I love Izzet and I am trying to build an awesome Izzet Commander Deck!

I think Niv-Mizzet, Parun is the best Izzet commander, but he is extremely expensive. I welcome any feedback. Basically, I am trying to create a stormy, Izzet Pheonix feel that get a lot of spells value.
