This looks really interesting, but I think there are some general problems. The most important is that your curve is very high, but you have somewhat expensive ramp, too. I have some ideas for you.

First thing first, you can have your companion show up as a card similarly to how your commander ist shown. Just write * CMPN * (without the spaces between the asterisk and the letters) behind your companion in the sideboard.

Green has all these version of Llanowar Elves, and I think adding some of those instead of your MV3 or 4 ramp creatures is important. Sakura-Tribe Elder is a great ramp card. These changes could already solve the mana problem.

More removal seems important, as well. Reclamation Sage and Manglehorn would be fine additions. Massacre Girl is a good boardwipe on legs. Cataclysmic Gearhulk could work for you if you were to add in some enchantment creatures. Vona, Butcher of Magan can solve many problems. Noxious Gearhulk, Nekrataal and especially Ravenous Chupacabra would be useful to deal with creatures.

Archon of Absolution and Windborn Muse are additional pillowforts.

Now to some other cards to maybe add.

Genesis is a powerhouse recursion engine. Eternal Witness and also maybe Timeless Witness would be great, too.

Veteran Explorer is a great ramp card, though it might be hard here to use him multiple times due to your low basic land count. What a shame ;)

With your legendary sub-theme, Thalia's Lancers might be a pretty great addition.

     I'm actually already running Bramble Sovereign haha. Camaraderie is actually a new addition to the deck. I wanted another tool that could draw a handful of cards in one shot, but I think I'm actually going to swap it out for Garruk, Primal Hunter.

     Mimic Vat is a card I've never had much luck with, but I do really like the idea of Timeless Witness! Basri Ket would be pretty good here, gonna mull that one over.

So a couple things you just changed commander and haven't completely shaken off the lifegain theme. Comradeeri for instance. That's all I noticed.

There are plenty of card draw options for this type of deck just choose what works for you.

Unless it's for meta I'd suggest not run the 3 enchantments like darksteel mutation. White has a ton of good removal options.

Although I like populate you need a good creature to copy for it to be really worth it. Like eternalize creatures that have good etb like Timeless Witness or Mimic Vat copy anything that died or Bramble Sovereign copy entering creatures

Basri Ket also a good plainswalker for this type of deck.

OUT:

  • Sol Ring
  • Goblin Engineer (It does not really synergize with the combo, it was in to find Zuran Orb but I kind of have enough ways to find it and not enough artifacts to sacrifice.)
  • Roil Elemental (It was a cute card but I had to cut one more card for some more consistency and with the amount of tutors I play generally I will always rather have Tatyova or Gitrog Monster which are both tutorable by Bring to Light.)
  • Pact of Negation (Pact of Negation is kind of an expensive card and I think I like Pyroblast more, it's mainly to combat counterspells on the second sunrise anyway and Pyroblast has some added utility to it which I think makes it better.)
  • Mana Vault
  • Overgrown Tomb (Decided I want to run just 3 shock lands, this one might get back into the deck but I opted for others first.)
  • Mox Diamond
  • Mana Crypt
  • Krark-Clan Ironworks (Decided to get rid of the KCI saccing mana rocks before second sunrise plan, it was too convoluted and I want to go for a more land centric deck.)
  • Valakut Exploration (This was also one of my other win conditions, and I liked Roil Elemental first above this but decided to cut both.)
  • Izzet Chronarch (Got replaced by Timeless Witness.)

IN:

  • Krosan Wayfarer (Has some early game utility while still being excellend in the Combo.)
  • Pyroblast
  • Cosmic Intervention (I somehow overlooked this card but I am really excited to add this as an early game play for value.)
  • Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath (Uro is already an insane card, it sacrifices itself which is great, it's basically a recurrable Explore with the added bonus of sometimes being a powerful body, I think it will work excellend in the deck.)
  • Farseek
  • Explore (Both replace my mana rocks for some early mana ramp.)
  • Breeding Pool
  • Temple Garden
  • Hallowed Fountain
  • Timeless Witness
  • Unbridled Growth (Fixes mana and sacrifices for a card, the other candidate was chromatic star which would also be good but I think Unbridled will have more value as you don't need to sacrifice it to gain it's fixing effect.)

I decided to cut my mana rocks that don't provide a color except for when they have a way to sacrifice themself which also made me cut my KCI from the deck.

Other Ideas: + Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle + Vesuva + Prismatic Omen

SufferFromEDHD Yeah I'm still playing with the list a little haha. Super sad when I realized Athreos, Shroud-Veiled doesn't work lol

I can imagine Necropotence being quite good in this actually, yeah. Worst case you can activate it as a panic button to give him indestructible. Works at instant speed right?

Greater Auramancy is a solid include though, the more non-targetting the merrier haha

As for Vigilant Martyr and Holistic Wisdom, I dunno about those ones. If you're really itching for protection, Martyr might serve a good purpose, though I dunno if Holistic Wisdom would be worth it in general, not over something like Timeless Witness for example.

Alright I suppose these are what I'd choose to keep then- Teneb, the Harvester, Pull from Eternity, Harness Infinity, Planar Birth, Eerie Ultimatum, Sun Titan, Minion's Return, Unholy Indenture, Emeria Shepherd, Splendid Reclamation, Animate Dead, Eternal Witness, Timeless Witness, and Noxious Revival. This is if you want to lean fully into those cards that win the game.

Dread Return, Reanimate, and Reclaim are ones that I'd still try to find a spots for above the others.

For starters, i’d go with less tapped lands and more ramp spells. The Battlebond and Commander Legends “duals” are good option. Basics will also be fine especially if you have Signets to help with the mana fixing.

If you want this to be more focused on combos, you can lose the big creatures and replace them with tutors, board wipes and more disruption spells. Same goes with the more goodstuff type of cards like Voidwalker and Willbreaker.

Lastly, add recursion like Eternal Witness, Timeless Witness and Memory's Journey. It will make your life a whole lot easier.
