Legendary Creature — Dragon God
When Tiamat enters the battlefield, if you cast it, search your library for up to five Dragon cards not named Tiamat that each have different names, reveal them, put them into your hand, then shuffle your library.

@TheOfficialCreator Thank you so much for your suggestions! While the choice of dragons is always based on personal preference, I'll try to explain why I didn't include either of them in my decklist. First, Beledros Witherbloom with a cmc of 7 has to bring a lot of value to the table to be worth his mana cost. In my opinion, it doesn't fit well in this deck because even though it is a dragon, it doesn't synergize as well with the other cards as other dragons with a cmc of 7 that are already in the deck, namely Atarka, World Render, which can be a game finisher and synergizes well with other dragons. Another dragon would be Ojutai, Soul of Winter, which allows me to slow down my opponents or make my dragons unblockable by tapping the opponent's creatures. It also provides good synergy, as its ability scales with the number of dragons I attack with. Both Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund and Tiamat are nice combo pieces. I can't imagine Beledros Witherbloom providing more value than either of these cards, at least not in this deck, but I'm open to discussion. Goldspan Dragon is definitely a great card and I would swap him out for a Dragon already in the deck, but he's not worth the money he costs to me.

Hey Decidares! This started as a pre-con and I swapped some cards around with my inventory. I'm thinking I want to keep it between casual and competitive just to start since I'm not really sure where I'd be playing this and what power levels the other players at my LGS are playing at. I'd say mid to late game wins could be the most rewarding as other players at the table would have built up their battlefield and have an intimidating presence at the table as well. As for my budget I'd like to keep it below $300 for now.
I'm checking with my LGS to see if they have some tri-colored lands that enter tapped like Jungle Shrine and also throwing in catch-all's like Secluded Courtyard, Unclaimed Territory and The World Tree. Might add some more dragons that could improve the deck like Tiamat, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Scion of the Ur-Dragon and Dragonborn Champion after looking around at what others have come up with on this site.

Creature - Hellion
When Planecracker Hellion enters the battlefield, destroy all tapped lands.
Planecracker Hellion gets +X/+X where X is the total number of land cards among all graveyards.
Creature - Phyrexian Cleric
When Perfected Priest enters the battlefield, draw a card for each 2 life paid while casting it.
"My queen. My lord. My god. My salvation. I am but yours."
Anybody remember how, when The Forgotten Realms came out, I made numerous posts about how I was pulling insane volumes of Mythics? Like, no lie, I pulled FIVE Tiamat. Two regular, two extended and a foil extended. I was pulling 3 - 5 mythics PER BUNDLE.
Well. It would seem New Capenna is the same. I've pulled now THREE Luxior, Giada's Gift, Ob Nixilis, Elspeth, I pulled another Elspeth from The List, a Vivian from The List, the Dragon Demon, and more.
After work today I bought one of those fancy Bundles and a Collectors pack with some birthday money from Monday ^-^
Four mythics, in what like 9 packs? Yup.
Make a mythic. Don't care what it is, just has to be a mythic.

During playtesting, I keep messing up and adding only a single +1/+1 counter and not two. But honestly, even just the single one really drive this deck forward so I'm going to edit Zaren appropriately.
I'm torn on Zaren's P/T. The thoughts were that a 4/6 is more than capable of fighting and surviving, and that a higher toughness was better than a higher power. However, there are numerous occasions where a 4/6 didn't quite cut it, and a 5/5 may have been a better choice. So I kind of think maybe Zaren should be a 5/5?
Not sure on that, either. I think he would need to be tested maybe a few dozen times to collect enough data to truly find out.
...and he won. Making the maximum plays each round, Zaren won.

Guerric Thanks for your input! It's actually the great strength of the elf tribal that made it occur to me when first seeing Morophon that I can smash all the best tribals together with changelings. Kinda funny cuz my final list only includes two elves, and one has a druid anthem rather than elf (Gilt-Leaf Archdruid).
Anyway, I considered most of the cards you mentioned here at one point or another. I think I decided that I had enough lands, rocks, and other ramp that I didn't need any mana dorks. Elvish Archdruid was the last one I considered though. If I find after actually playing the deck that I could use a large source of mana like he can provide, I'll find a slot for him. For the time being, Manaweft Sliver will be my source of creature-based mana.
On the other hand, I could see being in a spot where having someplace to dump mana late-game could be useful, and Ezuri, Renegade Leader could do that job. The problem with him is that he affects all elves with his ability, rather than giving the ability to all elves to use for themselves. The latter is what I'm looking for in this deck. It'll work the same most of time I think, except for in some rare cases where I wouldn't be able to use a couple specific lands (namely Base Camp and Secluded Courtyard, when not set to elves) to use his regen ability. A minor drawback, but one circumvented by any changelings by getting regen from Zombie Master instead. Ultimately though, I think this deck should be able to win without needing to pump the team like he does.
You're absolutely right that I've got the two best "all creatures are ____ type" effects in here. Maskwood Nexus is going to be the card that this deck lives or dies by. Conspiracy and Arcane Adaptation have the exact same effect, but of course the latter costs less overall. Nevertheless, Conspiracy was among the last cards I cut to get down to 100. I did decide I don't need the redundancy, its best use will be to make sure that every creature is whatever was named for The Commander for the cost reduction. The effect is of course moot with Nexus on the battlefield, which is very much a focal point of this deck, so having a second slot for the same effect isn't necessary.
That being said, Xenograft isn't nearly good enough since it's the same effect but only for creatures in play. Not affecting creature spells or creatures elsewhere means no cast triggers, tribal land usage, digging for creature types (as with Realmwalker, Tiamat, and Gishath), or Morophon cost reduction. At that same mana value tier, not nearly good enough.
Thanks for your suggestions and the upvote! Keep checking back if you'd like, I plan to write a primer when I find the time, and to maintain this list as I actually start playing it and find out what's working and what isn't.

ok, thanks. for the help some of the cards you mentioned in my deck like Blackblade Reforged. but one card like Backdraft Hellkite it helps me get some more instance if i need any. My pet card is Ramos, Dragon Engine.
so here is how my deck works i get Tiamat out right look for 5 dragon cards the cards i look for are Ramos, Dragon Engine, Niv-Mizzet Reborn, Terror of the Peaks, Dragonlord Silumgar, and Atarka, World Render. Then put Terror of the Peaks first then atarke, then ramos then niv-mizzet. then the dragon lord. then just obliterate my opponent because they have no chance if i get all of them out and survive when tiamat comes out so yea.
and really quick what is you opinion about blink cards if you think that might help, what kind of blink cards would you prefer? speaking of cards-sorry for the long message- what is your opinion about Crosis, the Purger, Dragonlord Dromoka, and Darigaaz Reincarnated?
and what are some more instant or Sorcery spells i should put in?
