Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm

Legendary Creature — Dragon Spirit

Flying, ward (When this becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter it unless that player pays .)

Whenever another nontoken Dragon enters the battlefield under your control, create a token that's a copy of it, except the token isn't legendary if that Dragon is legendary.

I would recommend more ramp. Even if you keep your basics count this high, you could add Kodama's Reach or Cultivate. Maybe a bit more lands straight up, and Unclaimed Territory is a good add.

There are some reasonably priced dragons that could help, too. Atarka, World Render, Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, and Bladewing the Risen are useful and all under $2 each.

Thank you Venoctus, I appreciate it. I'd recommend checking out Purphoros, God of the Forge, perhaps over Terror of the Peaks. That Indestructible is much harder to deal with, and depending on game state, the 3 damage "Ward" from Terror might not be the biggest deterrence to targeted removal. Purphoros also has the added benefit of hitting all your opponents at once, making your end-game of fighting against a total of 120 life around the table a bit easier. Lol Purphoros might even be a slightly more budget option, since Terror of the Peaks is so popular for Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm decks. I guess if your budget permits it, you could run both!

I've only ever had three dream Commanders. One was exactly what Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm turned out to be.

I also very much so want an Abzan Zombie Matters Commander, who I recently made a Planeswalker card for. I won't repost here. He has his own thread.

That leaves a stable and sturdy Minotaur Tribal Commander.

As you can see, I love tribal decks the most <3

Groth, The Bloodied Ironhorn

Legendary Creature - Minotaur Barbarian

Minotaur you control have deathtouch and haste.

You may cast Minotaur spells from your graveyard by sacrificing a land in addition to paying their mana costs.

Whenever a Minotaur enters the battlefield under your control, create a token copy of it.

Sorcery

Exile target spell. For the rest of the game, you may cast that spell as long as it remains exiled.

Oh, this looks fun.

For Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm.

Echoes of the Ancients

Enchantment (Hard, well-earned Mythic)

Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, create a nonlegendary token copy of it. That token gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of your next upkeep.

There is rarely harmony between the storms and the land, but every so often these two formidable forces dance in unison. When they do, life itself trembles with fear.

Not a typo. This particular card exiles at the beginning of your next upkeep by design. Just as it makes a nonlegendary token copy, by design. Really wanted to vamp up the power on this one.

Repeat.

legendofa Frist Ik drakes are Blue centered deck I've made a Drake mono blue tribe commander.

Second i didn't want Kazirak to be white I wanted one of my favorite tribes to in one of my favorite colors, and green has plenty of big flyers Ancient Bronze Dragon, Bounteous Kirin, Giant Dustwasp ect so Parardise Drake really isn't out of color, true it rare for green to bigger flyings but i would go as far as as that, and even if it was off color who care? Wizards have made plenty of off color cards over the years.

Talking about Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm why? One Miirym is a copy commander and it's a dragon creature not a drake, Kazirak isn't even close to Miirym in abilities either so again why bring her up? Because she's a big Temur flying like Kazirak?

Only two cards are triple red in a commander deck of 100 i don't see a problem with it and if your going to be using Kazirak your going to splashing in red and green anyways so no it won't be hard to splash red and green in a deck thats made to have red and green in it. And red and green combination drake same as the mono red argument in's going into Temur deck so you'll have no problem splashing the colors in.

My first thought here is that there are a couple more Drakes with a color identity than with , and Paradise Drake in particular gives a strong, resilient flyer to green, which is out of color. Especially with Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm now, I think you could move Kazirak from to without causing problems.

I also think you might becoming down too heavy on . If nothing else, Drakes are a very -centric tribe, so triple and combinations feel like they would cause mana problems when paired with a lot of cards. It's hard to splash in a deck, even if you're also splashing .

The recursive function that models this question is: find f(32) given:

f(0) = 5

f(x) = f(x-1) + 2 ^ (f(x-1) + 1)

Explanation of the function:

f(0) = 5 because when the first Astral Dragon comes into play it makes 2 Parallel Lives which is doubled to 4. 4 + 1 = 5. We are looking for f(32) because 2^5 Astral Dragons are created by Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm because we have 5 PLs in play.

f(x) = f(x-1) + 2 ^ (f(x-1) + 1) because the number of Parallel Livess after each Astral Dragon enters = Number of existing Parallel Livess + number of new Parallel Livess (2 ^ (f(x-1) + 1)). The number of new Parallel Livess is (2 ^ (f(x-1) + 1)) because Astral Dragon creates 2 which is doubled a number of times = existing Parallel Livess

I plugged this function into Hypercalc, a calculator for very large numbers ()

The answer is 30 PT (3.553934904655 × 10^20)

Which means a power tower of 10s, 30 high with (3.553934904655 × 10^20) on top ie: 10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^10^(3.553934904655 × 10^20)

The fact that Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm's ability has no other costs makes it a possible addition to lots of combinations that will all probably be as silly as the one you posted.
