that she has legs, can Gavony Township tokens from your walkers and is another hit for cavern of souls outweighs her being somewhat easier to remove and not hitting artefacts or enchantments imho. That might change if you add cards like Enlightened Tutor or Academy Rector, in which case Position being an enchantment would become significantly more relevant.

With both Planeswalkers and Avacyn, Angel of Hope in the deck you might want to consider Armageddon or another source of Mass Land destruction. It's a highly controversial wincon and if your playgroup is against it I wouldn't bother running it, but if you actually play it with a clear path to victory in mind, I personally think it's fine.

Considering that your walker count is somewhat high even for a superfriends list, I'm kind of surprised to not see Tezzeret the Seeker or Garruk Wildspeaker, both of which can ramp you and work wonders with The Chain Veil, especially if you have some 2+ mana sources.

Cards like Leyline of Anticipation or Vedalken Orrery make setting up for big combo turns much easier.

Savor the Moment is quite nice with walkers and Nexus of Fate can do stupid things with Liliana Vess.

I think elesh norn is just too good to remove. If you ever manage to cast this T2 or T3, which won me a tournament:p, it just ends games on the spot. Plus I randomly got a foil phyrexian text version for 2$ so I may be biased from love :).

I've been having lots of success with

Dragonlord Dromoka: I know the cost is steep, but the lifeline has been super helpful randomly.

Solemnity: I've got lots of graveyard and counters strategies in my meta. This card randomly hoses entire decks especially meren, which I love

Scroll Rack: this is probably my favorite T1 play. Always happy to see it.

Cloudstone Curio the only masterpiece I own, the only Noah Bradley card I like, the most ridiculous combo enabler outside of paradox engine. This card is silly and I think if you dont play with it you should at least try.

Baird, Steward of Argive: surprisingly awesome protection.

Sigarda, Host of Herons: i think not playing this is a mistake period.

Grand Abolisher: with yuan getting this is more reliable and I think it earns its spot.

Hope of Ghirapur: good protection for the combo turn. Good recursion card too.

Staff of Domination: this card enables some silly lines when you can be net positive on mana.

Side note you've convinced me on null rod, most amount I've ever paid for a card and totally worth it :p also seton is stupid and I love it :)

I had an idea which I wanted to share for a while. Let's face it; Pauper EDH isn't very popular. If anything, people avoid it due to the overwhelming amount of non-legendary Commons they can pick from to be their General. While it could be argued it breaches the spirit of Pauper, I think Uncommon Legendaries (Of the myriad of options we have, largely thanks to Dominaria and Masters sets) should be legal as Commanders for Pauper EDH. There's so much untapped potential in these creatures! Adeliz, the Cinder Wind could be incredibly good in Wizzet Tribal, Baird, Steward of Argive gives you what's essentially a white Propaganda, Bladewing the Risen could make Dragons interesting in Pauper again, Zada, Hedron Grinder is so much bigger than Valuetown she's practically the Value Capital of Value Country, Danitha Capashen, Paragon shows potential for mono-white Voltron, Grunn, the Lonely King has just as much if not more, Hallar, the Firefletcher could have interesting Synergy with Kicked spells, Ihsan's Shade which is an Uncommon thanks to Masters 25 might have potential, Iwamori of the Open Fist could do Legendary tribal better than Arvad the Cursed despite the Color identity, Jalira, Master Polymorphist could make for a great mono-blue Cascade deck, Kongming, "Sleeping Dragon" miiiight do something interesting, and Kwende, Pride of Femeref is another solid addition to the overwhelming amount of White commanders and acts like a slightly Nerfed Odric, Lunarch Marshal. And these are just the ones I thought were worth mentioning. I really want this idea to catch on, because Pauper EDH is struggling, and it saddens me.

Edit: I've been told that you can use any uncommon in Pauper Dragon Highlander. My input isn't nearly as useful anymore, but I would like to say that a lot of these have great potential for Pauper EDH nonetheless.
