Disclaimer: I know Uril, the Miststalker is not cEDH viable. That said, I wanted to make as competitive a list as possible for Uril. The goal of this deck is to ensure casual tables remember why Uril was once the boogeyman of EDH before cards like Food Chain , Protean Hulk , and Laboratory Maniac took his crown.

Win Conditions:

Aggravated Assault + Bear Umbra + lands that produce = Infinite combat steps.

Seize the Day + = Take three combat steps in one turn, enough to kill a pod.

Strong Interactions:

Land Tax + Scroll Rack = Draw three additional cards per turn. This works by using the Land Tax trigger to tutor three basic lands to hand. Then use Scroll Rack to set these cards aside and draw three new cards. Next turn, the Land Tax triggers again, shuffling the deck again.

These are no longer in the deck, but good nonetheless:

High Market + Academy Rector = Tutor any enchantment to battlefield. Also good for turning off Gaddock Teeg if needed.

Sylvan Library + Abundance = Draw two additional cards per turn, without penalty.
