Based on what I've seen, I'd recommend cutting:
Dusk : This kills 48% of the creatures in your own deck.
Battlegrace Angel : with all your tokens and other angels, you'll rarely have anyone attacking alone.
Confessor : in a lot of cases, this guy won't do much.
Graceblade Artisan : not enough auras to make this dude worth it
Herald of Dromoka : there's only two warriors in the deck, so he doesnt have much combo potential
Things I'd suggest adding:
If you want more suggestions, lemme know and I can provide them. IF you need to trim down more creatures, try looking for things that are outside the theme of your deck. For example, it seems your focus is many small white creatures, life gain, big flyers/angels, and +1/+1 counters, so it would make sense to start trimming down by removing things that don't fit with that theme.

Hardened Scales, Twilight Drover and Requiem Angel are ones that i considered but cut, although i do love how they fit in the deck and i would love to eventually fit them in, as well as Walking Ballista. I have chosen Dictate of Erebos and not Grave Pact because of the mana requirement, though again both would be good. how does Unruly Mob and Rot Shambler feed the combo exactly in a way my other pieces dont?

Hi. I'll comment assuming this is not meant to be a standard legal deck.
Me and my friend came back to magic in the first innistrad block as a form of gathering again. We established some rules: each one choses a pre-constructed deck from the innistrad block and we could buy 2-3 booster por month and only use those cards to build our decks and we could only trade with each other. That aside, I choose the WR agressive humans deck and my all-star card was (4 copies, of course) Brimstone Volley.
The deck objective was to aggro early on and put my friend down to 10 life or less. After that it was pretty easy to close the games since I would have 3-4 week creatures and they would have 1-2 bigger ones, allowing me to attack with all and putting them in the spot where they needed to block but knew I would have Brimstone Volley with morbid online! (I actually won a game dealing 13 damage with 3 Volleys. Wasn't 15 because I didn't need the morbid in the last one :P)
If you manage to have tons of humans, then Champion of the Parish is your men. Boros Elite, Wojek Halberdiers, Ash Zealot, Thalia's Lieutenant, Stormblood Berserker, Glory-Bound Initiate, Unruly Mob, Lightning Mauler, Silverblade Paladin, Nearheath Pilgrim.
Legion Loyalist, Goblin Guide, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and Thalia, Heretic Cathar (yeah, I know what you said about budget, but I'm just listing), Bomat Courier, Skyknight Legionnaire is nice (and actually remembers me about the new dude from Ixalan Sky Terror). I love Hellrider, especially if you can get wide. Maybe build around Oketra's Monument? Charging Monstrosaur could be the top end of the deck's curve. In my deck back in the day, Zealous Conscripts was the top end. Speaking of 5-drops and top end of curve Glorybringer, Urabrask the Hidden, Thundermaw Hellkite and Stormbreath Dragon.
You need to change your mana base cause there are too many taplands. Some Sacred Foundry would be nice, there is Kaladesh's Inspiring Vantage. Otherwise I would say to use a few taplands, like 2-3 and get some Evolving Wilds. If the land is going to be tapped, at least Evolving Wilds will thin your deck so you have more chance to draw spells rather than lands.

I agree with pretty much everything said! It looks like you're going in the right direction, here's some more options to choose from incase you want more:
Allied ReinforcementsCaptain's ClawsOath of GideonDesolation Twin would be pretty sick as a finisher if you make it that long, probably not a good idea, but thought I'd mention if your local meta is slow.Ethereal Guidance or an instant equivalent could be sideboard-able in my opinionI also like me some one or two of's Unruly Mob and Inspiring Captain for the same reason, but don't let ANY creatures distract you from token generation, that is number one, any synergies that don't generate tokens are just icing on the cake. Focus on tokens FIRST.If you find you have great early game life gain Felidar Sovereign is an option as a one or two of.Call of the Bloodline Shamble Back From Under the Floorboards and Gisa's Bidding are all things in standard.
I'm not saying any of these will be the answer to your problems, but options are always a good thing, and you can mess around to see what works for you! Can't wait to see what you do!

Oh and besides, each of those duals are bikes anyway, because each colorless mana in the cycling cost is a wheel.

Hmm, this deck could thrive off focusing more on revolt triggers possibly, with eldritch evolution being the main fuel for that? Things like Airdrop Aeronauts, Renegade Rallier, Archangel Avacyn Flip, Thalia's Lancers, Linvala, the Preserver, Lambholt Pacifist Flip, Primal Druid, Unruly Mob, Briarbridge Patrol, Gisela, the Broken Blade, Heron's Grace Champion, Odric, Lunarch Marshal, Thraben Inspector, Expedition Envoy, Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter, Long Road Home, Stitcher's Graft, Unbridled Growth. Funny enough, as I recommended cards I noticed a theme develop there where this could be a hilarious revolt GW human angel deck. There'd would be a strong thematic synergy and good aggro/tempo. Top it all off with a Sigarda, Heron's Grace. hmm.Sorry for such an obnoxious amount of things to look at.
