Storrev, Devkarin Lich Discussion
Gleeock: That was my thought on that pretty exactly. The second thing is, I'm only playing two recurson pieces. I recently considered adding Storrev, Devkarin Lich . That way, Frog would make sense, otherwise, not so much.

Well for the lands you can obviously swap out basics, etc. For the rest besides ramp, I think it's honestly a card by card thing, and you have to judge if you'd rather have one of the ones I mentioned or something in the deck, as in which would be more effective. It's your deck you know it better than me so you may not agree with some of these, but things I would cut are Wood Elves (too much mana, could be better used), Elvish Dreadlord (there are already effects like this in the deck that are cheaper and don't require a death trigger), Eyeblight Massacre (could be better used, already similar effects), Beacon of Unrest (not necessarily an effect that has to do with the deck-), Maelstrom Pulse (considering you can only have 1 copy of each card in edh I'm not sure how useful this will be), Alpha Authority (Lathril already has menace, this basically gives her hexproof for two mana not so good), Moldervine Reclamation (a lot of cards seem heavily bent on creature death triggers which may not be the easiest thing to work with, possibly slow at least, though its certainly possible the deck just needs more cards geared for it, like Ashnod's Altar , etc and less of elf tribal), Storrev, Devkarin Lich (again, unless you want to cut down on elf tribal elf graveyard effects won't be too strong I think anyway). Just some ideas, I'm not too sure.

Isn't this backwards of how these leagues normally work? I thought the winner is the only one that doesn't get the budget bump, so the most powerful deck doesn't snowball.
Anyway, Mindwrack Harpy is the most pushed intro deck card I've ever seen. That's my first add.
I also like putting in more creatures with ETB effects. It's kind of awkward that you'll want to tap mana dorks for Hogaak. Glowspore Shaman, Golgari Thug, Crow of Dark Tidings, Gamekeeper, and Mire Triton can all help get Hogaak out by turn 3 if you have a good turn 1 play.
There are a lot of good gold cards in BG graeyard stuff, too: If you have anyone that's relying on indestructibility, Drown in Filth is a good budget option to feed your graveyard. If you're built around Hogaak, I'd think it should regularly be a hard removal spell with upside. Nyx Weaver is just a great card in any graveyard deck, and cheap, too. Jarad's Orders is a good double-tutor. Underrealm Lich is worth the $2, in my opinion. I would also ask yourself whether Eternal Witness is $3.50 better than Acolyte of Affliction/Golgari Findbroker/Treasured Find. Storrev, Devkarin Lich didn't get much fanfare, but the power and price tag are there.
Animist's Awakening is good value at just over $1. World Shaper and Splendid Reclamation are a little more expensive, but higher impact than other $4-5 cards I see in the list. Lower on the ramp ladder, note that Harrow and Springbloom Druid put a land in the yard. Funeral Rites isn't a bad draw spell for this deck. Same for Winding Way, Gather the Pack and Relentless Pursuit. Syphon Mind doesn't have much to do with the theme, but I start with it in most of my black value decks. Dark Deal could be very good, especially if your draw power is maximized and you can use your yard as a second hand. Greenwarden of Murasa is just a powerful card. Same for Phyrexian Delver.
Some other general budget cards for considering: Ransack the Lab, Corpse Churn, Dead Reckoning, Grapple with the Past, Hatchery Spider, Millikin, Mindwrack Demon, Once and Future, Splinterfright, The Mending of Dominaria, Skullwinder, Blood for Bones, and Vigor Mortis.

Hi, I recommend you that take out Binding Mummy and Dreg Mangler, it's better to use the Dread Wanderer because recursion and Lord of the Accursed because pump you zombies and give them evasion. Another thing it's take out Corpse Knight and try Relentless Dead because can return itself and sometimes another threat.
For you mana base try the Kaladesh fastlands Blooming Marsh x4 + Concealed Courtyard x1 because your principal color is black, green and white are more like splash, and also your curve is low. Another land you must use it's Castle Locthwain x2, give you the black you need and if needed card draw. If you can use Mutavault x2 its another that also benefits of your Zombie Lords.
In your sideboard you can take out Disposal Mummy for Scavenging Ooze because potentially can remove more cards and also grow. Another big threat you can add it's Kaya, Orzhov Usurper and replace Storrev, Devkarin Lich, the reason are that it's more difficult to kill a planeswalker than a creature in the format, can giveyou sustain exiling cards, kill a threat from aggro decks with low curve like mono red, and eventually with Kaya's ultimate win matches.

List of cards I'd cut: Medomai the Ageless Sygg, River Guide Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire Prossh, Skyraider of Kher Thantis, the Warweaver Kaseto, Orochi Archmage Omnath, Locus of the Roil Intet, the Dreamer Storrev, Devkarin Lich Jenara, Asura of War Kestia, the Cultivator Rienne, Angel of Rebirth Pramikon, Sky Rampart Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge Crosis, the Purger Malfegor Olivia, Mobilized for War Rakdos the Defiler

Ramunap Excavator is always there if Crucible isn't available.
I assume you needed this mechanic for Liliana sinking your lands? I think Grisly Salvage works just fine too.
I think rounding this deck out in some ways could provide some utility. Although this runs extremely consistant. I suppose the main issues of loosing your best creatures could be altered with a Storrev, Devkarin Lich or get back a Liliana.
Nice deck and don't count out Abrupt Decay just because trophy exists. Id run one or two with fatal push to sink through control decks.
24 lands with dorks might need to be explored also.
