there are A LOT of mana filters so 2 main colors and splashing should not be a problem at all :) flexible and fun

Lets see how this goes, my main concern to fix in playtesting is overabundance of enchantments and lack of enchantment hate. thin white blue enchantments? or give all colors 1/2 counters.
