jonjonhholt Thanks for the tip! So far, I don't think Marut will quite be pulling its weight at 8 mana. Nadier's Nightblade, though, is perfect. Commander Masters is surprising me with its common reprints--it seems like a good time to be in Pauper.

Commander masters is coming out in a few days and Nadier's Nightblade is getting downshifted to common, might be a sweet addition alongside Mirkwood Bats. Also idk how many treasures you are actually getting out but ive always loved the Marut dream

Chatterfang's Nuthouse of Cards
Considering:
- Fae Offering
++ Introduces a fun little minigame. ++ Exciting with Academy Manufactor
-- Unable to trigger on opponents' turns without flash creatures, but that's minor - Victimize
++ Pet reanimation spell, fantastic with with tokens - Invasion of Ikoria
Flip (+ maybe Vampire Hexmage)
-- Can't fetch amazing humans (Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, Species Specialist, Eternal Witness, Pitiless Plunderer, Jaheira, Friend of the Forest)
++ Less salt-inducing wincon than Natural Order->Craterhoof Behemoth or a giant Finale of Devastation
++ Battles are a fun minigame when not fetching Hexmage
-- Hexmage is lackluster on its own
-- Not as guaranteed of a win condition as a big Finale
-- The Invasion being a permanent opens it up to removal before it flips - Llanowar Elves et al
++ Get Chatterfang out on turn 2 to start going ham sooner - Nested Shambler back in
++ BB to double your squirrel count still seems good - Force of Vigor
++ Creature spot removal is shored up by Chatterfang and all other removal spells hit creatures, so might be reasonable to have this not
++ Probably better in-slot than Binding the Old Gods
Potential cuts:
- Craterhoof Behemoth
== If Invasion of Ikoria Flip goes in
++ Cutting makes Natural Order worse, but also no longer as groan-inducing - Finale of Devastation
== If Invasion of Ikoria Flip goes in - Witch's Oven
++ Cheap sac outlet that works with Academy Manufactor and Gilded Goose -- Slow and food otherwise sucks.
-- The bonus only really happens if Chitterspitter has gone up several times
++ Is fetchable with Urza's Saga, but it's the worst option of the current three. Always fetch Skullclamp over this. - Tireless Tracker
-- Second-worst token maker behind Witch's Oven
-- Only eight fetchlands + Binding the Old Gods and Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip to double-trigger
++ Does qualify as a (slow) draw engine
++ Works with Academy Manufactor - Binding the Old Gods
-- Worst ramp and worst removal
++ Removal count is still moderately low, though. Can't rely on Chatterfang's ability for everything.
-- Probably worse in slot than Force of Vigor - Saw in Half
++ Does function as bad protection against spot removal -- Not a lot of nonlegendary creatures worth copying that don't already win the game, so often dead
Eternal Witness
Tireless Provisioner
Tireless Tracker
Species Specialist
Grim Hireling
Academy Manufactor
Tendershoot Dryad
Nadier's Nightblade
Deep Forest Hermit
-- Even when there is a target, often win-more

awesome build! here's a few suggestions if you have somewhere to fit them. Blood Artist should be a staple. Nadier's Nightblade is another good one. and Ashnod's Altar for ramp if you have the cash

You might as well run Devoted Druid With Melira
Temur Sabertooth to go with Dockside
Descent into Avernus: is a super underrated card, great in grindy decks.
Nadier's Nightblade and Mayhem Devil can help with the grind (it is good to have a backup plan if the combos are a no go for whatever reason)
Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools is another great token producing and card draw PW
Black Market Connections is prime in this list (really any deck with black) (would recommend it over Ophiomancer
Fiend Artisan is another tutor that works with your list
a lot of treasure producing cards like The Reaver Cleaver, Ancient Copper Dragon, Old Gnawbone, Goldspan Dragon, Tireless Provisioner help, treasures are great in Korvold.

Prosper's Treasure Harem

Zarthalius Agreed! I usually use cards like Reckless Fireweaver and Nadier's Nightblade as ping engines that stay there the whole game and slowly drain my opponents. Marionette is too big a threat for the other players to let me do that, but I usually try to use her late game when I know I can take out all the remaining players with her in one shot. I essentially use her like I would use a Crackle with Power, I hold onto her until I know I can win with her.
Exsanguinate seems super cool because it's versatile! I can use it to win, but I can also use it to save myself and hopefully take out a player or two in the process. With cards like Bolas's Citadel and Sensei's Divining Top it won't be too hard for me to then regain the momentum I lost to the spell.
My one worry with Torment of Hailfire, if I'm honest, is that I won't have good opportunities to kill opponents with it and because my deck isn't centered around combat, 50% of the time I'd then be dead in the water. Idk, I guess I'll have to try it!
BossUltinuc on Golgari Elves (Commander/EDH)

Okay so I'm new to deckbuilding, especially for EDH so I'm just wondering if anyone has any useful/practical suggestions for this deck. I thought Abomination of Llanowar was a cool card, so I wanted to build around that concept of getting a lot of elves onto the field and my graveyard to really boost its power and toughness.
One thing I'll mention is that, with the exception of cards that are already present in the deck, I don't want to spend more then $3-5 on a single card. So keeping all of this in mind, any suggestions?
Commander: - Abomination of Llanowar
Planeswalkers: - Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury - Tyvar Kell
Creatures: - Elvish Eulogist - Elvish Archdruid - Imperious Perfect - Lys Alana Huntmaster - Immaculate Magistrate - Marwyn, the Nurturer - Elvish Visionary - Shaman of the Pack - Lathril, Blade of the Elves - Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen - Beast Whisperer - Timberwatch Elf - Elvish Mystic - Canopy Tactician - Poison-Tip Archer - Skemfar Avenger - Skemfar Shadowsage - Wolverine Riders - Ruthless Winnower - Wellwisher - Golgari Findbroker - Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord - Rhys the Exiled - Nightshade Harvester - Gilt-Leaf Winnower - Elvish Doomsayer - Storrev, Devkarin Lich - Nadier's Nightblade - Fyndhorn Elves - Llanowar Elves
Instants: - Putrefy - Golgari Charm - Murder - Village Rites - Grisly Salvage - Wrap in Vigor - Cast Down - Malakir Rebirth Flip - Ghastly Demise - Infuse with Vitality
Sorcery: - Cultivate - Rampant Growth - Eyeblight Massacre - Shamanic Revelation - Casualties of War - Dig Up - Victimize - Sign in Blood - Spark Harvest - Diabolic Tutor - Deadly Brew - Bone Shards - Elvish Promenade
Artifacts: - Sol Ring - Arcane Signet - Commander's Sphere
Enchantments: - Elderfang Venom - Moldervine Reclamation - Prowess of the Fair
Lands: - Evolving Wilds - Command Tower - Path of Ancestry - Llanowar Wastes - Jungle Hollow - Skemfar Elderhall - Golgari Guildgate - Tainted Wood - Necroblossom Snarl - Myriad Landscape - Foul Orchard - Darkmoss Bridge - Forest x13 - Swamp x13

Prosper's Purgatory [Treasure EDH]

elliotmward97: So I actually used to run Red Elemental Blast, Pyroblast, Tibalt's Trickery and Withering Boon but didn't feel I was getting enough mileage out of them. Imp's Mischief and Deflecting Swat are both great in any black and/or red deck, I just don't have a copy of either unfortunately lol.
Hadn't considered Wishclaw Talisman but I'm definitely going to now! Especially with Goblin Engineer/Goblin Welder is a pretty nifty combo. =D
Hidetsugu, Devouring Chaos is a card I really liked thematically, but in practice just never felt good to draw. Even going infinite with Dockside and Technomancer requires your opponents to have at least seven Enchantments and Artifacts - which totally is gonna happen sometimes, but definitely not all the time.
Chandra, Torch of Defiance is another card I used to run (and quite liked) but got cut for Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast as Daretti just synergized with the deck better. Chandra may yet make it back into the deck, though!
As for cuts, I'm not totally sure but probably Hellkite Tyrant in favour of Ancient Copper Dragon. Tyrant is great but also extremely telegraphed. I'd probably look at Professional Face-Breaker or either Mayhem Devil or Nadier's Nightblade (depending on your playstyle) as a cut for Imperial Recruiter. And although Goblin Welder is a favourite of mine, it's likely on the chopping block if I do pick up a Ragavan.
