Tilonalli's Crown Discussion
Hey, looks good I haven't heard of Gentry before.
Currently there's 20x uncommons which is including 4x Quarry. Tilonalli's Crown is a common it could add more aggro. You can't really take advantage of 1 damage it does to the creature enchanted by it good with enrage, but +3/0 and trample is good for a two mana common. Consider cutting 2x Deathspitter and 2x Companion for 4x Crown?
Shock is a common, 4x of it would be better than Fire and only 2x Strike.
Good luck with your deck.

Hey, looks good.
Raptor Hatchling is fine for the combo with Forerunner of the Empire to make a lot of 3/3 Dinos, but this requires an indestructible spell such as Heroic Intervention. If you're not playing the three card combo then I think Hatching is pretty lackluster. Consider cutting it for Drover of the Mighty? Add some ramp and a possible turn three Forerunner or Ripjaw. Drover can also help to cast Siegehorn Ceratops only 6 sources of white in the manabase is low, not enough to consistently cast a turn two Ceratops. I suggest adding Sunpetal Grove.
Tilonalli's Crown can be busted with Siegehorn Ceratops making it alone a 7/4 with trample. It's also pretty good with Ripjaw drawing a card and getting a 7/5 with trample. One or two mana auras are fine they're risky because you can get 2 or 1 by opponent in response to enchanting which will happen some games. The risk in this case is worth it because of the payoff and little mana investment.
Good luck with your deck.

This deck looks good but like Orion93 said, there are too many cost reduction creatures in this deck for it to be viable. If I were you I'd keep Kinjalli's Caller and Otepec Huntmaster with 3 of each but get rid of Drover of the Mighty and Knight of the Stampede and replace them with 4 Frilled Deathspitters and 2 Ghalta, Primal Hungers. While Ghalta is an easy choice for dino decks because you can get it out easily on turn 5, if you want to stick with midrange I'd suggest using Etali, Primal Storm instead to help develop an easy card advantage. Cast Out is a good card but I think Ixalan's Binding would fit much better in this deck because it would keep your opponent from casting the same spell you just exiled for a while. Dual Shot and Reckless Rage work really well in this deck with the Enrage mechanic so I'd suggest keeping those in the deck for sure. I'd get rid of Sheltering Light and Heroic Intervention and replace them with 4 Blossoming Defense, one more Reckless Rage, and another Dual Shot because you can use Blossoming Defense for offense too. Now if you want to take the Enrage mechanic to a whole other level you should remove Shake the Foundations and Savage Stomp for 4 Tilonalli's Crowns. It also says you only have 59 cards so you should go ahead and put that 4th Rile from your maybeboard into the mainboard. I know I rambled on for waaaay too long but I hope this helps! also, sorry but they still haven't updated their standard list to include RIX cards so the suggestions for them aren't working

The 2 copies I ran out of lack of better options have actually won me a couple games because they make your 3 drop Ranging Raptors into a legitimate threat, and if cast on Ripjaw Raptor it closes out games quick. It forces them to deal with those creatures or risk facing down Ghalta AND friends. Also makes casting Ghalta by turn 5 a really easy.
In an effort to reduce costs and speed things up a little I have been testing 2x Raging Regisaur in my main while moving all but 1 Carnage Tyrant to the sideboard. Its been working out well. Having it hit turn 3 and swing for 4 while taking out a 1 toughness blocker is nice and if it sticks around it triggers your enrage raptors each turn. Just some more food for thought.

Ok so I whipped up a rough version of what I wanted to run last night and played a game against a vampire deck. I was testing a few cards since I didn't have everything I wanted just yet, one of which was Tilonalli's Crown.
I think I may try and find a way to get a couple in the final version. When played with ripjaw and ranging it replaces itself when its cast (negating the usual 2-1 that comes with auras) and allowed me to swing turn 4 with a 7/5 trampling ripjaw raptor. Cast Ghalta turn 5 with haste and swing for the win.
That was one game but If I can get games to go like that even some of the time it would be worth it.

Natalbee thanks, I had been thinking of putting Tilonalli's Crown i the deck (I already bought a playset) to replace Authority of the Consuls. I have a few other changes I want to make in here as well so keep an eye on it.

I like Tilonalli's Crown. Turns your Siegehorn Ceratops into a 7/3 Trample that can attack on Turn 3 (10/X if you decide to also Savage Stomp). Cast Ghalta, Primal Hunger for 2 on Turn 4. It also just makes all your creatures that much bigger + Trample.
It seems like you're putting a lot of faith in the two aforementioned Dinosaurs to win you the game; everything else seems kind of lackluster. You should either be winning faster or have a better late game. Also 3x Kinjalli's Sunwing and 3x Authority of the Consuls seems redundant.
I had a little faster version of this deck that ran Renegade Rallier with Fanatical Firebrand and Unbridled Growth to trigger Revolt to return my 2CMC creatures, as well as lands and Tilonalli's Crown. Fanatical Firebrand can also trigger Siegehorn Ceratops on Turn 2, saving it from things like Shock and Magma Spray while turning it into a 6/6.
I think Siegehorn Ceratops is an awesome card.

You might wanan run Tilonalli's Crown to get the most out of your creatures if they get chump-blocked :)
