What about Vivien, Monsters' Advocate ? It grants token-creation, protects itselft and with the 2nd ability you can tutor another fatty after casting one. And her static ability is like another card in your hand.

What about using Verge Rangers to keep up in land ramp/information. Nyx Lotus could also fix some mana issues. Starnheim Aspirant was already mentioned which i also would strongly recommend to you... And cut some high-cmc creatures.

Here is my first deck i‘ve ever build. When i started playing magic i started with a orzhov-human-ish legacy deck. But everyone played EDH, so i rebuild and collected every b/w card i gained during our draft-tournaments.

Exquisite Blood is an absolutely blast... but unfortunately not in my collection. I had to choose between it and Bitterblossom ... and i chose the blossom (and not just for the amazong artwork but it fits in my Dimir-Rogue deck. Appreciate your upvote.

Upvote, just because of the commander i'm totally crushed with since playing magic. Maybe look at my deck Blood and Wine feat. Teysa and get some inspiration. As i already found Gift of Immortality and will try to implement it :) But i would strongly recomment Syr Konrad, the Grim . He is an absolutely powerhouse!

Ah and i forgot Migration Path is an straight upgrade for Explosive Vegetation . Also, Nature's Lore is way faster than Rampant Growth ; if it's not in Budget, what about using Harrow or Explore ? The latter even grants you a card replacement

What about using Castle Garenbrig ?

You can't use Eladamri's Call as it has a white pip.

With that many high power creatures, have you considered Return of the Wildspeaker ? It's one of my favourite cards and very versatile...

As i would have to cut a card from the ones you mentioned, i would cut Forbidden Alchemy before Zulaport Cutthroat before Titans' Nest . Forbidden alchemy seems the less valueable card. It's flashback-cost is way to high. Zulaport Cutthroat seems to have not so much in common with your gameplan. I could be more efficient if you swap it with more synergie. Haven't played with Titan's Nest yet, but it seems pretty slow, even if it grants you kind of ramp.

Other suggestions to cut because they either are to slow or better options available: Oblivion Stone , Kenrith's Transformation , Omen of the Sea , The Eldest Reborn

Maybe you should consider using Malakir Rebirth  ^Flip for cutting a basic swamp
