Segovian Angel Discussion

Now I've realized you have 73 cards. That's a lot of cards.
I agree with most of what Apollo_Paladin said. In addition to that I say:
Cut one Shalai, Voice of Plenty . She's really good but her effects are kinda redundant, even more so because you can't have two at the same time on the battlefield to protect each other.
Since you don't have lots of value engines that synergize with Segovian Angel , in my opinion this can be cut.
Also, I see that you've cut the Inkmoths. However, this is a really heavy deck. You can't run only 18 lands. I'd suggest 22 lands. Just add 4 more Plains .
While on the topic of lands, take Forbidding Watchtower out for reasons similar to Blinkmoth. You can replace it with New Benalia as you don't have too many cheap costed cards and it has nice value attached to it.

I've really enjoyed Dovin, Grand Arbiter in my Azorious weenie fliers deck. I've also found Always Watching to be very strong and worth the space and mana. Pride of the Clouds is really good, too, but almost too good because it's such an obvious target. Same thing with Sephara, Sky's Blade . Faerie Seer is worth considering, as is Segovian Angel and Squadron Hawk . The Hawks are very strong in my deck, acting as a sort of draw card. Immortal Servitude is also pretty great, often bringing 4 or more 1CMC creatures back from the graveyard for 4.
I think you should try to upgrade the mana-base a bit, or even add in 4x dual-color tap-lands. The mana chart shows that this is blue heavy, so at the least, probably 12 Islands and 8 Plains would help a bit.
Healer's Hawk is awesome. It's got such great value! Windstorm Drake , on the other hand, seems pretty clunky for 5.
I think it will be worth it to cut back you creature count to 24, thereby reducing the deck to 60 cards total, and opening up a few added spots for disruption spells like Negate or Reprobation . Of the creatures here, I think the best are Faerie Miscreant and Healer's Hawk, because both have such strong value for only 1CMC. Next I like with Empyrean Eagle or Thunderclap Wyvern combo-ed with Warden of Evos Isle, but probably not both. Spirit of the Spires, Sprite Noble, and Windstorm Drake seem like the weakest links, costing a lot of mana for less good payoffs. Cloudfin Raptor isn't very strong in my mind either, but at 1CMC, it's an ok choice. I think the aggro strategy will work best when it hits the fastest, so keeping the CMC down to 1-2 for most the creatures is going to get more wins. As it is right now, CMC-wise, it would probably work better with 2-4 more lands.

Not at all CrowMutini I'm just glad it got through! I have been wanting to see how that challenge would be answered for some time.
Legendary Creature - Cat
When Despie enters the battlefield, end the current turn. You can't cast spells on your next turn.
Awww Despie kitty!
1 / 1
This is how Despie has derailed many of Day9's streams of thought...
So do you remember how Modern Horizons finally brought us a 1/1 Segovian Angel for to give that tribe something on the bottom end? Create a card that does something like that... either a top end for a tribe that doesn't have one, or a bottom end for a tribe that doesn't have one (some examples to get you thinking: perhaps an 8/8 Goblin for ... or a 1/1 Giant for ).

Avenging Angel < The instances where you would want to "top" lock yourself to know that you'll draw a generic 3/3 flying angel for 5cmc are few and far between.
Dawning Angel < Minimal lifegain doesn't seem worthwhile for the cost.
Feather, the Redeemed < You don't really have anything that targets your own creatures to be able to recur the spells, so it's just an efficient cmc angel, but otherwise irrelevant.
Firemane Angel < Too expensive both on the recursion ability and for it's stats and conditional lifegain.
Ghirapur Orrery < May benefit your opponents too much.
Great Furnace < Reflecting Pool or any other land.
Lotus Petal < One and done effect without a way to copy or recur it seems lackluster.
Pristine Angel < likely to be an untargetable/unblockable body, but no utility.
Segovian Angel < Flavorful, but it's simply bad.
Stoneforge Masterwork < Win More card. Better in decks that go wide for a bigger pump. Unlikely to be very relevant when it's a +3/+3 pump. A bigger pump means you're likely already winning.
Sword of Body and Mind < Doesn't advance your gameplan in any way, random color protection. A wolf token and milling an opponent doesn't help you much.

Too bad Segovian Angel wasn't Segovian Hawk.
Perhaps something to provide vigilance would be useful? Piety Charm or Marshaling Cry ? Always Watching is really good in my Modern U/W fliers deck, - given that we usually have evasion, being able to swing with everything and still block the next turn crushes opponents. And while vigilance is good on it's own, it also combos really well with your Tah-Crop Elite. Hidden Strings comes mind as well as a fringe possibility along those same lines.

Hey, looks good nice Extraplanar Lens :)
Consider more lands? 29 lands is low for a 3.6 avg. CMC. This low amount of lands also needs a low avg. CMC, not more than 2.0 which will be difficult to achieve unless you cut a large amount of high CMC cards. Consider 36 lands?
Consider more flying? Flying is evasion that you want to be able to consistently with Odric give all your creatures including Odric to do Commander damage.
- Healer's Hawk
- Segovian Angel
- Aerial Responder
- Skyhunter Skirmisher
- Aven Sunstriker
- Angel of Invention
- Aven Mindcensor
- Selfless Spirit
- Remorseful Cleric
Odric can give your creatures indestructible which is powerful from sources such as Gideon Blackblade or Bastion Protector . Precinct Captain , Hero of Bladehold and Brimaz, King of Oreskos are creatures who can be repeatable sources of tokens. Legion's Landing Flip and Adanto, the First Fort is a good land with token strategies. Hour of Revelation is a powerful board wipe for mono white in multiplayer Commander.
