So when I went to combat I made 5 gnomes(tripled to 15) and 6 gnomes(tripled to 18) which is 33 creatures entering. I also played Brutal Hordechief.
The guy I swung at wanted to see how big the Devilish Valet was so we did the math on it. Doubled 34 times it ends up at 17,179,869,184
Oh and that's a great suggestion! Adding it to the maybeboard and seeing if I can make room for it.

debuf I can try to help. Did you have a commander in mind already? If not, are the colors that come to mind for the strategy you're describing. Kardur, Doomscourge, Queen Marchesa, Isshin, Two Heavens as One, or even Vial Smasher the Fierce w/ someone white all come to mind depending on what route you go.

I think at face value, Caesar, Legion's Emperor will end up using a lot of the same tech that Isshin, Two Heavens as One does. You could probably use more of the token generators that Isshin would, if you want to check out the Isshin token theme EDHREC page.
In looking at your list, I do have a few suggestions, if you're open to them:
I think you could probably drop down to at most 38 lands, or 36 at the least.
It seems a little counter-intuitive, but I'd recommend replacing some of those land slots with mana rocks like Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, Orzhov Signet and the others in color in that cycle, or Talisman of Indulgence and the others in this cycle (Talismans of Conviction and Hierarchy). Replacing some land slots can help you ramp out some rocks in your early turns, and reduces your likelihood of mana flooding.
Some of these land slots could also be swapped out for more creature token generation. Some of my personal favorites from playing Isshin: Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, Hammers of Moradin, Hanweir Garrison Meld, Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin, and Mardu Ascendancy. I think your deck could benefit from a few more token producers that can get set up before Caesar hits the field, and also takes pressure off him being one of your primary token producers.
If you have the budget for it, I'd recommend adding a decent board protection package from stuff like Reconnaissance, Dolmen Gate, Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment, and Iroas, God of Victory. The more you can protect your board, the more you can maintain momentum down the stretch. In case you're unfamiliar with Reconnaissance, this EDHREC article explains how you can use it as a pseudo-Vigilance anthem to pull your creatures out of combat, after the damage step.
Lastly, I'd recommend swapping out some of your creatures that are north of 5 cmc for some of the stuff listed above. Between swapping land slots, and swapping a couple of higher cmc creatures, I think could help the deck be a bit more cohesive.
I hope these suggestions are helpful. Down to discuss more if you're up for it. Best of luck

I would say Isshin, Two Heavens as One is good for both of our decks

Isshin, Two Heavens as One would be very useful in here. I'd also really, really recommend you add many more rocks in here, to speed up Kaalia's appearance. Examples would be Arcane Signet, Orzhov Signet, Rakdos Signet, Boros Signet, Talisman of Conviction, Talisman of Indulgence and Talisman of Hierarchy. Another great card to consider would be Reconnaissance. Allows you to have Kaalia retreat from an attack if someone decides to block her (and you still benefit from her trigger).

Rebel Against the Consulate
Battle - Siege
When Rebel Against the Consulate enters the battlefield, its defender creates a token copy of target artifact you control. Rebel Against the Consulate deals damage equal to that artifact's mana cost to target creature or planeswalker.
Creature - Human Rogue Artificer
Aether Renegades's power is equal to the number of artifacts you control.
As long as your opponents control two or more artifacts, Aether Renegades has first strike and menace.

Hey Crow_Umbra! Did you happen to see the spoilers today for the Lord of the Rings scene boxes? There was some seriously awesome stuff for Isshin, Two Heavens as One in there. A few notables, "Anduril, Narsil Reforged" looks like it's going to be straight gas in Isshin. Also, I know it's a bit slower in the payoff, and Isshin is a little quicker, but "Minas Morgul, Dark Fortress" is a land that can give creatures shadow?! Want to get in for guaranteed damage? Yes please! And finally, "Nazgul Battle-Mace" is definitely an expensive equipment to set up at 8 mana total, but gives a creature menace, deathtouch, annihilator 1, and "Whenever an opponent sacrifices a nontoken permanent, put that card onto the battlefield under your control unless that player pays 3 life". Tergid on a stick, and you get to proc annihilator twice?! Sounds super cool. Again, that last one is 5 mana to cast, 3 to equip, so I'm not to sure about it finding a home, but the first two? Holy Moly! Anyway, it's cool that WotC keeps giving Isshin more gas, I love it! See ya!

Hey dude! Good Commander choice, Kaalia of the Vast has been my main option for years now.
I'll try to keep this brief lol.
The most important thing to remember when brewing this one is to not get distracted by the possibilities of all those Angels, Demons & Dragons. Focus on card quality above all else, the Spells that are going to win you the game.
Razaketh, the Foulblooded & Vilis, Broker of Blood are the top dogs here, their power as individual cards will oftentimes win you game from sheer value. Other pieces like Rune-Scarred Demon, Burning-Rune Demon & Hoarding Broodlord will do the same if you build around them with Spells like Ephemerate & Saw in Half.
I'd also recommend more Treasure tokens! I see you're already running Smothering Tithe & Goldspan Dragon, which is a great start. Adding Ancient Copper Dragon, Cavern-Hoard Dragon, Monologue Tax, Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff & of course Dockside Extortionist will make sure that your deck doesn't necessarily need it's Commander on the field to function. There are also a few lines via Dockside Extortionist & Razaketh, the Foulblooded that deal infinite damage, produce infinite Mana and yield infinite Tutors, which we can get into later if you decide to go that route.
Wrapping up on Mana, I'd also recommend more Rituals and Rocks. Dark Ritual, Burnt Offering & Seething Song are great, as are Talisman of Hierarchy, Talisman of Conviction & Talisman of Indulgence. A Thran Dynamo could be good too. Oh man, Hellkite Tyrant can steal your opponents Rocks, which counts as Ramp I guess?
Anyway, moving on to card draw! Kaalia of the Vast runs through a lot of cards if you build her right, and keeping your hand full is a priority. Necropotence, Black Market Connections, Dark Tutelage, & Dark Confidant are great ways to turn your Life total into more gas. Esper Sentinel & Archivist of Oghma scale with your opponent's activity. None of them will do as much heavy lifting as Vilis, Broker of Blood, but that's honestly asking a lot of any card other than Ad Nauseam.
Onto the deck engine! I see you're running a few things to double down on your Commander's effect, like Aggravated Assault, Blade of Selves & Isshin, Two Heavens as One. While this strategy seems like a great idea on paper, it's actually not as efficient for the deck as it seems. Running a Reanimator strategy to ensure that the deck can continue to cheat creatures out without having to rely on it's Commander to do so is a far more powerful & consistent strategy. Spells like Entomb, Reanimate, Final Parting, Buried Alive, Victimize, Animate Dead, & Karmic Guide will pull a lot of weight in this context.
I could talk about Kaalia of the Vast all day, but I'll stop here. Let me know how you feel about these suggestions.
Also, here's my own list if you want to check it out: ANCIENT DRAGON TEMPEST (KAALIA)
