Pest Infestation
Sorcery
Destroy up to X target artifacts and/or enchantments. Create twice X 1/1 black and green pest creature tokens with "When this creature dies, you gain 1 life." (Dying is being put into the graveyard from the battlefield. Tokens enter the graveyard before they cease to exist.)

Bane of Progress, Rampage of the Clans, and Pest Infestation go crazy stupid in this deck.
BlueTorche on !!! Chatterfang and the hungry Crew !!!
In my personal decklist (Chatterfang Casual EDH), I have 3 win cons :
-
Lifedrain (with Bastion of Remembrance, Zulaport Cutthroat and Blood Artist), which is the most reliable one, as it usually kills all my opponents at once. With Chattefang, it's easy to reach 20+ drains, which is huge in late game.
-
Big tokens (with cards like Creakwood Liege, Return of the Wildspeaker, Craterhoof Behemoth (more expensive this one)), which can easily kill your opponent if you have 10+ squirrel on the battlefield. Garruk, Cursed Huntsman isn't a bad addition in the deck, but I think it's a bit "slow", as it will need at least 1 full turn of table before having the emblem. Your opponents will usually focus it and kill it during this time.
-
Commander Damage, it doesn't happen often (to be honest, I never killed someone with commander damage in more than 20 games). But it is useful if you play against a lifegain deck or a stax deck. Commander damage can easily be done when you buff all your squirrels (including Chatterfang), and you can also sacrifice X squirrels to give +X/-X to Chatterfang. It's also why I suggested Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth, which make your commander unblockable (and is a good land anyway). The BLB card The Odd Acorn Gang you put in the deck also helps this win condition.
Additionally, Pitiless Plunderer and Warren Soultrader are cards that wins you the game always all the time you'll play it with Chatterfang, as they'll give you almost-infinite mana and ETB/LTB trigger.
Another win condition would be to add Ivy Lane Denizen, which combo with Scurry Oak and give you an infinite/infinite creature and infinite 1/1 squirrels. You may need to add some creature tutor to get both of the cards at the same time (I would suggest Chord of Calling, Dig Up, Diabolic Tutor and Fauna Shaman as buget card. You may also add more expensive card like Vampiric Tutor or Demonic Tutor).
As you say, with the new BLB card, it may exist other win conditions, which can involve food token.
I think you shouldn't focus on one particular win condition. Having more than one way to win can make your deck more reliable (that is my opinion, it may not be true). However, focusing on 1 or 2 win conditions will help you cut some card and having a better deck (it's a question of perfectly balance, as all think should be).
I will also suggest you Acorn Harvest which give you squirrel (not a very strong card, but for 6 mana it creates you 4 squirrels (8 with Chatterfang), not bad).
As cut suggestions, I would suggest Acorn Catapult (which I find very expensive, just to create 1 Squirrel by turn), Cloakwood Hermit (as it need "creature card" put in your graveyard. However, token aren't cards (rule 111.6. A token is subject to anything that affects permanents in general or that affects the token’s card type or subtype. A token isn’t a card) so it doesn't work (I thought about this card when a friend suggests it to me, I was disappointed to learn this rule :( )) and Squirrel Mob (on paper, the card seems good in the deck, but fill the board with tokens is better than having a big creature that will be blocked by anything). I also find Squirrel Sanctuary a bit slow (but it combos with Earthcraft, which I don't have because of its price, but make Squirrel Sanctuary strong). Wrap in Vigor is literally a Golgari Charm in less good (its only advantage is that is cost instead of ). Toski, Bearer of Secrets is also a card I find a bit slow. I bought it for my deck, but it never convinced me, and I would prefer Driven / Despair to it, which can also help you win, or other draw cards (Village Rites, Plumb the Forbidden...). Finally, Putrefy is not the most relevant card in the deck, as you already have a lot of Artifact/Enchantment removal, and Chatterfang is a creature removal. You may prefer Nature's Claim or Maelstrom Pulse as removal, or add more token synergy card (you can also add Crack Open, which is similar to Pest Infestation in the deck (I need to buy Pest Infestation, it seems incredible in a Chatterfang deck))

Nice deck. How do you feel about Cathars' Crusade? Considering your deck already has quite a few token(/counter) doublers, wouldn't this be stronger in certain circumstances? Also, I think Pest Infestation could be really good, and maybe Awaken the Woods.

seems strong, running stax for some control and using jetmir as a buff to win.
given the mana curve, you could manage a bit more with 32-33 lands and run more 1 drop mana guys.
Removal will be helpful, Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, Generous Gift, Beast Within, Winds of Abandon, Fateful Absence,
with the creature count, Winota, Joiner of Forces could help give some gas, though you may need to add more humans to make her work better: Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Myrel, Shield of Argive, Brutal Cathar Flip, Loyal Apprentice, Sanctum Prelate, Caves of Chaos Adventurer, Seasoned Dungeoneer (I have been loving the initiative creatures), Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Ranger-Captain of Eos
some X token spells like Finale of Glory, Pest Infestation, Grand Crescendo, White Sun's Twilight, Martial Coup, Awaken the Woods can also help restore your board state

For global haste you can use Fires of Yavimaya, Concordant Crossroads, Mass Hysteria, and Urabrask the Hidden who will also conveniently turn off other people's haste. Anger and Barbarian Class also give haste after more effort.
Ant Queen, Artifact Mutation, Battle Hymn, Circle of Dreams Druid, Dragon Broodmother, Pest Infestation, Scute Swarm, Tempt with Vengeance, Sylvan Offering, Termagant Swarm are all useful if you can give haste to all of them.
Birds of Paradise is just the best mana dork.
You have green, so you might as well use the standard ramp package with Cultivate , Kodama's Reach, Explore , Farseek, , Rampant Growth, Three Visits and Nature's Lore. Probably ignore most mana rocks, because people are going to want to vandalblast you just because of the treasures.
Relentless Assault, Scourge of the Throne, Combat Celebrant, Hexplate Wallbreaker, World at War grant extra combats, with Hellkite Charger and Aggravated Assault potentially going infinite.
Vandalblast goes in every red deck. Even though youll have a ton of treasures i'd still run Brotherhood's End too
For draw spells consider Scroll Rack, Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, Soul's Majesty, Furious Rise, Rishkar's Expertise, Beast Whisperer, Shamanic Revelation, Disciple of Bolas, Pact of the Serpent, Painful Truths, Harmonize, Sign in Blood, Night's Whisper, Read the Bones, Ambition's Cost, Ancient Craving, Damnable Pact, Commune with Lava, Lifeblood Hydra, or maybe Necropotence although the color restricion on necro is tough, treasures should take care of it.
Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer , The Reaver Cleaver , Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge , Ancient Copper Dragon , Old Gnawbone Ziatora, the Incinerator for more treasure makers. Pyrohemia and Pestilence could be fun with the extra mana. Awaken the Woods is an amazing x spell too, but wont appreciate the two aforementioned cards.
If you're using magda the deck will benefit from dragons and expensive artifacts. throw in Imperial Recruiter and Worldly Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, and Demonic Tutor all go in your colors. so you can get her more consistently. Darksteel Forge and Gate to Phyrexia can be tutored into play with her for five treasure.
If you use dragons, you could add Dragonstorm, but you should carefully consider how many cheap spells you expect to be able to cast if you arent building specifically towards this card. Chatterstorm, Empty the Warrens, Yawgmoth's Will, Jeska's Will, Mana Geyser, and Manamorphose, Past in Flames are all good on their own and would add synergy.
If it ends up dragon tribal, cards like Crippling Fear , Kindred Dominance, Crux of Fate
Swashbuckler Extraordinaire is a very good payoff for using treasures if you dont use certain other nightmarish dragons like Atarka, World Render, Blast-Furnace Hellkite, Terror of Mount Velus, Thrakkus the Butcher

Pest Infestation is a mana sink. Take it out and use Old Gnawbone. The treasures you create can be used as either mana ramp onto the next play or synergize with Professional Face-Breaker which you are already running in order to play more from top of your deck and out pace the board.

Buddies cancelled so I played 3 pub games instead:
Starting hand: Emeria, The Sky Ruin, Plains, Plains, Path to Exile, Angelic Page, Archangel of Tithes, Sanctuary Warden
As we played through the game it became clear that Esix was the big threat. The board was wiped twice, once with N'ghathrod's Hex and a second time with Sigarda's Day of Judgment. Archangel of Tithes helped get a few early attacks in against Esix as they usually tapped out to play some bigger spells.
I was able to keep Esix in check a few times by using Path to Exile on their commander when they were about to pop off. I also used Oblation again on Esix when they cast a Pest Infestation destroying my Crucible of Worlds and Vanquisher's Banner but netting 12 pests. Finally, I had a Kabira Takedown Flip but only 2 creatures on the field so it couldn't deal with anything on Esix's board so I used it on Sigarda's Soul Warden.
At the final turn I had Sanctuary Warden equipped to Sword of Feast and Famine, Righteous Valkyrie and Angelic Field Marshal. In my hand I had Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Emeria Shepherd, Sword of Hearth and Home and a Seraph Sanctuary. Giada had been removed 3 times this game so she cost 8. Esix was at 6 but also had a Sublime Epiphany with open mana and a Craterhoof Behemoth in hand with 19 creatures, mostly 1/1 tokens on board.
As I'm writing this I realized I had the answer but didn't realize it at the time. If I had casted Sword of Hearth and Home Esix would have countered it and bounced my Sanctuary Warden forcing it out of their hand. I could then equip the Sword of Feast and Famine to another angel and swung for lethal since they had no flying blockers. I could have also moved to equip Sword of Feast and Famine to another angel which they could've countered once, but I had open mana to do it again. Despite losing this round let's count it as a win due to my misplay.
Starting hand: Windswept Heath, Sol Ring, Pearl Medallion, Angel of Vitality, Mangara, the Diplomat, Soul Warden
Perhaps this was a risky hand to keep but with the Sol Ring and Pearl Medallion I could literally play everything in my hand if not disrupted so I kept it.
Kraum also kept a risky hand but it paid off for them in the short term. They cast a Show and Tell which let me only drop Angel of Vitality but they dropped an Omniscience and proceeded to play out their hand giving themselves an immense board state on turn 3.
Kraum made a serious misplay here as they used a Cyclonic Rift on my Sol Ring and a bounce spell that returned all creatures with power less than 5. This was supposed to wipe the board but Angel of Vitality was a 5/5. They followed this up with a Wheel of Misfortune paying 35 life expecting us to bet high life totals so they wouldn't get the wheel. Unfortunately for them we bid pretty low numbers and Kraum took the full 35. With no flying blockers on board they were dead next turn.
With Kraum out of the game and a fresh 7 card hand I ended up dominating the board. Some nice synergies were using Sword of Hearth and Home on Sanctuary Warden to 2 cards a turn, one for ETB, one for swinging. Bishop of Wings with Resplendent Angel and Angelic Accord gave me double angels on my end steps. Finally, having Emeria, The Sky Ruin and 7 plains let me fill my boardstate quickly. While the game took longer I never hit another board wipe and closed it out with 64 life.
Starting Hand: Flooded Strand, Path of Ancestry, Soul Warden, Luminarch Ascension, Pyre of Heroes, Folk Hero, Angelic Curator
I was excited about this hand because it had 2 new cards that hadn't come up in the last couple games I played so I wanted to test it out. While it should have curved out pretty nicely, having only Folk Hero as the draw card with a single angel should've been a warning sign. My early board state included Giada, Font of Hope, Soul Warden and Luminarch Ascension. As predicted, Luminarch Ascension was able to get 3 counters on it after a single turn.
However I was hit by a board wipe early on and had to decide whether to use Luminarch's ability or recast Giada. I foolishly recast Giada only to have her removed again with Skysovereign, Consul Flagship. When Sigarda went to blow up Luminarch I produced 3 4/4 angels with 6 mana to give me some blockers. I had also drawn into The Ozolith but it was only able to add 1 counter on it.
For the rest of the game Kykar solely targeted me with their growing vehicle board state. Since Giada now cost 6 and Skysovereign was pinging for 3 every turn I couldn't waste the mana to recast her which turned off Folk Hero. I cast Angelic Curator just for a blocker since it would be hugely advantageous against vehicles but it was promptly removed with Dispatch by Kykar. I was also able to draw into a Mask of Memory but was stalled out since Kykar had Spirit token blockers, Atraxa had their commander and Sigarda also had their commander. I was the first to be knocked out and this was a definite loss. I did cast Pyre of Heroes but didn't draw into any angels until late game so it had no effect.
Luminarch Ascension is a great card but also a lightning rod. In the third game it presented a threat early on and if Giada hadn't been removed twice so early it could've helped end the game. Not getting those +1/+1 counters on the angels hurt my game plan quite a lot.
The Ozolith saw play but had little impact. Again, if Giada hadn't been removed early I could've dumped all those counters onto it and preserved threats.
Pyre of Heroes also saw play but had little impact. The overall flow of the game meant I was essentially stuck. Eye of Vecna would've been more impactful here but since Kykar had such an oppressive board state I would need to play much bigger threats to make a difference.
While Giada may not always be necessary to our gameplan, not having her and being unable to cast her slows us up so much that opponents can just out ramp or out threaten us pretty quickly. Dodging an entire table's board wipes and single target removals is pretty tough and makes me consider Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots again.
