One of my favorite synergies with marchesa is Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools . His +1 gets you tokens which can both protect you and himself and can also attack for damage with dethrone. His -2 is great because you won't lose whatever you choose to sacrifice if it has a +1+1 counter on it. Finally, his ultimate is just in general a powerful ability which can get you more creatures to attack with, or at the very least hinder your opponents. It could easily replace angrath who will 90% of the time be 4 extra mana for a worse animate dead, and probably won't survive to do that ability a second time.

C4l4mity Lurrus of the Dream-Den is strong with more small creatures. I'd put in some cards like Carrier Thrall and Imperious Oligarch to up the consistency. If you like the effect, you may also want to consider playing her as the commander. She's not necessarily better or worse than Teysa, but she's a alternative option. Kaya the Inexorable is slower than Elspeth, Sun's Champion and Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools . Elspeth's boardwipe and Tevesh's card draw usually generate more value than Kaya's exile. However, I can see Kaya doing well in a slow, grindier meta that lets you recast the creatures you bring back with her a lot.

Thank you LunchBox1211 for the far more eloquent response, and I apologize for making a mountain out of a mole hill, I truly meant nothing by it, simply making a statement. No ill will was intended, at least, from my end.
That being said, dead, and buried, Favorite planeswalker? Mine is Venser, but he already has a pretty cool creature already....so Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools is my second place pick!

~ cannot attack.
Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, if the number of creatures the attacking player controls are more than the number of creatures you control, destroy any number of target attacking creatures equal to the difference.
"You wish for my intervention? Fine. Now, it is equal. Let skill and knowedelge allow you to survive, not flimsy numbers."
He was, as is most old MTG characters, pretty OP. But, I like the change that this blue creature adds up.

Addition of Goldspan Dragon in place of Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools and some minor land alterations following release of Kaldheim and excellent set booster pull!

Update - A few changes following playtest to improve the flow of the deck. The addition of Mycosynth Lattice and Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast boosts the artifact synergy nicely. Grim Tutor to replace Return to Nature as a more useful card generally (able to find planeswalkers with removal abilities if needed).
I pulled a full art Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools recently and felt it would sit nicely in this deck in place of Sarkhan the Masterless who proved a bit clunky in play. Not to mention the addition of 3 additional shock lands to increase the % of positive early plays.

I see someone else has already started brewing the new commander. I really like where the deck is heading! Here are a couple suggestions I would give for the brew:
Sorceries:
-1 Ashen Powder...Seems like a worse Reanimate at way too high a cmc
-1 Beacon of Unrest... In general I dont think you'll be getting enough cards in opponent's graveyards for this to matter very much
-1 Crux of Fate... No dragons in the deck, doesn't seem incredibly good at 5 mana, but you can keep this one in without a huge problem.
I'm noticing maybe too much emphasis on a theft style of play? I personally would go the route of controlling your opponents hand and board until you can ramp to Tibalt and pop off, though this is your choice.
Instants:
-1 Grab the Reins...7 mana for getting a little value out of a creature the destroying it just isn't good enough when you could be devoting that slot to better ramp options (which this deck desperately needs)
Mana Base:
Nothing much to say here, maybe cut a mountain or two for some swamps for better mana? Maze of Ith seems good for protecting walker Tibalt in a pinch
Creatures:
-1 Stormfist Crusader... One extra card per opponent usually won't matter
-1 Zealous Conscripts... Too expensive and not impactful enough without a Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combo package
Artifacts:
-1 Glasses of Urza... this card will never be relevant. Ever.
Enchantments:
Nothing much to say here in terms of cutables.
PWs:
-1 Angrath, the Flame-Chained... To expensive, too little payoff
-1 Ob Nixilis Reignited...inefficient card draw/removal engine
Cards to Consider
Note: Add more sacrifice outlets like Yawgmoth, Thran Physician or Phyrexian Altar to prevent your opponents from getting any creatures you stole back. Additionally, I would suggest to find a few more cards of removal and focus on making the deck play as smoothly as possible. Really love where the deck is headed. Good work =)

Mastermind's Acquisition Is a great card to combo with Xiahou Dun, the One-Eyed. You can make a 15 card board and put some cards in to help against certain decks that gives chainer some issues (blue white control--Nevi's Disc, Hero's Downfall and the like, Sword of Sinew and Steel, etc.) it allows you to run 15 extra cards without having them eat up space in your deck.
Attrition and Overseer of the Damned is a fun combo. I have gotten tons of use out of attrition.
The Rings + Basalt combo is nice, but I ended up dropping it out of mine. It is nice if you play Torment of Hailfire and Exsanguinate but I went more control than combo after a while.
Thought-Knot Seer is great for some recurring hand hate
Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools has been an all-star in my deck, you could also add Karn Liberated and Ugin, the Ineffable for more pointed permanent destruction
Flesh-Eater Imp is also a fun sac outlet and an alternative win con.
Volrath's Stronghold is good for saving some of your cards from graveyard removal and I have been debating Phyrexian Reclamation and or Tortured Existence. Fortunately I have not seen too many EDH decks with a lot of dedicated grave hate.
Disciple of Bolas is also an all star card, he keeps chainer going like you wouldn't believe
