I've been playing Uril for a few years myself and I have a few recommendations (which, my list is here to give you reference from where my advice stems, as my list tries for t3 Uril and to KO someone by turn 4/5: Uril: You Ain't Seen Nothing Yeti).
Argentum Armor seems like an odd inclusion when not running Runes of the Deus, which lets you easily one shot a player when combined with 1 of most other auras (Shield of the Oversoul + Runes of the Deus = 26 Commander damage). Why destroy a permanent a player controls when you can make Uril go from 5 damage to 18 with a single aura and potentially just knock the player out of the game? Sure, it's a little bit slower, but it actively serves to end an opponent rather than just gaining you some life (then again, in my list I can plop a t3 Uril into t4 Runes + any 1 cmc aura to kill 1 player before they untap for their own fourth turn, so I don't necessarily consider its speed to be a negative factor when Pollenbright Wings is in this deck).
Spectra Ward isn't a great choice for Uril. I used to play it, but it prevents you from putting any additional auras on Uril after you cast it. Spectra Ward is more of a Bruna card since she can bring auras out of hand and graveyard without targeting, and even with Replenish that isn't easy to get around. You could easily find yourself stuck if you have less than an ideal hand, is what I'm saying. Also, Spectra Ward only really prevents damage effects from harming Uril, like Blasphemous Act (non-targeting damage sweepers), and doesn't help against things like Living Death, Cyclonic Rift, or Merciless Eviction, so I found my list to run better without it since indestructible effects protect better than Spectra Ward does, such as Shielded by Faith.
Cartouche of Strength is easily one of my favorite Uril cards. Give Uril +3/+3 and kill anything smaller than an 8/8 on board is nice for 2G, not to mention it gives him needed evasion. I feel like that'd be more worthwhile than Mage Slayer, since Mage Slayer is evasion but it doesn't deal Commander damage (which means you're hitting their 40 life total, not their 21 life total. And Mage Slayer is worthless if your opponent's decks run life gain).
Madcap Skills is just better than Exoskeleton Armor. The Armor requires their be at least 3 creatures in graveyards (which you don't run a huge number of yourself so this would almost entirely be off of your opponent's graveyards), but an immediate +5/+2 and can't be blocked except by 2 or more creatures evasion seems a lot more valuable since it's immediate and doesn't require the game drag on, and also doesn't get smaller once opponents begin dying and their graveyards leave the game with them. Tilonalli's Crown is also very similar and slightly stronger than Madcap Skills, too!
As opposed to the above advice, Daybreak Coronet will probably be more beneficial than one of the other equipment cards, as it provides vigilance, lifelink, and +5/+5.
Plea for Guidance is a card I dropped because of how mana-hungry it was, but it can be used to set up Bear Umbra + Aggravated Assault by itself, which is pretty powerful in slower meta games.
Overall, nice deck. Hope this helps you.

UPDATE: I did not see your sorc/instants for some reason? Your ramp seems fine.
Your CMC seems a little high and you don't have much in the way of ramp. You have a few good ways of cheating out creatures which is great. But many of them take quite a bit of mana to do so. I would suggest possibly throwing in a few ramp cards in. I might also suggest ways of pinging yourself for damage. An example being more cards like Tilonalli's Crown to ping creatures like Silverclad Ferocidons or Ranging Raptors which would greatly help you ramping up.

While Tilonalli's Crown would normally be a very nice match, Champion of the Flame already comes with Trample built in. The plan here is to give him First Strike, so Kwende can give him Double Strike, and he can fly in with Cobbled Wings. Right now, the only other Aura I may add back in would be Frenzied Rage for Menace.

TheMadRocketeer, except this is a Standard deck, so that particular strategy wouldn't work. Cool idea, though!
Mornelith, yeah, that combo isn't not very good for this deck. However, I would say that Consuming Fervor might actually be good for this deck-- it's an aura, has a good bonus, and can potentially get in for quite a bit of damage for a couple of turns.
Crash Through might be even better, though. Trample and draw a card. Seems pretty good. I'm thinking that giving creatures trample would be good for this deck. For an aura, Tilonalli's Crown would meet a couple of criteria (e.g., aura for some triggers, then trample for additional damage) and could go on most of your creatures without killing them. Trample and double strike is a great combo.
Just a thought. Good luck! Looks like it's fun to play.

right, forgot about Rattleclaw Mystic, kinda silly but restrictions are restrictions.
Definitely your right about the lifelink stuff, its not that as useful, ill wait till i can physically see the deck to pick about Tilonalli's Crown, although you make a good point.
I wanna see how this deck fair in my meta before i put in stuff like Heroic Intervention or Boros Charm, for as an aggro deck, I intend to rush down decks that could have an answer to uril before they draw/can cast one.
Also yeah i didn't look at the land base too carefully, its the kind of thing I take care of IRL.
Now Assault Suit, that looks fun. Its the kind of kooky crazy thing that works that my play group loves/hates me for, and I'll definitely try and pick up a copy of that when i see one :)
Thanks for the advice and upvote man, I appreciate it a lot.

First off, Rattleclaw Mystic can't technically be in this deck since it has blue in its color identity. Also, I feel like Tilonalli's Crown, Squire's Devotion, and Felidar Umbra aren't worth running. You have enough trample enablers that don't also do damage to Uril that Tilonalli's Crown would most likely not be missed. Squire's Devotion doesn't do enough for this deck to be kept in it; lifelink is always nice, but it is not the main focus of the deck, and the token it creates will most likely do little for you outside of being a chump blocker. I feel that Felidar Umbra should come out for similar reasons to Squire's Devotion; lifelink doesn't directly benefit your strategy. The totem armor is nice, as is the ability to move the aura around, but in the end it doesn't do enough to help you win.
Another thing you may want to look into is the land base. Running mostly basic lands isn't necessarily a problem, but only having 31 lands almost definitely is. Most decks run around 36-38. 31 is a very small amount. It could work for your deck, and if you find yourself consistently getting enough lands to play effectively then feel free to keep it at that number, but I would recommend increasing it at least some. You'd be surprised how much of a difference that makes.
In your description you're skeptical of Tiana, Ship's Caretaker, and I'd be inclined to agree with you. Since Uril, the Miststalker essentially has hexproof it is unlikely your auras will get removed frequently unless they are being specifically targeted or someone boardwipes. She could be worth taking out. Speaking of boardwipes, it might be worth running some stuff like Boros Charm or Heroic Intervention to protect against those, as boardwipes are one of the only consistent ways to get rid of Uril. You have Teferi's Protection in here already, which is a fantastic card, but redundancy is good so you may want to consider running some other boardwipe protection. Also, Boros Charm has some extra utility in that you can give Uril double strike with it if you want to.
I know that Uril works much better with auras than he does with equipment, but it may still be worth running Assault Suit to protect against being forced to sacrifice if there's enough of those effects in your meta. Plus, if you're going the commander damage route, it doesn't matter who controls Uril as he does the damage, so you could pass him off to another player for a turn to continue racking up the damage (which is potentially risky but normally not a big deal).
Sorry about the mass of text. I hope I helped some with all this. Deck looks good, hope it works out for you! Good luck!
