Inspired by TrinketMage's budget list.

An all‐around fun commander that is quite difficult to build around. I value consistency in a deck, so I like to think this list mitigates most of the shortcomings Kosei might face by including plenty of protection, ramp, removal, backup commanders, and card draw, all on a respectable budget.
