Goal of the deck: Use stax pieces and interaction to delay the game long enough to play Jodah, the Unifier. Once we have Jodah, the Unifier on the field, we just want to either play a 4 mana Legendary spell to cascade into Sisay, Weatherlight Captain or tutor for Sisay, Weatherlight Captain.

Once we have both Jodah and Sisay, we can start using Sisay's ability to get the win.

1. Use Sisay's ability to get Chromatic Orrery.

2. {T} Chromatic Orrery, and use Sisay's ability to get Ral Zarek.

3. Use Ral Zarek +1 to untap Orrery, {T} Orrery, and use Sisay's ability to get Oath of Teferi.

4. Use Ral Zarek +1 to untap Orrery, {T} Orrery, and use Sisay's ability to get Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset.

5. Use Teferi +1 to untap Orrery, {T} Orrery, and use Sisay's ability to get Dynaheir, Invoker Adept.

6. {T} Dynahei, use Teferi +1 to untap Orrery and Dynahei, {T} Orrery, Use Sisay's ability to get Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God and Bladewing the Risen.
