ok, cut the following:
Noble Purpose, Defy Death, Entreat the Angels, Angel of Grace, Angel of Sanctions (for Christs sake just run Path to Exile ), Avacyn, Guardian Angel, Serra's Guardian, Segovian Angel, Daxos, Blessed by the Sun (you're not going wide when you play one expensive angel a turn), Angel of Dawn.
Add more efficient angels, and add better removal/board wipes.

Hey, nice start, mono white can be tricky to build and play in Commander. You have Avacyn, Angel of Hope, make her the Commander? This is Angel tribal, but using Elesh Norn as Commander is strange...
No matter the Commander with Angel tribal Angels take up most, if not all, the high CMC spots in the deck because the best Angels have high CMCs. My advice is cut the majority of the other nonAngel high CMC (5 CMC or higher) cards. Ramp and Angels should be priority.
Cards to consider cutting right away because they're not as good as other cards or are redundancy you don't need:
- Beacon of Immortality
- Parhelion II
- Akroma, Angel of Wrath
- Bruna, the Fading Light
- Mass Calcify
- Serra's Guardian
- Seraph of the Sword
- Segovian Angel
- Chastise
- Curse of Exhaustion
- Condemn
- Moonsilver Spear
- Answered Prayers
- Serra Avenger
- Angelic Chorus
- Ajani, Wise Counselor
- Guardian of the Gateless
- Angelic Skirmisher
- Rhox Faithmender
- Vanquisher's Banner
This is 20 cards that doing a quick look over are subpar compared to the rest. The next 10 cards are cut to streamline by choosing the most important cards at different CMCs and cutting the others. Cards to consider cutting:
- Resolute Archangel
- Angel of Vitality
- Gisela, the Broken Blade
- Blinding Angel
- Linvala, the Preserver
- Platinum Angel
- Serra the Benevolent
- Cleansing Nova
- Angelic Accord
- Treasure Map Flip
The last four cards is where it gets difficult to make cuts, but continue to streamline:
Hopefully this info helps and I offer more advice especially if you change to Avacyn, Angel of Hope as Commander since there's several good interactions to take advantage of.
Good luck with your deck.

Cut Angel of Serenity and Aegis Angel for Segovian Angel and Verge Rangers. My advice is that you cut some of the 6 CMC cards for CMC 1 and 3 cards.

Everybody in the Club Gettin' Keywords

To beets:
I’m not a fan of Banehound. Yes, Banehound has Lifelink and Haste, which are good keywords. However, Banehound doesn’t do that much. I don’t want to see this card early because it is just a 1/1. Serra Ascendant is just better at for attacking on the ground, Healer's Hawk is better for attacking due to flying, and Segovian Angel is better if I’m defending. If I just want Banehound to be in the graveyard, Leyline Prowler is useful both on the field and in the graveyard. Arcane Signet is good, but isn’t the want the deck wants. Mana dorks for mana acceleration, trigger ETB effects such as Aura Shards, and sacrificing for Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim. As for Swiftfoot Boots and Shalai, Voice of Plenty, these two cards provide a Hexproof option if Kathril isn’t allowed to come into play. In my meta, the “play Kathril and beat face’’ plan might occur uncontested maybe twice before they understand the deck’s strategy. Therefore, I like having other sources of Hexproof. Also, Shalai protects my creatures and myself.
You are correct about Questing Beast.

Angel Modern

I'd probably switch out one Serra Ascendant and Brought Back for 3 Segovian Angels. Just because Brought Back has to be that turn which makes it very situational, whereas Segovian Angel is good no matter when.
Also your mana is a quite low considering how expensive most of your cards are, and the fact that you have spenders like Dawn of Hope, I'd aim to get at least 20 probably more like 22. Or run some Aether Vials. Not a bad little deck though!

Great Bird of the Forest
Creature - Bird
Flying, Trample, Haste

I'd like another Gigantic creature for Ikoria, but like a traditionally tiny creature, opposite of Segovian Angel
